Please I want to confirm the following from those who applied as family or from those whose family members apply after the main applicant visa got approved.

Did you pay IHS for your partner and kids ?

Can I use same bank statement for wife and kids ? I was expected to provide 7m as my POF but I hv about 18m. Now that I got my visa the 18m covers for the remaining family members, can I reprint same statement to apply for them ?

I believe I can use my statement since am the main applicant or do I need to transfer money into my wife account since they will be applying separately?

I hv a son with US passport, should I apply with his US passport or Nigerian passport ?

Does my son with US passport need POF because it’s stated on UKVI website that citizens from certain listed countries do not need to provide POF as dependent?

Please I need help from past applicants with same issue as mine and your contributions will be highly appreciated.

You visa was refused because you said your sponsor will send $40k to your account when you get to America instead of the university.

Your sponsor can never send such money directly to your account cause of money laundering act.

You would have said your sponsor bank will send it to the school account through Form A or any legal means.


I mean no one from Nigeria can send above $10k from Nigeria without been question.

I'm the last born in the family, all the members of the family had gotten married except me.
I'm 32 now, just rounded up my study. I'm into farming, school works and doing catering work as well. I'm financially balance. I have not gone into a relationship before, I just ignore that aspect because I believe in the principle of "one thing at a time".

Now that I'm through with my study and I have something doing, I'm planning of going into a relationship and get married at least by 2023 but I'm perceiving there's going to be a problem between me and my family.

My family is very selective, very selective... There was a time a friend started visiting me anytime I went to the village, my mother notice it and told me that the girl is not welcome in the family, she gave me her reason too, I told my Mom she is just a friend and nothing more.

Today my neice got married, I invited my crush and she came to the wedding and I introduced her to my family as my friend, when the ceremony was going on, my sister told me and I quote "this girl you brought is not acceptable, she is too old for you, "common" she is just 27 and am 32... I told my sister that we are just friends and nothing more, then she said better...

I don't want to have any issue with my family in marring a girl but I'm afriad problem might be inevitable because I won't want my family to choose who or who not to marry, I have never had issue with my family before, they love me very much and we are living happily.

One mind is telling me to follow my heart another mind is telling me don't let a woman bring issue between you and your family...

Help!!! I need a serious and sincere advice on leaving this country. I'll be 30 next year (single) and I have only O'level, went to university but gave up for some reasons.. Now I have about #5m and want to move, how can I pls I'm considering some of the Eastern countries like Ukraine, belarus, romania etc for studies but I don't know if it's worth it and if I can make a move to a better country from there. Someone also told me to try apply for diploma in Canada. I'm also considering the UK but I don't know if the money I have will be enough and also if my age won't be a limit. @justwise and other gurus in the house, I need you to attend to this for me, please. I asked the question a few days ago, but I couldn't get the answer, hence my bringing it up again.

I am about to submit my application for Jan 2022 session to Salford University, however, I am in a dilemma whether to go ahead or not. The reason is that I am currently pregnant and will be due in January 2022. My concerns are:
1. Do I stand a chance of having my visa approved before November (all things being equal) to enable me to travel before I reach 36 weeks as most airlines don't allow pregnant mothers beyond 36/37weeks to board?
2. Being a new mum and attending schools, how does this work out for whoever has gone through this path before?

Please, ejoor o, kindly answer my naive question this time around.

'Resit with attendance' may have some implications like academic progression but will not affect PSW and the issuing of CAS shouldn't be a problem. There is a reason why CAS has the resit option so as to issue CAS to such affected students.

'Resit without attendance' will have visa curtailed but has the option to apply for a short term study visa to write the module. At the end of the day, it's all about successfully completing ones course and be eligible for PSW.

I applied to University of Hull last month and the part of "referee". I put my former HOD's contact cus I didn't get his letter on time and i didnt want time to pass. When I logged in , they said I had to upload a letter but I can't find a place to upload it. I've been searching for weeks now. I've sent over 20 messages to the admission office but I haven't gotten any replies from them

Once your pof is 28 days, you will submit your application, pay Visa fees and NHIS. Let us assume you submitted your application today which day 28th (July 16) and you got July 30 as date of appointment. You can print your pof on July 29 which would be more than 28 days.

Okay. Print from June 21 to July 20 since July 21 is your biometrics date. Ensure you do a transaction on July 21 and go print.

There is a guy in an organization of which I work for, he holds a higher position and as such he is the bossy type who love to feel like an important person,,

My organization needed to purchase some new cars and he was the one in charge of the planning and purchase, after the cars were bought it was discovered that he requested for kickbacks from the vendor,

he was almost sacked but instead was recently demoted to my office on the same position, Due to some key responsibilities I have in the office I'm in charge of some activities,,,
Here is the problem, he isolates himself,, still behaves like he's a superior, acts bossy and doesn't want to associate with other colleagues or in discharging his duties.

How do I handle such a person?? How do I approach the situation accordingly,,, make I clear the guy put am for him place or I should just be complacent? Guys help out

I got a conditional offer from Ulster University, Birmingham. They are insisting on my waec certificate which got lost some years back. I 've sent my statement of result and a scratch card pin number for them to verify the results. Has anyone encountered this challenge before because they are still insisting on the certificate.
