Some girls push u to the boundaries to see if u will TAKE CHARGE!!!
She violates. . . . . . .DEAL with her appropriately.

Don't worry, you'll meet your match one of these days.
Hopefully you'll be sincere enought to start a thread on the aftermath

She picked your call and so what? If there's nothing to hide why is that an issue?
If my girlfriend picked my phone i'd simply tell her to take the message for me. Shikena.
As long as i'm committed to her longterm she may as well get used to handling those who call me.
as usual davidylan knows how barbaric it is to hit a woman.
Bless you my bro

It is only a man that has a skeleton in his cupboard that would worry when the door to that cupboard is opened.

Please ladies, what kind of guys do you dates these days? If a girl is mine, she can take my calls, no hassle.
In fact, I am very open to my girls. I tell them when something is fishing. At times, the girls advise me to shank for a while.

@post
She picked your call,ok.  .  .  .  .what did she say to the caller?

The slap will be justified if she had insulted the caller or told the caller never to call again or something. But if all she did was say,''hez not here right now, could you call back in 5 mins?'' or something similar,i don't see anything wrong in it.

If you slap her for picking up your call, what will happen the day she mistakenly over-salts the soup? Pour boiling water on her head? Temper's never helped anybody.
a slap is never justified Ms cristalz.
Never ever justified.

Isn't it just sad how immature "men" are this days? embarassed

Any man that dares lay his hands on a woman, should spend the night in jail, or the girl's brothers should do him justice. shior
Lay your hand on a woman because she picked up your phone, dude, I would have knocked your balls off your body.
That's the way we do it in Igboland.
Touch your woman and her brothers come into the scene to give you the beating of your life.
Next time you see a woman you pick race

You need to lose this unrefined way of analysing things.
Are u here comparing the good behaviour of our parents' generation to the classless and uncouth women we have around these days?
You of all people should know better.
I don't support violence of any sort but sometimes u have to agree some women deserve to be heavily slapped.

If i tell u what led to the incident of me slapping the girl in question, u would swallow your words and apologise to me.
I don't care what she did.
I'm sure fellow men have done worse things to you including Naija policemen.
I'm sure you haven't been slapping your way through life
have you?

I never said he laid out punishment for ALL infractions, but it sounds like he did for this particular one, and from the looks of things, the only reason she didn't bear the full brunt is because he was in a good mood, so she better be thankful. tongue

By the way, what business does a 'grown woman' have picking his calls? If she acts like a child then she deserves to be treated as one, or isn't that the mantra you women keep repeating? grin

@ sylvao

my only advice is this, just make a nice brochure showing offences and punishments, laminate it and then give it to her next time. . . better yet, frame it up and place it next to the 10 commandments in your sitting room. grin grin

Do Yorubas discriminate against other Yorubas with large tribal marks on their faces?
Do those with tribal marks feel a sort of complex for having them ?
would you turn down a prospective mate or suitor because of tribal marks?
Honest answers please.
PoliticsRe: Protesters Chased Yar’adua Away In London by Queenisha: 6:55pm On Jul 18, 2008
breaking it down to Ms Sean.let's start with a few paragraphs at a time.
Note the highlighted parts.

Nigeria’s President Umaru Yar’Adua was disgraced yesterday in London, when he was chased away from the venue in which he was scheduled to hold talks with British officials.

Sources told P.M.News last night that a coalition of over 30 self-determination and rights groups, under the aegis of Liberty Forum, forced Yar’Adua to relocate from The Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House, 10, St. James Square, to a rundown building at 8, John Adams Street, London WC2.

The Nigerian protesters who are based in the United Kingdom said they disrupted Yar’Adua’s meeting with the British officials to prevent him from deceiving the Britons about the true situation in the Niger Delta.

SeanT21:
Maybe they just do not want him in their country. So because he is the president of Nigeria they should bend down and kiss his feet. Not all president are welcomed in foreign countries. Just because he is a Nigerian does not make it a big deal. Where are all the Nigerians that live in London? Where were they when he visited? Why did the Nigerians that live in London not welcome him?
Can you please read the news item before making a comment.
Is that too difficult a task?
shame just dey catch me here and I don't even know you

This is sad.
Poor woman.Who knows, she may have travelled by night bus from the East, exhausted and hungry, made to stand hours in the hot sun for hours until her body couldn't take the stress any longer.
What a tragedy.

What have your president done for the Uk to gain there respect?

anyway, It still was not nice of them to do it.
Oh no you didn't.
PoliticsRe: Protesters Chased Yar’adua Away In London by Queenisha: 6:03pm On Jul 18, 2008
tpia:
they should keep on fooling themselves.

After Yaradua has returned to Nigeria, wont it be them, the British police, the knife wielding youths, and their usual rat race.

So disrespectful yet they'll complain when the people observing them treat them the same way.

and why did the British police find it difficult to maintain control of the crowd? Would they have allowed that with George Bush?
That's what I want to know.
Even the army of lunatics are never enough to stop a G8 summit. How could a handful of idiots force a whole president of a nation to abandon a scheduled meeting venue.
This is disappointing.
They should have set examples with just a handful.
Round them up like nama and dump them at Kano airport.

That's so sad. They didn't have to disgrace our president in such a manner.
Weren't there no cops to throw those hoodlums in jail.

If the man in that story was Nigerian the first paragraph should have read

He returned home sweating profusely and throwing his briefcase, socks and shoes across the living room and with a voice that thundered through the neighborbood he roared
"How come this amala is colder than yesterday's despite my warnings"?

You know the funny thing? If someone does a survey right now, I bet you'll find out that there are more women cheating on men than men on women. Thing is, men get caught easily while women mask it better.
maybe not more but I suspect the real statistics of cheating both ways are higher than what we know since it's usually done nicodemously
