This is Tinubu and his urchins’ stock in trade - thuggery.
Vote Tinubu in as Nigerian President and he’d run a government of thugs by thugs and for thugs.
MC Oluomo will become the Commander-in-Chief of all thugs in Nigeria - a position that will be constitutionally recognized through an Act of the National Assembly.
Every election in Nigeria will be won by the person Tinubu is supporting. You will have no choice because it’s either you vote for the person or thugs prevent you from voting.
Jesus Christ! Imagining a Tinubu presidency is scary. |

The day I told my other colleague what Tinubu said in Ogun, she has been mad at Tinubu since then till today.
She now took it upon herself to tell others that Tinubu said “emilokan” as if Nigeria is her father’s property.
She’s Yoruba from Osun. She doesn’t care about politics but she told me her husband, a Yoruba too, is supporting Peter Obi.

Ebi2233: Tinubu will win South West
The North will punish Tinubu for being stubborn.
Atiku will win South South don't be deceived I'm from South South the South South will vote Atiku because he gave them Vice.
Tinubu cannot win Middle Belt because they will not vote a pupet of the North
Atiku will win North West because Fulani will never vote neither an Igbo man nor a Yoruba while neglecting their own.
Buhari supported Fulani of Niger for UN office against Onoh of Nigeria while he was head of State.
North East Is Atiku home.
Peter Obi fans you are just deceiving yourself.
Kano votes alone is over two times bigger than the whole South East Votes.
Peter Obi can never rule.
I support none of the candidates but Im a political scientist who know a lot about politics.
South South Can never leave their own and vote Peter Obi. And in your political science class, you were taught to exclude Kwankwaso from your permutations of what will happen in Kano? Go back to kindergarten sir. You are far. Imagine saying Southsouth will vote Atiku because of Okowa when even Deltans are not even likely going to vote Atiku. |
Politics › Re: Obi And Kwankwaso Are Indirectly Helping Tinubu by Penguin2: 5:14pm On Jun 23, 2022 |
Indispensable85: Let me quickly correct you about Edo State because that's my state. Obaseki left Apc with more than half of the party structure and went into the pdp with an equally formidable structure in the state. PDP is very strong in Edo State. They've always won the general elections in Edo. Their only problem was the state election.
Let's not delude ourselves bro. If Buhari is on the ballot for 2023 he'll still win Kano handsomely. We thought they were disenchanted in 2019 but baba still got over a million votes in Kano and swept the entire north west again. All the federal lawmakers in the north that left Apc for pdp never returned except Dogara from bauchi. Bros leave Buhari matter oooo.
My poser to you now is that: who's now that person that can deliver the fraction of northern votes you talked about for Peter Obi as a vice? Edo people have a mind of their own. Voting PDP in general elections since 1999, just like people of Southeast, is purely because of their leaning to the political ideology that PDP represents not out of blind loyalty to the party. Just like the southeast voting PDP all these while is not out of blind loyalty to the party but because APC is not an option for them. Now, both the Southeast and Edo people have found an alternative to APC and PDP and you are still holding on to the statistics of what happened in the past? |

Peter Obi is IPOB matter yet Simon Ekpa accused Peter Obi of killing IPOB members and dumping their bodies in Ezu River?
And hello Tinubu urchins, so Peter Obi is no longer responsible for The deaths IPOB members but now enjoy IPOB endorsement?
Peter Obi is IPOB candidate yet Obaseki was lamenting of Hurricane Obi sweeping through Edo state? Oh! I forgot Edo is IPOB state.
Peter Obi is IPOB candidate yet youth gathered in Jema’a, Kaduna, to launch campaign for Obi.
Peter Obi is IPOB candidate yet Priests in Plateau are chasing faithfuls without PVC back home?

