I said this before that sharing money is waste of time in a country like nigeria. Why?

Many people in this country are criminals and heartless. They will loot it.. The best u can do is to create jobs and build infrastructures that can help expand the life style of ur citizens.
If fuel is affordable, if there is constant electricity, if there are jobs for the children of the poor, they will extend the wealth to their families, if is water, good health care, etc, these are what benefit humans and not sharing money they will probably finish in one week.. When this nonsense scheme came up, I laughed. It is the most useless programme any govt would ever come up with. It shows that the men piloting this country are draft, they lack creativity..

I will advise her to hire people, organize them into teams, give them letter of introduction (and if possible temporary ID cards) and send them out in the field to collect data. You can help her supervise the people, that way she will get the data needed faster and more efficiently.
