She reminds of a particular person that Canada humbled,he was also loud and barely takes advise.. lot of people warned him about applying for a particular program.. he also became an overnight guru and would respond to question just like this lady..until now no one knows how far with his app after getting the first refusal..
Only those who are not mentally inclined will not see through the lines..
It's not by 24/7 prayer ..If you like quote all the bible passage..the truth is everyone cant get this visa at the same time..

2 semesters would have been almost completed. And we all know Nigeria lacks security plus I would still have to come back seff

Yes dear, it’s a family company. Just took brief security classes and then applied as a transfer student cos I already started here. Everything was addressed. So till my notes, if it was academic progression, they would have stated it in the refuse letter but lemme Wait for my notes

Yes I haven’t said anything because I don’t know the reasons yet and I can’t rely on their generic reasons that they drop for everyone not until my notes are out.
But if you insist then the reason is they don’t believe i will return after studies.. Does that make sense to you? With my property papers… 3 different properties i used as home ties and the 4th property being the house i presently live in. Houses and shops on rent. My application was self sponsored. My POF had a closing balance of 15M, no lump sums.. Properties worth over 180M.. etc. So if you were the VO, what issues would you have with this application? Why would i want to abandon everything i have in my home country and remain in Canada? If a property was sold to raise POF! They can say.. i would also sell the other properties and remain in Canada… Is Canada heaven.

Feel free to tell me the reason for my refusal… i am waiting. I also attached all the deed and survey plan papers to my application.

Yes, I know. The person that wants to request for it is a Canadian citizen. That's why I need the official website. If you know it, kindly tell me please. I don't need a third party website.

Your case is very interesting. You have weak ties to Nigeria, no landed properties, and your whole family is in the US yet you didn't have any problem. I wonder what IRCC is looking for. Is it just money? I wonder.

I have 3 different Statement of financial accounts I want to upload, mine and the details of my Sponsor. The problem here is that, I can only upload once. My question is, Can I combine both mine and my sponsor's details/Statement of financial accounts in one PDF file and upload? Or is there any other provision for it?

It is not possible to have two different UCI numbers. You can have different application numbers but not UCI.

Your biometrics information and application are stored in your UCI number hence why you can not do biometrics twice

My question now are

1 Whose IRCC account will be used for the application? Will my wife apply or me?
2 Where will I upload her invitation letter that I wrote
3 How long before they approve the visa?
4. What are the documents that I need?

The eligibility reviews are in 2 parts done by 2 officers; the junior officer first works on it and upon being satisfied recommends it passed. If the review is recommended passed, it is then passed on to the senior visa officer who will now do the final review and may agree with the former, in which if he did, he will give a final pass and eventually send notice of ppr. If on the other hand, he disagreed with the recommendation earlier passed, he will fail the eligibility review and refuse the application. And that's the final. It's at the final review stage that ppr or refusal is sent by the snr visa officer. So what eligibility review the Mp has access to was the recommended passed and not the final review done by the snr visa officer. So it's either way: so may one just be favoured by His grace.

A friend's family application has just been approved after defering to January 2023.

Since the student can't start working until she starts her program, they are seeking answers to the following two options:

Option 1: Can the spouse start working immediately with his SOWP if they choose travel to Canada this month of September 2022?

Option 2: Can only the spouse travel this month of September 2022 and start working immediately with his SOWP while the wife (student) will join the spouse in January to start her study?

When my application gets approved I'll be traveling by January and school is resuming by January 6th.
Is it possible for me to defer my admission to a later date like September 2023 after getting into Canada, for me to hustle for my tution fee before starting the semester.
