Nigeria should be hosting this summit giving the size of our economy. Its a slight for president Buhari to be going to SouthAfrica to negotiate loans for Africa's largest economy and most important country. He should be hosting the Chinese president and other African presidents coming to Abuja. Thats how you put your nation and government in the map and bring respect and influence and importance to it.
I thought Buhari is experienced enough to know this.
When will our leaders have a true sense of national pride? Nigeria should be the host of most economic summits on this continent. Our politicians cant see beyong local politics and witchhunting, while selling Nigeria's place on the continent to lesser countries.

I think with this I can confidently say that president.Buhari has again tainted his image once.
Not only as a general who toppled a democratic government, but one who kills peaceful protesters.

In every sane clime, any group of people has a right to determine if they are better off as a new independent nation. There is no need to be hostile against such people and be killing them. Maybe he should take a clue from Britain and Spain.

'New things" never denote things outside scriptures. But news things as I meant it, shed more light and further revelations into what scripture has already hinted.
John 16:12 has our SAVIOUR saying there was SO MUCH MORE HE wanted to tell HIS disciples which they couldn't bore then. But that the HOLY SPIRIT will guide them into all truth.

So instead of outrightly condemning another brother's work, kindly direct them to seek the HOLY SPIRIT WHO is available to them.

The SPIRIT of GOD does not thrive in arguments or debates. arguments and debates stem from the spirit of man, influence by Satan to promote self and not GOD.

For those who are called into deliverance ministry and who are blessed with discernment and wisdom, they find her book very helpful and insightful.
Myself inclusive. There are a lot of things about demonic activities that are unknown to the average Christian. The HOLY SPIRIT has been teaching new things since HE was sent down to earth with the truth.

Now supposing Rebecca Brown was a pack of fraud, a Christian whose utterances are ordered by the HOLY SPIRIT, whose life is a manifestation of the fruits of the HOLY SPIRIT, is very slow to call a fellow brother out or denounce their works. A SPIRIT filled Christian takes a different approach from outright condemnation.
You might find yourself on the wrong side of GOD's judgement.
If you feel that she's a pack of lies, then gently ask any Christian WHO SEEK YOUR OPINION ON THE MATTER to be careful and pray for GOD's guidance.

But please be careful how you call other Christians out with their works. The devil thrives with such practices. He loves it.

I believe with the strongest conviction that having an opposite sex as a best friend is not only abnormal but dangerous for obvious reasons.

That's why I said such relationships are rarely honest relationships. And by no means healthy or normal. It's a very deep problem in that very individual. But I won't go further than this.

But come to think of it. our problem is not LP, PDP or APC. Our problems are not the political party divide or the tribe where the governor comes from.

Delta state is on a stand still. All past two administrations failed to bring in any meaningful investments and the likes of Shell called it quits.
The only thing the government did was to wake up the youths who are lazy, with no education or skill or the desire to aquire one. People who had killed their slow-running brain with Marijuana and liquor parade the streets with a false sense of entitlement with a "Deve" mentality.

Now despite the adornment of natural resources, delta state is viewed in negetivity by the investment community because the actions of these lazy, gun wielding youths have gone far. And a government whose mentality is just a step above the youths can not help.
So when you said you're ashamed of the current condition of the state, I could relate with that.

Some people by nature or some other reasons find taboos, oddities and immoralities as normal behaviour:

eg:
1) A girl
in a committed relationship sitting on another guys lap. And would defend to the death that there's nothing wrong with her action.

The fact is people have differnt level of morality. Some people are morally loosed than others. And if you check deeper into this people with less moral standards, they tend to be more carefree and their general conduct and their personal boundry is very porous.

Dont be surprised that this very dad in the pic and men like him would be less strict with enforcing parental control on some cable channel against his children. Or be particularly protective on the type of music his kids listen to. For men like this they see few or no dangers to society's fad and new fashion. It is clear that the figures of Nigerias population is doctored to favour the north. Even a pre colonial British soldier who was part of the people that rigged the very first census made a well documented confession.

The Hausa and Fulani have never been found in other major cities in Nigeria in huge numbers except in their own homelands. The places in Nigeria that drives huge population are Lagos and Portharcourt and their nunbers are not sizeable compared to the two other large tribes.
Little wonder the Hausas and Fulanis are always very census conscious, from threatning to pull out of the censors if tribes , state of origin and religion are included and ganging up against the past chairman of the census commision.

Funny how Kano be compared to Lagos the most important city in Africa. Kano should be compared to Warri in terms of population. The then Lagos government was smart to reject the result of such laughable census and conducted her own.
Even Gen Babangida regime conducted a 1990 population censors where the nunber of males where higher than female! I think the UN rejected it.

The large desert-infested region up north are number thieves. They arent that many in numbers.
