black people keep copying oyibo, you dont know oyibos are more civilised. See what that local bleached pale looking girl did to you in the public, that is the person you want to put in your house for the rest of your life. It will be difficult to see a western girl go brutal with a guy to that extent over a proposal. I told you guys, beware of what you copy from abraod, you will not hear, now see. Didnt i tell you? see i told you!
These fulanis have given this ebonyi man something to swallow which has turned his brain upsidedown. He will not realise all these things he is doing right now, and we will not accept any apologies after you must have condescended just to keep your office and not be probed then later at your old age you start asking for apologies, we won't take it. Do you have female children? Be ready to see them in hijab and your son's with little round caps balanced at the back of head. I know you understand what I mean.
Blakewilli: As we go about our daily prayers and church services, there are those verses from the bible which when incorporated in our prayers, stirs God and the host of Heaven into coming to our aide. Some examples are: Romans 8:38,For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Mattew 28:20,Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Nehemia 8:10 Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Psalm 34:10b Those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Exodus 33:14 My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.
Deuteronomy 31:8 It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
2 Timothy 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. 2 Corinthians 12:9 My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness Hebrews 4:16 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who in every respect has been tested as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Isaiah 43:1-3 Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the Lord you God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. Etc. A lesson i learned quite recently is never to fear or worry because God hath said it and i should believe his word. We should pray lest we be tempted. The joy of the lord is our strength.Somebody scream halleluyahhh.... Hallelujah!!

tsephanyah: Good one from OBJ. Also we should figure out what you did to Nigeria with PDP members for 16 years... I hope your daughter av forgive you for what you did to her mother, because of that bimbo. And ur shameless character of infidelity.
They attack you and leave, you prepare and retaliate, they come back, you go back to. Then they will have sense. They are humans as well and dont want to die even though they like killing others.
So this man was the architect of the troubles Nigeria is still seeing today.
Hmmmm, before you write a book, think, before you act a movie, think before you say a word think, before you sing a music think. Think about what impact any of these your works will have on generations even after yours. Because wherever you will be later, the works will still represent you and bring you curses or praises. And history will hold you accountable.
Oppy4God: pls can u send me d address of ceddi yea .no i don't like poetry.bwari.thanks.God bless you

Handsomejok: Before marrying my wife, my business was moving well. I had an appliances big shop with full of things. I made a lots of money monthly and was able to pay all my bills and take care of my single mother and siblings without fail.
Bbut since we got married, just two months and 5 days after our marriage, my shop caught fire. I have lost almost everything only managed to save some few things, had to pay for all the damages to my landlord (the shop owner ) I’m still owning him money and I’m now renting a small shop but things are not working.
I have so much debts to pay to so many people including my previous shop landlord, can’t afford a 3 square meals, can’t afford to pay house rent, can’t afford to pay my shop rent and we have moved to my parents house.
My wife is pregnant and due in April, we haven’t bought anything for the baby. I wish never met her in my life cos she has completely destroyed my life and I have nothing left. She is evil. Haven’t confronted her cos of her condition, don’t want to add more stress to her and am waiting for her to put to bed then I will confront her and chase her away. I will keep the baby with me so she can go with her child she had before we met. I just hate her so much and I want nothing to do with her anymore.
Please what do you suggest I do?
Wait, did someone write this piece for you or you wrote it yourself? Pls don't be offended o, am asking because you wrote the piece like an educated person but your position on your issue totally suggests that you are stack illiterate.forgive me if am a bit harsh. Look, I have a friend who had a similar incident in Lagos Island this month, maybe his wife also is a witch after they have being together for the past 6 years now the witchcraft power in her just remembered burning the shop this year.
Bro in life there are a lot of uncertainties, both good and evil have equal chances of happening. Not all such can be traced to someone or witchcraft. See I am kneeling down begging you , don't ever try to show your executive ignorance by raising such a thing with your wife because even God may not forgive you if she doesn't know what you are accusing her of. Kai! Na wa o
Smile4mee01: I have been friends with a lady at work for about 3 years now, we were just friends and things were quite well. I soon realized it appears she wanted us to be more than friends, but I was not ready to be in a committed relationship. I told her I had ambitions I needed to achieve before I got married and it included traveling abroad for my masters. By the way I got a 50% scholarship abroad.
To avoid being blamed for playing on her emotions and wasting her time I pulled away and only contacted her sparingly. We have never been intimate, no romance and the likes. To be sincere, she is a good lady who has been unfortunate with love and marriage. She is very comfortable, beautiful and well-Travelled.
I am single as well and a very goal oriented person, women have never been my priority. She is about 1 yr older than I am. However , I can not let go of my dreams to be with her. Now that I have left Nigeria, She has blocked me from all social media contact and ignored my messages. While I often desire to be at peace with all men. Maybe it’s best to leave it this way and move on.
Nutshell: Guys Be careful being just friends with a single lady of marriageable age, Her priority is to get married and not just be friends. If that’s not your intention, Bro. Help her, help yourself Cut it. The juice is not worth the squeeze.
Bros, your head correct wella, in short your head dey there .wishing u d best of studies

