Christianity Etc › Re: Herbert Wigwe: Did His Pastor Mourn Long Enough? By Fola Ojo by ppogba: 10:51am On Feb 26, 2024
fareed69:
Since Wigwe died now life should be at a standstill for all his Church members.
I know the Celebrant must have been planning this occasion long before he died , so he should cancel it?
You could have said all other members should continue mourning him for ever .
Even Access bank has long moved on .
They have appointed another leader less than a week after his death.
Nonsense write up
No matter how long it took to plan an event, it can be cancelled if situation warrants it.

Events were cancelled for COVID. High level events for that matter.

God forbid, if it were to be the first child of the couple, the event would be cancelled.

We're the food to be eaten on that day already prepared?

Kukutenla:
Where's that dimwit who was defending the rogue dude
Chopnaira abi na ppogba or what does he call himself?
My first point of argument then was that, it is all about corruption fighting back. Referring to me as a dimwit on a Monday does not obliterate that fact and I stand resolutely by that.

Second and more important is my total disagreement with the narration that Obazee seized the phones of the bank executives. I would not know how my argument against the illogicality of that translates into a support for Obazee.

I would have expected someone who wants to be taken seriously and someone who has the intent of arguing logically to have taken the time to go through the sequence of the last argument before coming out like an attack dog in the mould of Doyin Okupe or FFK to call another names early morning.

Well, I admit that my lexicon of words of insult is lean. For that reason, you are forgiven.

Good morning to you sir.

ECOWAS saving face claiming they are lifting sanctions on humanitarian ground.

Truth is, the three countries eyes don open.

They have realized the bondage they were being under France.

The carrot from Russia though a poisoned chalice is tantalizing.

Beolly:
I thought they said they don't practice tribalism in Edo State, why should his inability to speak the language be an issue?? When Yoruba people said GRV can't speak the language some people said it's not necessary and tagged it tribalism.

So the LP candidate having a Yoruba name is also an issue? There are people from Akoko Edo who speak and bear Yoruba name. I hope when others do the same thing nobody would complain.
This clown you people are quoting is not from Edo and does not speak for Edo people.

By their comments you should know them.

There's are rules that guides peaceful neighbour relationship

Once you again you are not smart and you are highly ignorant. I have asked you severally try be an igbo man for one week, go to any company that is Yoruba dominated, you will see how you will be treated. i have been a victim, though in recent years it is getting better because of the noise we have made because of it.
I remember in a blue chip company where i worked a woman said you igbos are minorities here. Even Diamond Bank in its hey days never discriminated against non-igbos. so my ignorant friend it is not inherited propaganda.
My experience at Udeagbala Holdings as an intending corp member in the 90s will shut you up.

Wake up and do not pass this biases to your children.

It is only Igbos that are discriminated against in Nigeria according to your lots.
It is only Igbos that are saints in Nigeria.

Wake up.

I will try and be an Igbo man for a week.

And please in your ignorance do not call another person ignorant.

Fine.
But he will still face manslaughter charges & pay compensations to the man's family.

But how come he couldn't find the man after knocking him down? Perhaps the man could have survived if rushed to hospital immediately.
If.he.is found guilty of manslaughter, there would not be an issue of payment of compensation to the man' s family.

Compensation can only come up where the family is not settling the issue out of Court.
