jahsharon: I love Shettima's statement acknowledging that he and his fellow political office holders are just lucky to be our leaders, not that they are better than the masses.
However, that your statement of a DGM earning about 200,000 makes you look like a motorpack tout.
Are you MAD ni? Even I who left as just a Senior Banking Officer about 12 years ago, I was earning about 600,000 per month. Go and ask your friends who are luckier than you, they will tell you. Ex-Intercontinental. |

Bliss24:

I just love Shetima's blunt disposition
Best Graduating student of Economics in Prestigious University of Ibadan Citadel of learning......
After 30 years of Graduation
Ended up becoming Deputy Branch Manager at a new generation bank like Polaris bank
30 years after graduation that he should be planing retirement he is a Deputy Manager
His total salary may not be up to 200,000 to 500,000 a month
He made this submission at University of Ibadan to remind student the intricacies of life
. The need for restraint when you know very little about what is being discussed cannot be over emphasized. Calling a bank DGM a deputy branch manager shows not only your level of ignorance but the qua tom of your stupidity. You would have been better off not saying what you do not know. Just cover your face in shame at least till the week runs out. |

princeemma69: Nice one The kind of malpractices done in WAEC is horrible. I know someone who got 4A's in WAEC and later got 162 in Jamb It does not always work that way. It is possible the candidate is a slow student naturally. It is possible he/she is just getting used to CBT exam for the first time. That is the essence of the MOCK EXAM that most candidates refuse to sit for. A thousand and one reason could be responsible for the scenario you painted. |

The best anyone can do is to give the Finnish authorities concrete evidence that Simon Ekpa has done anything wrong. Rest in Peace Dr. God rest your soul With all due respect to your personal opinion, your first paragraph sounds stupid. RepoMan007: That's why we need to stop large departments for theatre arts, accounting, mass comm, law or zoology and start having bigger medical science departments and faculties. Demand and supply is not only applicable to commodity market. Even Jesus said the harvest is plenty but labourers are few. I am not aware of any deliberate govt. policy creating a large dept. for the courses you mentioned. Many students desire medicine but cannot make the admission criteria. Who do you blame for that? Many student gain admission to study medicine but fall by the way side. Who do you blame for that? The challenge is that most of the teaching hospitals should accept more students that wants to do internship instead of making it difficult. You will be surprised at the number of doctors looking for TH to do their internship. And finally, no where in the world is the dept. of medicine a place for ALL AND SUNDRY. |
