Romance › Re: Why Lead Her On? by proo212(m): 1:20am On Jun 11, 2008
Maybe I should start hating on women myself

1 My ex who knew I would have given her the whole world and I actually did. Ask her and she will tell you She cheated on me with my neighbour (imagine the embarrasment). 8 years later she still apologises
2 One I met after my ex and I broke up. She was married but claimed she wasn't happy. She cheated on her husband with me. Told me it was her problem.
3 A friend of the lady cheating on her husband. This was even worse. She lived with her boyfriend in a studio flat but she comes to mine. Her phones rings and rings but she ignores it. She said wants to punish him because she asked for something and he said no. She thought I was better than her boyfriend and wanted to heal me so that I can be with her. Now they are married.
4 This one approached me on the street (sent a guy friend to talk to me). Later found out her she has 5 yr old son and the husband adores her.

A friend just moved back to Nigeria and an estate agent looking for a property for him wants to sleep with him without a condom and she has a boyfriend. My friend said but you have boyfriend and she goes let me worry about that. My friend has told her nothing can happen between them but she keeps sending sms messages and begging him thatthey have a future. This is as recent as 2 weeks ago.

And you paint your fellow women as angels? Puhlease. These are all true stories no exaggerations!

I have every right to hate women but I don't.

For the women who seem to think all men are not good for anything. Your sisters have website telling about their affairs. but the same people will be the first and open their mouths that men cheat.

angry

Of course because it's a female website, lots of men bashing too but they can still hypocritical and post stories of the affair. They want to "talk" about it and justify their actions.

Go to a male website and fellow men will bash you for cheating on your partner.

I'm a trip, I laugh, because you just don't get it,

huh Shakes head, even your fellow sisters have issues with your posts.

Me thinks you're very needy and men choose not take the crap you dish out.

@Redhotchicfunmiosunamazonchic.

Why don't you give up on men?  A personal suggestion from me. No man is good enough for you. Either they will cheat, disrespect you, run off with someone else in 2 weeks and move her into your matrimonial home yada yada yada.

There is always an element of men bashing in your posts. If you feel that strongly about our shenanigans, just give us space and be with women. Women are good and men are bad. That way you can't really complain abi?

Romance › Re: Divorce And Surname by proo212(m): 4:54pm On Jun 10, 2008
haba, take it easy man. The way you men bail on women these days, any right thinking woman shouldn't be counting her eggs before they are hatched. Personally, I won't like to be stuck with my ex husbands ugly last name.
Actually it's the ladies filing for divorce and not the men. Just to pick holes in your argument. Research it and you will see for yourself

I have no issues with my wife keeping her last name, so far she can addressed as Mrs Proo212 unofficially.

Hey Viperman,

I would have suggested an X3 3.0i but cost is an issue and not part of the options. I would pick the Suzuki Grand Vitara from the top of my head. Don't know my about the Ford Escape but the Freelander is more of a proper 4x4 compared to the other 2. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

The Grand Vitara is built on the last Generation Toyota RAV 4 chassis and that car was supposed to be a GTi 4x4 (before the X3 them came out). I think the Ford Escape and Grand Vitara have similar layout in terms of chassis/construction compared to the Land Rover. (Siena should be able to confirm that)

My choice in order of preference (cost)
Grand Vitara
Escape
Freelander. I think the Freeland will definitely roll more than the other 2

I will probably choose a Freelander because of the badge though.

I have lots of female friends that I don't want to sleep with. Maybe once in a while it crossed my mind but I'm naaaa, i'm not interested in her that way.

If they want to jump my bones on the other hand, i have to think about it. It has to be that they are single and i like them in that way. If they are dating someone, then a big no no,

Mr Man, it's over. Let her go. Alapo Meji and Cesky are saying the same thing. She wants to keep you around so that when it doesn't work with the other guy, you guys will get back together.

This is actually worse then her sleeping with the guy and coming back to you like nothing happened. Her mind is somewhere else and there's nothing you can do about it. Just let her go and move on, If she stays, you will never get her full attention.

And like someone else said, please eat. No woman is worth starving yourself for!

Romance › Re: Why Is It That Everybody Cheats In A Relationship? Even You! by proo212(m): 9:23pm On Jun 06, 2008
My own take on this is between happiness and contentment. It might sound strange but I believe you have to be happy and content with who you are with before you're less likely to cheat.

Now what do I mean by this? The funny thing is I was thinking to myself on my way to work this morning.

If I am happy with someone, that means she satisfies me for now but long term is definitely a no no. When what I am really looking for turns up I will leave that person. I might cheat by trying to check out if this amazing person actually is what I am looking for. In other words, someone comes along who I get on so well with and I'm thinking what are the odds. I have met someone like that and no I wasn't unfaithful. I now believe the "one thing led to another" phrase, but you can still stop it. This wasn't about sex but not often you meet a spend hours talking like you've known that person for years plus they are attracted to you and likewise.

If I am content being with someone, this means long term she is the ideal person to look to the future with but there are no fireworks. Everything else is fine and you get on well with them but there is no passion. (Mind you it's not all about passion). In this case you don't want anyone else to have a family with but you actively seek out someone who will add some fun into your life.

My take on this is that you should be with someone who you're make you happy and you're content being with them, that way you'll be like I have everything i want.

But you can be faithful if you want. It's a mindset even if you're happy in your relationship,

Romance › Re: Why, Men Prefer Being Solo Over A Bad Marriage? by proo212(m): 5:09pm On Jun 02, 2008
It's not rocket science now is it?

But I suspect the survey you're quoting is a western one i.e UK/US. If a man marries the wrong person, then he's paying the price for the rest of his life (worst case scenario) but really until the child is 18. Why would I marry someone who is not right for me knowing fully I or she will ask for a divorce later on. She gets the house and half of my income and pension and I have to live a substandard life. Lai lai

@Sista Jay. Would you rather he plunges into another marriage when he's not or will never finish paying for the first one?

If one wants to nitpick the survey properly (in the west at least) half of marriages end in divorce and most of these divorces are filed by women. Why would I want to do that? I'd rather be an alien thank you very much,

And we think such sick things only happen away from Nigeria. If this story is true, then wow but if it isn't; props for the sensationalism,

I am convinced though that equally bad things happen that we don't hear about. When I was younger, I could have sworn paedophilia only existed in the west but now i know better.

Politics › Re: How Come Its Only Nigerians Abroad That Are Complaining by proo212(m): 12:12pm On Jun 01, 2008
Why would they not complain? A lot of the issues facing us are so easy to solve it's unbelievable. People who are abroad know things can work so much easier with the right frame of mind but we keep going round in circles.

The state and the local governments are actually the worst.

I watched a documentary yesterday where a Germany company not far from where I live is converting wood chipping or sawdust into plastic or plastic products and they claim the industry is sustainable. After the manufacture you couldn't tell the difference between plastic made from oil and wood.

I'm sorry guys, but as a people we are lost!

This car is on a H plate telling me it's a 90-91 model. I assume this car was imported to the UK from Germany seeing that it's a left hand drive.
