Part of the communication gadgets. Its called a microwave deflector.... required to minimise interference from cellphones. |
That is why I have no respect for anything on any person's body and have no respect for people who cannot see beyond that. We rise and fall based on what our minds can imagine and what our hearts can receive. Pity. |
Why can't this government tolerate peaceful demonstrations for once. Is this a totalitarian society. Just so repugnant. That is why there is crisis and bloodshed everywhere. Just so repugnant. |
Hmmm...the spirit of 'parallel government' as invoked by Rotimi Amaechi is still alive and running round the corridots of APC's power structure. They'd better get democrat Goodluck Jonathan to exorcize it. |
Now he will be eternally seperated from the land. Hope he gets buried in it, in respect of his wishes... lusts. As a 'pastor' he should have just walked away. That was how Winston told John (Wick) to just... 'walk away' but he had to shoot Di Angelo in a blind rage against 'company rules' .... Now we have to wait another year to discover how it all ends... can't wait... ![]() |
thoollz:Benzema isall that went wrong. He couldn't wait for the old French stallion to retire. |
Slurity:But mention one sane country where prices continually go up without commensurate improvement. Better, faster, safer is alien to Nigeria. The people will resist this and quality will suffer. That is the summary of an unaccountable country. They have gone to great lengths to explain what they want to get via taxation. What do you know about the product of such taxation, nothing. And you a typical sheepish Nigerian citizen with zero ability to hold people accountable jump to suport it. That is the origins of corruption, unvetted wanton taxation. The National Assembly should be informed and it be suspended until it is fully vetted and agreed by all. This is a democracy, not a banana republic where some idiot will just wake up and destabilise people. Cyber security my rear end. See the stress the American or British government goes through in trying to introduce new taxes or raise tax rates. That is the origin of their anti-corruption war, a working system of information exchange and exhaustive, rigorous debates of various funding templates for government driven programs in checking for viability and efficiency all in a bid to bring accountability. Here one silly consultant will propose to dumb government officials on how to fleece the public to pay for dodgy programs and with their 'cut' secured they are prepared to go to any lengths to rob the weak, ignorant and unsuspecting public. Nonsense. |

marsh4332:Exactly. GLO should not be permitted to increase anything. |
AkpaMgbor:He's already bought a pair of trainers ready to jump by some of his late statements here. |
descartes400:Same thing you will be saying about the Customs.... wetin concern Customs with APC.... with the head of a top security and paramilitary organisation openly and crudely playing partisan politics in Aso Rock.. I thought certain organisations are supposed to be pro government through and through. This government has muddied that red line. Next thing, the military chiefs will be wearing APC caps and singing the praises of Mr. President.... like North Korea. |
Don't worry Rochas. We will speak out against all injustices and for the good of all citizens including you when necessary but the institutions of justice you and your ilk have constantly undermined and denigrated will not be there for you immediately because they will have to be rebuilt by the goodwill of all men of honour after three years of systematic destruction under the government you helped support. |
Nice.....and Floyd Mayweather is back in the gym. |
That is unfortunately true. It has been proven time and again that the EPL though the most exiting and competitive is technically behind the Laliga which parades the largest collection of big game players who operate at consistently unbelievablely high levels. Good examples: Mo Salah scores thirty goals and the press is agog. In Spain a dozen players can do that. Secondly, Gareth Bale was of Mo Salah status when he left for Madrid where he has been found out to be less than consistent and less than technically competent. Thirdly, the just concluded Europa Cup proves that.... Spanish league teams are still head and shoulders above the rest of Europe. And this includes the quality of their squads. |
KOPT33:1.5 million? But where does all the money go. Someone's pocket I suggest. In medicine, in many parts of the world especially Nigeria no one cam tell whether thete is real value in the cost of services. Noone lnows how much things should really cost, services are arbritrarily priced and overpriced because a man in pain or at the foothills of death wiil do all he can and beyond to get relief. Simply because new technology is introdiced that produces a better product does not and should not necessarily mean the astronomical difference in price charged for such services and there should be a body in Nigeria that modulates these. Right now it is left to the profession to charge what they want, hoe they want, backed by a very powerful union in the NMA. Some body should speak for the citizens. I 'm aware of the unusually high costs of some medical imaging services in Nigeria and often wonder what the basis is and criteria for such. Who sets and approves these sums in general, but I understand the health business is a 'sellers' game and as they say, dead men tell no tales, but should it be. |
