Pls I really need a sincere advice. My phone or network has created me a mistake in which I don't know the best option, sell or hold.I placed a buy order for dancem.i just have to put the figure so you can get a clear pic.i wanted just 5000 and it turned out when I saw green to be 50000.Should I sell or hold.I am worried if it drops.Just wanted a bit of it because of the share buy back thing in the future
Stocks trading/investment is not all about making money, you equally need your peace to be in good health to enjoy the money.

If I were in your shoe,I will sell the 45000,taking my lost for my mistake immediately and follow my original plan. This is one of many situations that might likely bring unrest and you will just be checking DC price every hour when market is on.
Of course DC is a good one at current price but you can manage your funds/health better with buying other stocks if you really understand this market.

The part in bold is totally FALSE !!
I can tell u without mincing words that the FG is also indebted to TRANSCORP.(power arm) same way the company is indebted to her(Afam power aquisation in view)
As a matter of fact, the fund in question is mainly owed to GENCOS and GAS SUPPLIERS.

One does not need a soothsayer to infer that u clearly don't like the coy. wink cheesy grin
The historical trend of ur post clearly suggest so(I have closely followed ur post on the coy)
Maybe the coy has disappointed u in the past, but that shouldn't prevent u from aligning with facts. ...or at worse remain neutral.
This is what I like to do.

Hear this;
TRANSCORP will deliver some good return.
...it's only a matter of time !!
Some of your assertions are not necessary.
Transcorp disappointing me in the past, that must be a joke... cool
I am not the one who promotes or ' talk down ' a stock because I own or didn't own it. I think that is childish as I don't believe whatever we say here have an impact on the performance of stock prices on the exchange.

Now back to the issue in question, I will be glad if you can provide any links to back up your argument that fg or bubu owes transcorp.

The news that would have propel the price was this power news but that while the government took to appoint ministers kidda killed the vibe.. I heard a minister’s signature was required but that office was empty.. “I heard oo”
I just pray bubu will give us our money or say something about it and the power sector to gear up price again. LOL
You need to put things in proper perspective.
The power sector is troubled and for clarity, fg or bubu does not owe transcorp. The money in question is owed majorly by discos.
The fg has been magnanimous in bailing the discos out to settle some of the debts.
How long can the fg continue to throw good money on bad ones?
Settlement of the whole problem is difficult.

For all that we know that money can become a bad debt in transcorp book.....

Show me just one person on this thread that gave the buy call on ACCESS before I did.

My trade recommendation on that stock was given openly on this thread and suffered almost zero draw down.

If you can't give more precise entries that my VAP model, then you stand in no place to try to correct my model.

You should in actual fact respect the fact that the model is better than yours then seek how you can learn it before attempting to correct anything about it.

As it stands right now sir, you do not know a single thing about what I do so quit trying to correct what you do not know.
You are still not ready to change........
Access that has been on OGG recommended lists since when...
There is no stock you mentioned here that someone else has not put a light on before..

If you want to make money just forget about your academic prowess...
Saying that GTB will go down and access will be going up clearly shows that you don't understand Nigerian stock exchange....

I have this feeling Alhaji Rabiu wants more choke hold on CCNN+Kalambaina+Obu. It doesn't appear he is minority investor friendly like Aliko
I bought CCNN from N4.50k to N11 naira and I exited when I was convinced there was no more value in it again with rising price.
Rabiu is angling to move up in the Forbes list of billionaire, he will climb up on some people head.....capitalism at its best/worst cool

I'm not talking about the EPS or the dilution I'm talking about buying CCNN at the current price and selling it as Obu at N35 or there about by January.
My brother, obu is not buying CCNN at N35. The N35 that was quoted was from cardinalstone. They arrived at that figure based on their analysis just like CP will analyse a stock and give his opinion on fair price.......

CCNN closed at 19.10.
There's more to this merger in my opinion. We may not be getting details of what the merger is yet..
Just don't want Nsempa to miss out if it's going to be a positive one.
There is nothing in the merger.
This is not the first time that they will do something like this.
Rabiu is using minority holders to further his interest.

Price can continue to go up in the short to medium time, it is a stock that can be easily manipulated, One single entity control more than 90% of the stock.

GURUS IN THE HOUSE PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS ANALYSIS.
My brother bought 3bedroom apartments from Federal Mortgage Bank at 9.2m. 10% equity paid leaving a balance of 8.280m. This will be deducted from his salary starting from January next year. He has 20yrs left in the service.
The young man is totally confused now.
First, he is planning to invest 4m in Tb, roll it over for 3yrs or 4, use whatever will come out, add it to whatever must have been deducted from his salary for the same period and pay off the loan.
Second, he is planning to drop the 4m and subsequent savings with FMBN to reduce the balance as well as what will be deducted from his salary.
9.2m with mortgage calculator gave me 14.2m @ #711,840 a yr for 20yrs and 12.5m @ #838,452 a yr for 15yrs.
Should he drops the money with FMBN to reduce what will be deducted from his salary or he should rather invest the money in Tb, roll it over and add to what will deducted at the end of 3 to 4 yrs and pay off the loan?
At what interest rate was the mortgage giving?
As far as I know, FMBN mortgage goes for 6% per annum. If that was what is offered, then he doesn't need to pay anything back now. He should continue to service the loan till he retires from service.
The idea is that you are getting a loan at 6% while you are investing your money at a return of about 12% per annum. You will be good with the difference in rate of 6% and when you compound this for 20 years that will be a good money.

Like I have always said, they do so to cause panic so that you bring out your kaya on offer and voom, it's all gone. It is called scaring the weak hands.
Did the person place the trade by himself or he send mandate through his brokers?
I have been buying zenith around N17 for sometimes now without issue.

My friend, you dont need to believe, we know how insiders and professional works. grin

You need to read on how stock market works. Probably it will aid your understand.

Maybe/ Maybe not.
There are insider trading every where and we cannot rule out manipulation of share price on NSE and elsewhere. It is easily done with illiquid stock and one with low capitalisation. If a single entity is controlling a huge percentage of OS like CCNN, manipulation will be easy.
However, ascribing everything to manipulation when price are down is what I cannot believe. Zenith has traded a huge volume in recent days and there is no way I will believe that all those trades running into billions of naira are being done by people who want to keep price down.

Zenith is a good stock at current price, people who think otherwise are free to sell. That is the beauty of free market.

All the very good stocks are in the banking sector.
As someone who likes to diversify, I have gotten to look at other sectors for a good one.
Cash and short term loans are minuses but the present price has given me enough cover.
Q4 is historically the best for JB, if they can pull it off this time around with a very good dividend declaration, I foresee a good stock primed for a rally in the short to medium term....

October closed bearish. I give that to Agba.
However, I have said that if these stocks gets to these August low, then the market is bearish to me.
GTB 25.7
UBA 5.45
Access 5.5
FCMB 1.41
Fidelity 1.40
All these were August low.

Once prices go below these, then the market is bearish to me.

GTB has already done 24.90. I will wait for others.

Don't you guys have eyes to look at charts or na only me dey see this reversal signs? I hope it is not benzene that I am seeing? grin
It is not only you that is seeing the reversal....
The major issue is the timing...

Has the market turned the corner? No, not in my own opinion....
When will the market resume an upward trend? I sincerely don't know...
For now ,the market breadth is still bearish.....
