How are police and soldiers trained to be so loyal to the authority even if their own families are suffering?

The Sowore protest has the depiction of CIA clandestine operation written all over it.

This is not new for the United States. They have done it in Libya, Zimbabwe, Egypt, Germany, USSR, Syria, Venezuela, Iraq, Afghanistan and many other countries.

I'm new to this thing and I would be grateful if anyone can tell me what I need to do.

I got an API which I was told is a php script for scraping. It is just the code that is available. No direction on how to instal and execute it.

All they said it just copy and paste it on your cpanel. I have done that but I still can't see how it works.

I created a new .php file in my public root of my website, then copied the code and paste there and save.
What else do I need to do?

The election was rigged started with trader moni. They knew how mentally weak many people are in Nigeria. So trader moni was used and it worked wonders.

They also used massive vote buying and extensive compromising of major players in the election. Many were also intimidated due to their past dirty records and were forced to comply. Someone like Apkabio is a good example.

So, the election was massively rigged and the main opposition party members can't do much becus they are dirty too. If they talk, they will open their records and deal with them.