Femistico:See these people oh. With all the terrorists we are going to face in the world cup the guy did a fast one. Good for him. One dazzling dribble through thr heart of our defence by Leo Messi is enough to cut his sign on fee by half. Una dey talk like say Nigeria na title contender. The boy dey count im teet wit im tongue |
somehow:Materialism entwinned with poverty has ruined them. Their forefathers were lured with monetary gifts while the white man took.them into slavery. Meanwhile the museums of Europe are filled with their native treasures they see as worthless today. As you crave what they have, the white man craves what you have. Just make the gift seem special to him and he will treasure it for ever. Your money and materialism cannot move him. After playing for the biggest clubs in the world, he has seen the flash and flamboyance on a mega scale. Money cannot move someone like Torres. |
engwari:Thanks for the heads up. When we sort out then we will help you get rid of Paul Biya who has been your HOS since the 12th century. What greater corruption can there be. |
It has started for OBJ. Another proof that the anti-corruption war is personal, selective and vindictive. The only way out now is to support Mr. President's re-election bid and that is why I implore everyone to support Mr President's re-election so we can face issues of state, issues of progress and development, because if this all goes south and both these men begin to air their dirty linen of years gone by this country will simply grind to a halt. I said in the run up to the 2015 elections that this corruption thing was simply a waste of time. Everyone past and present stole. How can you then run a democracy, build a government and move the nation forward if you sincerely want to fight corruption by these needless battles. It is impossible. There will be no one left including Mr. President if it is sincere and impersonal. It was bound to be targetted, selective and hidden under a cloak of blackmail and intrigue. There were bound to be waivers for the faithful and wars for the fiends. Mr. President was bound to dine with the devil so he was bound to fail. If this is to end well for both men, they should just cease fire and maintain their ranks. |
Reasonabledoubt:Yeah, it could be possible that the so called victim did a quick one and turned tables on a man and lady perhaps coming to collect a debt or something. In a traumatised society as ours the people will act without caution. And that is why the rule of law should always prevail and be seen to prevail. Our society is fast going south. Today you can get anyone arrested, humiliated and even charged to court based on mere accusations of heresay as seen at all levels. The efforts we put in 'self help' is better spent in institution building and the demand for a right and just society. Let us fight for all. |
When he was telling 'Dutch' (Sly Stallone) he needed more money, a bigger cut to take care of family needs ( Expendables 2), one wonders if he was making veil references to his personal health needs as the movie series is full of cryptic, comedic sound bites and messages on the personal status of the actors and their professional outlooks. |
Wish him the best. Well according to celebrity rich list he's worth 200million dollars so the dough is there to live the remainder of his life in relative comfort. Take heart old warrior. |
No.... this cannot be him. I refuse to accept that...impossible, haba. |
Just making his fight with the government messier everyday. Both sides should cut their losses and run. No winners here but the government has more to lose. |
Let us see pictures of schools and hospitals. This is worth nothing to the people. |
damickey:He doesn't score goals.... not the same thing. Isco plays exactly like him but is younger. Can't see the overwhelming need. |
Their attack is too light weight. The false 9 system might not work if the maverick Costa blows a fuse as usual. |
koma1:Barca was in SA last week for Mandela, Real are prepping for Pool... no time. |
Nice but why our B team while the A team gets to play Congo. Doesn't make any footballing sense whatsoever... But nice reception.... even Torres my man who has officially left the building. Much respect. |
Mr Obasanjo should stop bothering Nigeria. He has had 11 years and sworn 3 times to change Nigeria for the better, failing each time, now he serially wants in other leaders what he constantly refuses to be. He should get lost. |
Yankiss:But when he was jumping over the House of Assembly fence and later transmuting to become an APC stalwart he was a hero....how time flies..... not everyone has short term memory... |
Fantastic.... now to find a political enemy to frame up. Perhaps it was I who sent them. |
