Even some telecoms are also useless. I went to MTN office to do a 'welcome back'. They told me to get a affidavit. I told the lady that my lost line was registered. That she should look into their database to confirm that I am the owner of the line. She insisted I should go and get affidavit. I walked out of their office and aborted the mission of retrieving the line.

What's the purpose of the registration, if you can't check the database to confirm the owner of the sim?

When my money was stolen in 2013, everything I had as a student back then, I almost committed suicide. This was money I saved up for one year as a student. Life was meaningless the moment I was told that I was a victim of fraud. I think we are here to compare crimes? Bro, all crimes are evil. No one is better than the other. There are still people doing drugs and still intact. It only becomes an issue when absused. So what am I saying? Every crime has various degrees of effects to humans.

I paid part of the money for her. She was so heart broken. While she was heart broken, the person who stole her money probably was someone shouting Maga Maga. We read the story of an old man who landed in hospital after he was defrauded of his pension fund.

Baba mi fraud has also crazy effects. Some people have taken their own lives due to fraud.
