ajwhirlwind: Fifty-five individuals stole N1.3trillion from the national treasury in seven years under President Goodluck Jonathan's watch, the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption (PACAC) has said.
The board of trustees said Jonathan endured defilement, shut his eyes to unite while his organization fared more regrettable than his antecedents in handling official scum.
In its report of exercises from August 2015 to July 2016 exhibited to common society associations (CSOs) by its Executive Secretary, Prof Bolaji Owasanoye, amid an intuitive session in Abuja Thursday, PACAC said debasement pushed Nigeria under to the brink of collapse under Jonathan. Read more@:http://www.topgist360.com/2016/10/55-nigerians-stole-n13-trillion-under.html No doubts, this is an exaggeration. But it's still a mind boggling amount. Now , how about putting this figure in proper perspective by comparing how much was equally stolen under Yaradua's short reign, and OBJ's 8 yr reign, and Abdusalami's 1yr reign, Abacha's 5 yr reign, Babangida's 8 yr reign, and of course, Buhari's 3 yr reign. This is the only way we can honestly put in perspective, the villainy of the the Jonathan regime. |

patriotic9jaboy: This is to appeal to every southerners that our future is in our hands. A united south is what we need now to stand against northern oppression and divide and rule tactics. We must ensure we work together to restore power to the south by 2019. The north obviously has a grand plan of retaining power for so long and this is obvious in the way Tinubu is been put in check so as to limit his influence in the party decisions and made irrelevant in the scheme of things. We never expected such treatment from the north after all we did to support Buhari in the last election. Oyegun is obviously been used to fight a proxy war with Tinubu by the born to rule caliphate up north who will do anything to render his power bloc handicap so as to ensure their grip on power. We need the support our SS/SE brothers to make this happen. Lets us unite and forget all grievances. A united south can wrestle power away from the north with the support of Christian minorities in the middle belt and the north. GEJ was a bad president contrary to our thoughts in 2011 when we supported him massively with our votes. He failed woefully and corruption thrived to the highest heavens during his tenure. Contrary to the believe of our SS/SE brothers, yoruba's did not vote Jonathan out because of hatred or betrayal. He simply under-performed and did nothing for the SW region and even boasted that Igbo's are the backbone of his presidency forgetting that the SW supported him massively in 2011. Buhari appeared to be the messiah but so far, the hardship in the land is so unbearable and there is no end in sight to the present predicaments facing us as a nation. Buhari has no economic blueprint and his style of governance is archiac and filled with bad policies like banning forex for importation of consumer goods and releasing the same scarce forex for Islamic religious pilgrimage. It's a bad situation we are in and we need to co-operate to undo this mistake in 2019. Every one is facing hardship and bearing the brunt of inflation and recession irrespective of our tribes and regions. This is why we need the support of our SS/SE brothers in 2019 to vote buhari out. Let's form an alliance and forget past mis-deeds. We are better united in the south than been ruled by a primitive caliphate who believed they are born to rule without positive results....
God bless SW /SS and SE Ha ha ha. So it's time for the South to unite against Northern power grab, huh ? It wasn't so before the elections, so what has changed ? First of all, stop the lie that southwest voted out GEJ because of mismanagement. In the history of leadership in Nigeria, kindly name one or two leaders who have managed the economy better, encouraged a more United Nigeria while fighting insurgent terrorists, grew the economy and expanded the middle class, invested more in education, agriculture and infrastructure than Goodluck Jonathan . Be honest and confess that the majority of southwest voted out Jonathan for two main reasons. 1. Tribalism. Given a dog bad name in order to hang it. You gave GEJ a bad name as pretext to hate him for being a South Easterner. We are smart enough to read between the lines. 2. Tinubu Factor: The majority of Southwesterners were duped by the propaganda machinery of their political General Overseer, Tinubu. Tinubu fronted himself as one who knew what was best for the Southwest, and the people followed, hook , line and sinker, just like the pied Piper. Well, predictably, today the chickens have come home to roost. OBJ and GEJ did an excellent job of demystifying the political hegemony of the North. With the help of Tinubu and his Southwest brothers and sisters, the North struck back, and is moving full speed to consolidate its power, and not ready to relinquish it in the foreseeable near future. If a good southern coalition is formed against Buhari in 2019, there might not be an election at all. Mark my words. Buhari is emasculating Tinubu and his political blocks, hounding PDP henchmen, hounding and intimidating members of the judiciary , all because he wants to create a one-party state that would ensure that only him and feudal oligarchs keep power in perpetuity. In as much there is an urgent need for all the South and Middle belt to unite, it is nearly impossible with soooo much distrust and tribalism created and foisted on the rest of us by stomach infrastructure, contract and porridge politicians. |

blueseacats: I support trump based on his stance on trade, have long wanted a president who can run America like a business rather than consular office.
Let me give an example why Christians support trump in this election, the next president will select the Supreme Court judge to replace Antonine Scalia who was a conservative judge that passed suddenly last year. If democrat is elected they will replace him with a liberal that guarantees that, every liberal agenda that gets to the court will be rubber stamped.
And one of those liberal agendas is to legalize abortion therefore literarilly forcing a prolife Christian to pay taxes which is used to fund abortion that he or she is not in support of.
Donald Trump has given conservatives a hint on his Supreme Court pick and they are Christians . Donald Trump, by all measures, is a horrible businessman. Trump may win or lose but ask yourself, why is america filled with such a large population of "deplorables, the finger pointers, the paranoid, the haters" Could it be due to years of failed aspirations occasioned by the lack luster democratic rule anchored by Obama/Hillary? It has been democrats since 2008 or you wan argue? America , undoubtedly, has a large population of deplorables because there are still a Large population of people who are nostalgic of the good ol days of slavery and racial discrimination. Stupid people deserve to be exploited Yeah. It reminds me of this mysterious verse in the Bible, where Jesus said " for those who have little, it shall be taken from them to add to those who have more ". I had always wondered why Jesus would encourage those who have to take the little from those who do not have, to add to their own. It seemed unjust. But in light of modern day Pentecostalism and their shenanigans, I think Jesus meant that those who have brains and use them very sparingly, others who have more brainpower shall forever exploit them to fill their own coffers. Nothing is ever free You seemed to have missed something. Churches generate incredible amounts of cash flow from offerings, tithes, seed sowing, donations as well income from selling church related paraphernalia. Therefore, schools built with church funds should be FREE, where the church members and members of the public see it as an open charity that they can freely support. |

Therefore, within the broad worldviews, each person's particular view are tempered by his or her own culture, environment, education and life experiences. For example, Nigerian pantheist is more likely to believe in spirits and reincarnation than a European pantheist. It doesn't change the general thrust of the pantheistic Worldview. |

But then.
If God is everything, then is it truly a god? Because if we introduce a similar quantity of anti-matter, God is finished If God is everything, then what makes god a g od? God is not special if he or she is in everyone. Just a mundane aspect of life like dna. Exactly my point. If god is everything and everything is god, then the belief in a god, and the obsession with it, makes Zero sense. This is the pantheistic Worldview in a nutshell. |
