We allocated too much powers to the president. In fact, Naija system eh, the president is a mini god. Rubbish. Fix the political system to be more realistic with modern governance, utilize the tax u collect in each region, tax more. That is it!

Changing our political system is the first step. We must adopt UK model and have 6 nations. Or we adopt the US model. That is the first step o. Else, the current system works for the leaders.

"Sane" countries yet their officers involved in those shootings almost always go Scott free. The few cases where anything is paid to the victims,no dime comes from the officer's pocket whom are the culprits here,but rather the police department- from tax payers money.
