FoolishBoy419:You know, this thing you said has confirmed what I said sometime ago that there would be voter apathy in the north. I feel like some northerners, if not most, are so disappointed that Buhari failed that they don’t see the reason to participate in elections anymore. They don’t know who to trust anymore. Meanwhile, do you think Igbos are following Peter Obi because of tribalism and not because of his capacity? |
garfield1:25th no far again |
garfield1:You guys back to this your argument that Obi supporters are only in Urban Centres🤦. I ask again, shey people living in the urban centres fell from the sky? Just like the Ukwa village that you said you guys accessed through Abia, that is an Igbo area carved into Abia. They will vote Obi overwhelmingly. |
garfield1:Maybe APC will win the governorship election in CRS. That’s the only thing their vigorous campaign will yield. But you see presidential election? Forget CRS for Obi. |
Even the Tinubu BATstards that are supporting the governors now and forming lovers of Nigerians, will abandon the case immediately they have succeeded in dragging the spending of the old notes into the elections and succeeded with their vote buying. But they will be defeated. |
garfield1:But you know that even Tinubu doesn’t stand a chance in CRS but you like to lie to yourself. |
a4cube:I had a failed POS transaction on my UBA since Friday but got debited. I waited for Reversal throughout the weekend but it didn’t happen. So, this morning I called their customer care and they were playing advert for me with my money for 20 minutes and I gave up and decided to go to the bank instead. I first went to new UBA bank branch at Ogidan, Sangotedo but they didn’t open. I told myself that maybe they are closed because it’s baby branch. My second stop was UBA branch at Ikota Shopping Complex, and it was closed too. All banks inside Ikota Shopping Complex were closed. Refusing to give up, I proceeded to Admiralty Way, assuring myself that since that’s a big man area, they will open but they didn’t. I was baffled. Still holding onto hope, I drove to their headquarters in Victoria Island and it was closed too. So, when I say banks are closed it wasn’t fabrications. |
BeardedmeatR:Don’t mind the accidental lovers of Nigerians. |
Moh247:Check the date of the tweet.

Another thing people need to understand is that CBN cannot lose in this case but the governors can. If the Supreme Court in their wisdom rules that the old note should continue, the CBN has nothing to lose because it’s her currency. You wanna talk about the cost of minting the new money? Well that cost will be borne by you and I. However, if the Supreme Court agrees with the argument of the Federal Government that the CBN has powers to carry out Naira redesign and set timelines thereof and rules in favour of the policy, the implication is that the governors shall have lost, and anyone still holding onto old notes would merely be holding an equivalent of tissue paper. I see a scenario where APC will trying to buy votes with the old notes on Election Day and people will be rejecting their money because it’s old money. Remember this…. |
I don’t have time to write long epistle… The point I want to make is that despite the schemings of some scrupulous APC governors who got a kangaroo order from the Supreme Court which extended the use of old naira notes beyond the February 10th earlier stipulated as deadline by CBN, it seems Banks and Nigerians have moved past the old Naira notes. Psychologically, Nigerians already conditioned themselves that the old money expired on February 10th. Even banks… All over Lagos today, no bank was opened and I’m sure it’s probably that way throughout the country. The reason for them not opening might probably be because they don’t want to open and get themselves into trouble by rejecting old notes and be seen as disobeying the order of the Supreme Court. Similarly, they don’t want collect the old note and be seen as disobeying the CBN who has given them any contrary directive about the old Naira withdrawal deadline. So also are business people in the markets and streets…. They too have stopped collecting the old notes to avoid it becoming mere paper in their hands. In the end, what the APC governors achieved was to create confusion that even got things more complicated. And citizens have decided to go with the CBN Nlfpmod Mynd44 |
Lol Another round of tears for Tinubu BATstards. But I’m really surprised at how Tinubu urchins are opposed to students being allowed to go home and exercise their franchise. I thought Tinubu is popular, and everyone in Nigeria wants to vote for him 💁? If truly Tinubu is as popular as his brainless and idiotic BATstards have been trying to make us believe, then they should be happy that FG is closing tertiary institutions for students to go and vote so that Tinubu’s votes will multiply. But surprisingly they are wailing; like you will hordes of them do below. Ndi ala! |
