gloryhomemaker:But the soup looks too busy. I always prefer simple things. If I come to your house as a guest, to entertain me will be kinda tricky. I don't eat all the things that almost everyone would wanna eat. I prefer garri and groundnut with chilled water to pounded yam. I don't eat chicken or turkey. Give me fish I'm ok. If there's no fish, I eat my rice plain like that. I'd take tea instead of Amala and ewedu. I'm just weird like that. |
Vinnie2000:Oh! Thank you. I know him. Infact I like him most among them. Very mischievous. |
Cultism destroys destinies. Young people should run away from it. The fear of cultists is the beginning of wisdom. We were to attend a party in school organized by the Jaycees. Their president was my friend's bf. My friend and I left the house late, we had assignments to sort out, plus project wahala. I don't know, when we were very close to the venue, we just changed our mind about attending. We both headed back home. We should have stayed. On our way back, thick darkness, bush pathway, the one you could only hear the sound of the wrinkled dry leaves as your feet crush them. Then suddenly, we just stumbled on them! They were standing in a circle. Thinking back, I think they had white Tshirts and yellow berets on. In fear, I wanted to shout but my friend, she know say I too dey fear, she just covered my mouth with her hand and she practically dragged me. We tiptoed out of the area before we eventually did Usain Bolt's move. That day, I was shaken! I only hear, I've never seen! Before I left school, the boys later showed themselves. Several killings across cults due to battle for supremacy. If you are wise and love your family, you'd shun anything cultism. Na cancer! |
Who is the fourth person in the picture please, the picture is blurry or could be I don't know him at all. |
Silentgroper:Cast is Cast. Go figure. Same for broadcast, forecast etc |
RichProminent:When they say Nigerian graduates are unemployable, I now know. You're a graduate and your spelling is so obnoxious! Really? Sidecheek! Suprised! Caton! Peers! Mudu! Haba! |
Achebedegreat:Don't mislead people here who do not know. That word "hot" on your list is not a verb so cannot have a present or past tense. It's an adjective. Adjectives modify nouns or pronouns by describing them in terms of shape, size, colour, material, opinion etc. E.g. It's a hot weather today. Can I have some hot coffee to drink? Let me add mine, Cast - Cast Thank you. |
Skyfornia:You're not the only one wondering. I had to re-read and re-read like a toddler learning the alphabet before the full weight could sink in, my brain just doesn't want to accept that this is what I have read. Imagine! |
bjtinz:Your ears are paining you. Ask Buhari, you both have the same ailment. As for us Tinubuhood, nothing do us. We dey kampe! |
psychologist:Back to sender with love |
Bigboy911:Se na you go kill am? You are not God. Tomorrow is not promised anyone. |
Colephbreed, before you draw the curtain, have a chitchat with her about your intentions to leave. She may be remorseful and willing to change. If she's adamant, walk. When I dated someone younger than me, I was respectful how much more.... Something tells me you're older. If you'd be a true husband in your home in the future, you'd know from now. Two captains cannot stir one ship. |
themes009:Awwww! Sorry. May the soul of the departed through the mercy of our Lord find eternal rest. |
Hmmn! I have lost count. Forget it o Many men in Nigeria are not responsible. They're daring even whenever they see a fair, clean, fine skin and dope figured lady, their mumu button is activated. I even showed one my ring, he said "Aye n se ru e" Thief! Hubby and I do laugh over it at times. I have "toasters" on Nairaland too o ![]() In truth, I do get tempted at times cos some of them have deep pockets. The energy with which some of them chase you, you'd wonder. |
Dorwadora:Don't be naive dear. They're pure, unblemished truths. |
GuyWise101:Honestly, show me a moral man among ALL of them. Don't single out one if the rest of the pod is damaged. I hate sentiments, be practical. |
osinbanjoisaliar:Some of you don't know what happens inside inside, that's why you make loose comments here. Go and ask Mr. Pedro if you can access him, if Tinubu is vengeful. Even after leaving office, ask him all the special benefits he enjoys that he will not come out openly to announce. Forget it Tinubu and Pedro are still in alliance. Obanikoro, he left when Fashola was absolved. He and the likes of Afikuyomi felt shortchanged. In all honesty, do you think Obanikoro would have performed a Lagos turn around as Fashola did? I doubt if he would have. He was my neighbour so I know. He defected, what tangible thing did he achieve? Ambode messed Lagos up. He tampered with our portable water, when he metered it and they were collecting heavy fees was when water dried up totally. He also distorted the smooth operation of LAWMA. He grew greedy and turned a government agency to his private enterprise. Afterwards, Lagos became a dump site. Everywhere you turned was garbage. If you were a father and you entrusted a responsibility into the hands of your son and he messed everything up, would you hug him, jump up and shout Hurray? Comot body and stop being a hypocrite. |
My opinion is a bit different from others. Your friend did well by ending the relationship. This is justified not because she saw the same privilege she has been enjoying as a waste of money but because of her uncouth mouth. Anyone who doesn't think deeply before he or she talks isn't worth befriending. |
Zonefree:Leave OP, he's a learner. A to ka loju e! I've often said it that any sister who'd snitch on her sister is an oloriburuku personified. The same thing for a friend who tells on her friend. I will never be the one to break the sister code. Even if I daily preach to you to change your ways, I'll NEVER tell on you. My sister's late husband was a serial cheat. I'd even caught him red handed with a lady lying on his legs, me wetin concern me? I never told my sister until after his death. My own is if you must break up, it won't come from me and if somehow you patched things and you are back on track, fine by me. This OP will soon be served breakfast. I hate betrayers. Your new girlfriend is Osinbajo's descendant. |
He first tried to woo me. For a few months, we were in the middle of talks, (I like to dissect a man, you'd think you were in some job interview) talks broke down eventually, I gave him a tough time. I usually, almost always get my way with men so I expected he'd try again after a few weeks. He didn't. I was furious, how dare he! I'd pass by his social media accounts and maintained my lane. Then gradually, my anger became curiousity. Who is this man who could look away? So I just prodded him one day, just a harmless Hi! He took the cue and the rest is history. I later have him where I wanted him, my ever domineering self ![]() |
JovialJune:Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! Go Girl! |
AfricanColumbus:He is schizophrenic! Stack raving bunker! |
SensualMan:I love the laughing meme that you attached to your post. You yourself you're laughing at how stupid you sound. Oponu! |
reddingtonblack:No, nobody is saying they should beat him up. Violence is never the answer. I'm particularly pained that they all kept quiet. Silence means consent. They should put in a word against the man's misbehaviour. That's fair enough. Nobody's preaching violence here, go and sit down joor! |
It's appalling how most of the men here are reacting to this shit. It's like many don't see any big deal here. This is gross infringement! Many of you are sexual harassment apologists. It means you all can condone rape, you can allow assault, that's my conclusion. |
Ijoh:You are an exponential fool whose only functionality is to heat up the already volcanic polity. People like you are the reason Nigeria is how it is! |
Ijoh:Your English sucks. You couldn't even express yourself well within a public space. That alone speaks volume of how potent your grey matter is. South East Nigeria has witnessed more extrajudicial killings in recent times than it's South Western counterpart. React to that Mr. Hulk Hogan. |
uthlaw:Naija matter tire everybody my brother. I have wept and prayed this afternoon after reading the Ondo story. May God be with the families. |
SweetiliciousD:In all of your rant, where did you put Jonathan's tenure? Hatred, seething anger deleted it from your porous medulla abi? Go and sit down joor! |
