DispatcherLagos:Mtcheeeeew! It's not in your place to tell me. I get enough of that already. |
DispatcherLagos:Another sorry way to think. |
DispatcherLagos:Disgusting tribal bigot! Very backward set of homo habilis! |
VeryWickedMan:A matchstick that is artificial, you can't create. Let alone an ant, how much more a human being. Mtcheeeeew! |
These people should just shut up already! Muslim-Muslim ticket is what is breeding more rancour and animosity now abi? What spectacular thing did Osinbajo do to better the lot of Christians as a Christian Vice President? People and propaganda, oga o! Let a credible person that will be merciful on the people become president, chikena! If e like make e be shrine man or Hindu or Bhudist, it matters little. |
Bomboiy:Don't ever say Never! You're not God. You are not even promised ordinary tomorrow, how much more 2023! |
YourHighTension:Expatiate please |
UpInTheSky:It may not be fake. Things are happening, especially to marriages these days. I have a friend, his wife too denied him of intimacy for several years, I think since 2017. They are still living together because of their two kids. The man still provides for the house but it ends there. He has a side chick he's cruising now. OP should be forthright with the wife, sooner or later, she'll find out. I don't support for a woman to deny the husband, where do you want him to go? You're indirectly showing him the way out of the marriage. In my opinion, OP even tried waiting all these years before looking for an alternative arrangement. |
Subsidywise20:Don't! Just don't! Some people seem to have forgotten that crime has no ethnicity when they start ranting skull miner and Afonja all over the place! Take your sermon outta here please. |
uvie66:IGBO AMAKA ![]() I opened the thread to confirm and truly, I was not disappointed ![]() They will not remember to come and do OBIDIENT on this thread. It's either their fingers are paining them or their phone battery don die. Awon elelesinrin! |
I always wonder and couldn't fathom how insecurity could get this bad when a former military general is president. Somebody should cover his face in shame. But he won't. Bubu is clueless and shameless! |
Orgasmgiver123:Wow! Different strokes for different folks. Growing up, my dad never raised a finger on me. He's a sweet darling. There's nothing I ask within his means that he doesn't give me. Up till tomorrow, he calls first to wish me a happy birthday. He can call for Africa! On my wedding day, he did almost everything. Often he will call very early in the morning and sing my "oriki" for minutes. I do wonder whether he sees me in his dreams. He's not like this with my other siblings though. That's a little grey area cause they get jealous at times. He got me my first phone. Love you Daddy, so much. |
pocohantas:I remember an incident between my school head boy and I back then. It was his last day in school, infact his last moments then he came to me, as we were talking he just stopped, and hugged me, more than 5 minutes, he wouldn't let go. His mum and teacher too were there. He was crying, I was crying. I wasn't even his class teacher. I'm only his English teacher. Soon we caught everyone's attention and they were all looking at us. It was an emotional sight. People brought out their phones to do video. Truly, more inspiration is drawn from the kids themselves not in the remuneration. Another unforgettable incidence. It was my birthday. Because we do gist, myself and the kids, we know our birthdays. On this fateful day, I had just cake and wine courtesy of my big sister to celebrate with at home after work. I didn't know these kids, as little as they were, are event planners and full of mischief. I don't have any business in their class that day until the last period. But around break time, they came to the staffroom, about 6 of them, to wish me happy birthday and they gave me a bucket of chicken from KFC. In their words, "It's a special day, birthday girl must eat something special on her day" Na me be girl o! I thanked them and they left. But before they left, they were insistent I go with them to their class, I refused that until it was my period I won't be coming. They left and reminded me to be on time. When it was my period, I entered the classroom to a standing ovation and birthday songs and warm hugs. Then these scheming kids brought out the boxes of pizza and cartons of drink all to celebrate my birthday. Damn! I was dumbfounded. These kids are little rascals! They planned all these, I had no inkling, their class teacher didn't know too. I sent for the school photographer to help capture the moment. Everyone had pizza and drinks to wash it down. That was how I had a surprise birthday party in school courtesy of the kids. That day remains indelible and the kids too till tomorrow. These are the things that keep you as a teacher, not the money. |