TheSameGuy:But I thought you guys said Labour Party doesn’t have structure? What are you guys celebrating? |
You mean the Oba that asked Igbos to go and jump into the lagoon? He can go to hell. |
justFEARLESS:Leave them the fork alone |
He supports the emergence of president of southeastern extraction to heal the wounds of the civil war but the person has to be an ass licker of northerners. That’s why gave an instance with Okorocha and Umahi. Of all Igbo intellectuals, it is Okorocha that Shettima found qualified for Nigerian Presidency simply because he grew up in the north. Shettima is more dreadful than even the Fulanis. He and Tinubu must not get to power. |
Moh247:Atiku is not up to any evil more than Tinubu is. FFK should go and provide the date of the meeting, venue of the meeting and list of attendees of the meeting. Failure to do that, he should be incarcerated for life to deter others from making unsubstantiated claims in the name of opposition politics. I expected DSS to also arrest Festus Keyamo for calling Obasanjo a criminal but him own time dey come. |
Lol! Naira redesign pain these criminals eh! That Northwest governor with 22billion Naira that Buba Galadima was talking about, no fit pass Ganduje or Elrufai. But by God’s grace, by Wednesday, e go turn paper. |
tomax026:The guy tried. Very realistic projection. The only thing I disagree with is that he said Obi will come 4th in Adamawa. I think Obi might come 2nd in Adamawa, just behind Atiku. Then he said Obi will come 3rd in Kaduna. But I think Obi is likely to win Kaduna or come 2nd behind Atiku. Then lastly, I think projecting Obi to Taraba is too ambitious. Atiku might likely win Taraba with Obi coming 2nd; or Obi might just win the state as he said. Ehe, one more thing, Obi is coming second in all Southwest states. |
Felabrity:Rejoice with the poor boy who just had his life changed. Only sadists behave the way you are trying to behave now. |
Everything about Peter Obi is just so refreshing and full of life. See as the boy don fine finish, spotting a new fine shirt, simply because he blocked Obi’s convoy. It was Chioma Success months ago, now it’s Yusuf’s changed for forever. Now, just imagine Obi handles Nigeria for 4 years. Just imagine…. |
They claim we don’t have structure but they keep poaching our structure and celebrating it. I’m sure Ganduje must have used a lot of Tinubu’s money to purchase the defectors. But guess what, Labour Party is unmoved. They won’t be missed. |
TheEnforcer:Amaechi’s case was peculiar. PDP held their party primaries and Amaechi won the primaries under INEC’s supervision. But because Obasanjo had a running battle with Peter Odili who was Amaechi’s godfather, he (Obasanjo) influenced PDP at the national level to submit the name of Celestine Omehia who did not participate in the primaries at all. That was why after the election and PDP won the governorship, Supreme Court argued that the party’s rightful candidate was Amaechi and not Omehia. If you read what I wrote up here dispassionately, you will see that the judgment of the Supreme Court on Amaechi’s case necessarily follows from the evidence on ground. But not so with the judgments of these days. There are things we shouldn’t play politics with. |
Unfortunately, like Awolowo and Abiola failed, that’s how Tinubu too will fail. His own failure will even be more embarrassing. I just hope he doesn’t consume Rataki like one man before him. If this was how Awolowo and Abiola played their politics, then thank God they never became president 😏
|
LeoDeKing:So you believe Obi gave CAN #2bn? If you believe Obi bribed CAN, then you might as well believe that Tinubu outran Usain Bolt😏 |
garfield1:LP’s percentages will be higher in Benue and Plateau. And by the way, who will give APC/Tinubu 30% in Abuja? Well, like I always say to you, continue to bandy percentages about to feed your illusions. We are less than 15 days away from reality check. |
garfield1:This doesn’t make sense. Read what you wrote. |
Ariwoola was the judge that declared Rauf Aregbesola as Osun Governor at the Appeal Court. I think he also had a hand in Kayode Fayemi’s judgment as Governor of Ekiti. This was after INEC declared PDP candidates in the two states as returned elected. In those days Governorship Election Petition ended at Appeal Court. After those suspicious judgments, Ariwoola was heavily investigated and even suspended by NJC for selling the two judgments, but was later cleared and elevated to the Supreme Court. Now he’s back at the top in Supreme Court to do Tinubu’s bidding. But God will embarrass him. |
sapele914:Where is AD, AC and ACN? |
christistruth01:Are you by any chance mistaking the registration for building?🤔 |
garfield1:Then help us with the real pictures please🤔. |
Wow! What a bombshell 🤔! So, you mean that while his BATstards were busy flying drone at Obi’s rally in Lagos, Tinubu was busy getting embarrassed in the north they are putting all their hope on? I’ve told you many times that God cannot be mocked. |