Diligentnigga: Good morning Nairalanders, I will make this as short as possible and please don't mind my punctuation as I am typing this in a rush
I am a graduate, though unemployed but doing one or two menial jobs to keep mind and soul together
I have this girlfriend I have been dating for almost two years now. We both love each other but the issue at hand is she's a stubborn, anger driven person that insults my parents. In fact hit me sometimes and says all manner of words at me.
Of recent, I found out she's pregnant this February. Now the issue is she's a finalist in the University as she will be serving this year October, but we had plans of not doing abortion but she's so ashamed of everything and just irrational and saying all manners like what people will say this and that, and I have told her I will stay by her through everything. I informed my mum and my immediate siblings about the pregnancy, they were angry but they were like it's fine sha since she's loved in the family
Now the issue is 1 She's very stubborn 2 she insults my parents at every small argument 3 she's anger driven, yes am anger driven to an extent also but I have never used my anger to do stupid things like hitting her before compare to many times she has Slapped, locked my shirt and punched me. 4 we had an issue last night and it was in public and she was just shouting at me, passers by and onlookers were just amused that why would a lady be like this that she now had to take a big stone and throw at me, though I dodged the stone all because i was gearing her to let's leave the public scene and go home 5 A baby is on the line cos she's pregnant and even if you will advise me to leave the relationship as it's toxic, what about the unborn child. 6 I am currently unemployed and in fact am still at home not yet balanced up well enough, but she has used nags to kill me, saying all manners at me
All insults are welcomed. Please I am in die need of advise thank you.
Bros , the issue is money. You know you have no job yet but you allowed agro to control you rather than controlling agro. Bros if there was to be money, all you will do is to fix things quickly and marry her officially, and she will not be this irritated. You must understand she is going through a lot of emotional troubles as a result of the pregnancy and her studies and how her future will look. Both of you should have exercised some control for now. However, try raise small money and rush the introduction and pay bride price (that is if she is not ibo, dont ask me why ) then plan the main marraieg when things get better.
mrkings84: Mine happened ten years ago precisely, I was staying with my big bros, who never gave me chance to mingle with other young people. Then there was this pretty damsel in my neighborhood that I love and she too loved me, and she was staying with her elder sister.
She was in a similar situation like me as she was like in a prison. We couldn't just have time and opportunities to express our love for each other.
Though then I had a phone but she didn't so communication was not even there. We would just see once in a long while.
Story cut short...
Boom, it was Valentine season that yr, I had managed to talk with her via her neighbor friend's phone. We agreed we were gonna see late in the night when everyone had gone to bed.
So by 12am I had to sneak out of our house, there building has an half fence, I climbed to the compound through the fence, bae was already outside waiting for me. We just hugged, kissed sharp sharp, and I vamoosed. And that was all.
Men, Each time I remember that incident, I will just laff hard cos that crazy act did not even worth it cos if I had been caught climbing a fence by such an odd hour, that may have turned to something else.
Amotolongbo: When other nations are looking away from crude oil as the only source of revenue, we keep on making explorations of crude oil with part of the resources we have.
This administration is just so clueless.
Dont mind them; countries are banning the use of fossil engines meaning pretty soon nobody will use fuel anymore to power engines, we are still wasting time and resources looking for crude oil. chai, what manner of backwardness is this? It's like there is a magnet pulling us completely away from where the world is heading to.
I guess you have free cash and dont know what to do with it right and just want to blow it around? can i send you my account details so i can pray for you and bless you?
husbaddddddddd , imagine if your wife is the one having feelings for another guy, how would you feel? Young man, your problem is that you don't know your problem exactly.
Bobs buh Lagosians are lazy o. Out of the thousands you see every morning trekking and hanging along the road hustling a free ride, only about 27 people came out to protest.
They all wait at home for others to go and wail on their behalf. They dont know that protests only have more impact on govt if they see an overwhelming population protesting.
The fact is simply that you didn't marry your wife. : Like i always tell people, when you marry your own wife, you will enjoy peace like a river. A woman that marries her own husband will have peace of mind and will never look outside. The question is what do i mean by marrying your own husband or wife? hmmmmm. wait... let me drink small water and return shortly.....
that man is supposed to be knelt down in the market place, let everybody passing slap the back of his head until he develops some sense and emotional, mental and psychological normalcy. Shio.
The work assigned to this team will determine whether or not Nigeria will remain one in the nearest future. It is a critical assignment and musn't be toiled with. I wish they can even read my comment.
In my opinion, only a two-party system is efficient. Remove all others, leave APC and PDP. If you want to belong to a party, join any of the two or come as independent candidate. Then the two parties must be forced to have and run base on sound ideologies.
Police, Army, if you see any of these characters around anywhere fermenting trouble in the name of protest, shoot the ediots aside. How many times have you protested against herdsmen killings, banditry, kidnappings, robberies, injustice all over Nigeria? All of you go and rest in the dust bin. Is Lagos the only state with a ban on public bikes on tricycles? In as much as i expect Govt. to find ways of making the ban not have much impact on citizens by finding ways of creating realistic palliatives, i will not accept the breakdown of law and order in the name of protest.
americaninja1: My advice for everyone is if u see any strange object flying , take cover .. For the guy doubting it wait Mak dem shoot u with am first b4 u confirm.. Na ur type dey c thief gun dey call am toy gun. Safe urself first b4 ur doubting spirit finally kill u.
