River Niger has entry point to sea, no exist point to sea like to Suez Canal. Suez Canal is connect to sea at the entry and another sea and the exit so the water and flow is sufficient.

Ur best bet is to use SS ports like Onne, PH, Delta , Calabar, AkwaIbom.