chatinent:Chatinent, I say a louder Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaamen to that your last prayer. That man will never know peace for the rest of his miserable life. His generation, living and unborn will never do well. They will suffer from grass to zero! |
God knows I won't rest if my baby girl is defiled until the defiler is 6 feet beneath. Ah, mi o ni gba! |
TOPCRUISE:Hmmmn interesting! My husband is one of these. He has no eyes for anyone else though. I think you should add Doctors to your list. |
Mecka:Don't associate with people like you. Too crude, very unrefined and tacky! |
I seem to be a bit of old school. These artistes were hot when they were younger. They seem to have aged a bit now. In no particular order: Olivier Martinez in Unfaithful Shemar Moore in Diary of a Mad Black Woman Will Smith and Wentworth Miller in Prison Break Women: Halle Berry Jennifer Lopez Scarlett Johansson Eva Longoria |

Wintertime:You can't remove tribalism from a situation that concerns a man who's a tribal bigot himself. Go and verify from his Fidelity days. |
ustanejnr:None of your business |
ustanejnr:His write up is even clearer than yours. No malice intended. |
The nonsense MUMURIC group should lend their voice to this case too. They should advocate that this case be sent to Abuja too. Yeye dey smell! |
Donire:You see! Those are the things that make one catch feelings. Going shopping, eating together, cleaning the house, assisting with other stuff.... That's a relationship budding my dear. She doesn't have to eat in your place. Even if she eats, she might bring her stuff from wherever. You make it sound like it's gonna be a strictly business arrangement but we're not robots, we're not programmed to be like that. Just start a relationship and maybe set limits that's all. |
Donire:Like how many times will you want to meet in a month? Let the 25k no come be for 25 days in a month o! Also, will she be involved in cleaning after you? Going for shopping for you, cooking or posing as escort to events? Or it's just strictly sex. Clarify in case you need to add to the prize money ![]() |
Thank you Disclaimer12. I have always loved Madiba but your thread endeared me to him more. I do check out literature written as comprehension passages for kids in elementary school. I see a lot on American greats like Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, John F Kennedy and so on. I do see stuff on Nelson Mandela too. It's disheartening that our other African leaders never attained this cult hero status. Their atrocities won't let them. Thank you again. |
compton11:Even a traditionalist and atheists are concerned about killer herdsmen and bandits. Who wouldn't? Are you not concerned too? Tell me you are not and I'll say you are one of them! As for MUMURIC, their mumu too much. Why are they not quick to suggest Deborah's case be moved to Abuja? Hypocrites! This church underground story should not be tried hush-hush. We want to see it to the end. Whoever is guilty should face the full wrath of the law. |
rickpat:Thank you and a resounding Aaaaaamen to your prayers. Wish you the same and more. |
rickpat:My marriage is over a decade now. We're very happy together despite our challenges, which you may not believe it, are numerous just like everyone's. I always say marry your friend. He wasn't the most educated or richest among the suitors I had then. Was he even rich? I've never been about money in my life. I believe in making my own money. You know, make money together and spend it together. I married him because we're both comfortable with each other. We're friends, gist partners, Tom and Jerry! Most people are not sincere. They always have ulterior motives when choosing who to settle for. Those things are transient, they don't last. They fade into oblivion. Life happens to us all. After this, they can't cope and start running from pillar to post. I won't relegate the God factor too. I always look for a God-fearing man and thank God I found one. The fear of God will not allow you to do some things even more than the love or respect you have for your partner. Love is good in a marriage but it's never enough. Be submissive if you are the woman. The man, respect your wife and be ready to go any length for her. Be kind, be understanding, be tolerant, be moderate, be fair and firm. If marriages are bad, the society suffers it. That's the genesis of our problem in Nigeria. Families are in disarray. Too many people grew up in toxicity, the polity is heated up, brimming like a volcano about to erupt. It doesn't always have to be like this. It doesn't. Did you read the story of a 7-year-old boy who broke into a home to steal in Ibadan? He broke the lock, ransacked the house, stole 2 phones and some money. Damn! That's the kind of picture I'm trying to paint. |
Aidejay:Careful. Part of the reasons they killed Deborah. |
DonroxyII:You're absolutely correct. Okun to the world! |