Politics › Re: Obi And Kwankwaso Are Indirectly Helping Tinubu by Penguin2: 10:15am On Jun 23, 2022 |
Indispensable85: Don't forget, the north west is entirely Apc dominated with governors, senators, rep members, house of assembly members, LGAs chairmen, councillors, political appointees. They'll all work assiduously for the party at all levels. Buhari will be working for his party too in the zone don't forget. That's the structure we talk about.
There'll be no merger of Obi and kwankwaso. That's obvious, nobody will step down for anybody. I'm not sure Obi can find any northerner half as popular as kwankwaso from the north to deputize him. Lol. Don’t make me laugh. It’s too early in the day for a smiling face. With what is happening around Obi right now and what is to come, Obi doesn’t really need someone as popular as Kwankwaso. Just someone who can guarantee some fraction of the votes from the core north. Now talking about structure in Kano and other Northwest states, you remember Anambra and Edo elections? APC was still the ruling party when they lost these states because the people didn’t want them. Kano people don’t want APC anymore. They don’t want Tinubu and they don’t even like Buhari again. So, how will structure deliver a disenchanted people? |

The strategy of your lord and master is to deploy bullion vans on Election Day and buy votes. But I can assure you that aside Southwest, anybody that comes to buy vote, especially for Tinubu, in any other region, will be set alight. Or you doubt it? |
Politics › Re: Obi And Kwankwaso Are Indirectly Helping Tinubu by Penguin2: 9:14am On Jun 23, 2022 |
Indispensable85: The PDP lost two very eminent personalities in the persons of Obi and kwankwaso recently,to the labour party and new Nigeria people's party respectively.
The implications of their entry into the race is turning out to be an indirect projection of Tinubu's presidency in the long run unless they merge.
The Peter Obi frenzy will not go beyond the South South and South East. These are the PDP strongholds in the south originally. Obi will end up having a deadly bite on what is supposed to be a bloc vote for the PDP in the SS and SE thereby leaving the PDP with nothing substantial from the South. As it stands today, the only part of the South that will deliver a bloc vote is the South West. They clearly have not bought into the Obi frenzy for obvious reasons.
Kwankwaso like Obi will not go far outside his region of core north. He'll again like Obi have a huge bite off the votes of Atiku in the core north. Although Atiku is expected to win the north east on aggregate, he will surely lose in places like Yobe and Bornu. Apc governors in the north and Buhari will work assiduously to get votes for their party, the kwankwansiya movement will get its own share and Atiku also his own share of the northern votes. The implication is that there'll be no bloc vote for anybody in the core north this time.
The beautiful fertile bride in the presidential race will be the north central region. They've neither bought into the Obi frenzy nor shown much enthusiasm for any particular candidate or party. I think any candidate or party that is able to win big in the north central will have the brightest chance of winning the presidential election. Obviously this region will be split between Tinubu of the APC and Atiku of the PDP.
In summary, the 2023 presidential election is strictly between Tinubu of the APC and Atiku of the PDP. Kwankwaso of NNPP and Obi of LP are mere spoilers who can't go far, beyond their immediate regions and fringes. Their only chance is a merger which is most unlikely because of the overly ambitious personalities involved.
By the way, this write up is not for the emotional political neophytes on nairaland. Let’s not be emotional like you said and be practical. You admitted Peter Obi frenzy is sweeping across Southeast and Southsouth. That’s about 90% of SE votes for Peter Obi and 70% SS for him. Whatever percentage that is left is for Atiku and Tinubu. Now, you dubiously refused to recognize the fact that there was a 1 million man match for Peter Obi in Lagos and Ibadan. There may have been other states in Southwest but I’m sure of those two states. The implication is that SW is not completely immune from the Peter Obi frenzy like you wrongly painted. Again if Tinubu ends up going with a Muslim Muslim ticket, more Christians in the Southwest will vote against him. You know this fact. Except you want to be emotional and sentimental. At the end, Peter Obi is getting nothing less than 30% from Southwest. This could be more but let me be circumspect. Now, in the north, Southern Kaduna is more OBIdient than Igbos sef. Same with Plateau, Taraba, Southern Gombe, Southern Bauchi, Benue, etc. Before you argue, remind me which state priest barred faithfuls from entering the church for not having PVCs. Who do you think they want the PVCs for? Atiku and Tinubu? So in the end, we might see Obi winning Plateau, Taraba, Benue, Southern Kaduna, Southern Gombe, Southern Bauchi, etc. That will be about 60% of North Central votes. You know this, except you wanna be emotional. Now, if the deal with Kwankwaso materializes or even if it doesn’t and Obi gets another popular northerner as Running Mate, that will give him a little chunk of the votes of the core north too. Calculate the percentages and that’s victory for Obi. Now, tell us, aside Southwest, where else is Tinubu sure of votes after Kwankwaso conquered northwest? |
