millionboi2:Look for your small-minded ilk elsewhere. The problem most of you've is that you don't know your mates. By the way, I didn't deride people who drive taxis or do any other form of work. Now scram. |
The law profession will always be financially rewarding and fulfilling to the versatile and resourceful ones. It'll always remain a goldmine profession. So, any seasoned lawyer who isn't making good money from the profession is either not versatile or resourceful or both. |
No. But you must certify a woman worthy of your selfless or at least fair acts, and be sure that she certifies you worthy of hers too, to have a healthy marriage. A healthy marriage is one where both spouses are mutually happy. The ability of both spouses to maintain their respective symbol of worthiness - that which makes one worthy can be some material or immaterial thing - and continually remain contented with each other's symbol of worthiness will form the bond of the union. The bond that will be formed, spoken or unspoken, is called love. So, as much as you don't need to fall in love before you marry, you must, however, love who you marry to have a healthy marriage. The ambiguity of the word love cannot nullify its existence, efficacy, and importance, no matter how anyone tries to negate it. From my observation, unfortunately, less than 5% of marriages/unions globally are healthy because a majority of people don't believe in love or practice love by omission or commission. Meanwhile, any arranged marriage that succeeds (is healthy); does because the arranger was discerning enough to see the complementing worthiness of the spouses involved. In summary, what sustains a healthy union is love (the complementing worthiness of the spouses involved), not whether one finds their spouse personally or someone else matchmakes them. |
Provided that he does it voluntarily and altruistically and both of them mutually derive joy from it, and she won't start abusing him or feeling entitled any moment he doesn't feel convenient doing it, then any outsider's dissenting opinion is inconsequential. The reason why love is the greatest refreshment in life is the fact that it renews energy; it never drains it. |
From the connotation of your OP, you seem like a badass or player who has been served an overdose of her medicine by a good but no-nonsense man - everyone else except them is always the problem when served the overdose of their medicine. You've my sympathy, however, if you're an ethically sound woman who wasn't discerning enough and got used by a badass or player. One way to gradually get out of your predicament and also to avoid experiencing the same from any other person, be it from a man or woman in an interpersonal relationship or business relationship, is taking to conscientiousness. Apply this in thoughts and actions towards him. If he wasn't good to you while the affair lasted and if he left unprovoked by you, you'd gradually regain your sanity in a no distant time. |
TheOtherRoom:MariahAngel is neither a man nor behind the said accounts. It's an irony that most of you find pleasure in debasing and deriding others but find ordinary resistance, not even reciprocal toxicity, from the same opponent unstomachable. You all should sheathe your swords |
In moments like this, as an auto importer or anyone in a similar importing/international venture, the most feasible way to stay above the board is creating a Special Purpose Vehicle finance venture, which must domicile in the country of export. One must have the right network to make this happen, though, because it requires an alliance with subterranean financial operators, preferably domiciled in the exporting country. |
The only way to justifiably ascribed an enemy of progress to her is if William didn't directly or indirectly wittingly insult or provoke her. One, regardless of gender, shouldn't go about, after being dumped, start insulting or provoking the person who dumped them and starts tagging the person an enemy of progress directly or through supporters/naive/bias people when the person who did the dumping retaliated accordingly in any way possible in an instance like this. No one person has a monopoly of pettiness/toxicity. Peace is priceless only when obtained under mutual goodness. One who comes into equity must come with clean hands. |

Balderdash! He can't be far from having schizotypal personality disorder. |
It's unfortunate that you weren't discerning enough not to have got involved with an opportunist in an affair like marriage, and the worst is the fact that you lack the grit to crush her or kick her out now that you know. Her opportunistic nature is the main issue, not her unresourcefulness. A resourceful opportunist is twice pernicious that an unresourceful one like her, especially one who doesn't have an altruistic interest in you. Of course, opportunism is genderless. |
The inevitability of a self-absorbing or opportunistic mother poisoning the mind of her offspring against her husband, and vice versa, is the same as the inevitability of death. |
Dr. Zuwaira Hassan was an erudite and upright woman. Nigeria has lost another rare gem. RIP. |
Conceited/egoistic/crass/greedy/haughty ladies, not smart ladies, are the ones who mostly have it hard having successful relationships with men, especially aristocratic men. You'll hardly see a smart lady without one of the mentioned vices who doesn't have a successful relationship with aristocratic men. |
- Her family won't have any problem welcoming you, provided that racism isn't ingrained in their blood - and better if you're an aristocrat. - Nigerian women don't have a special wahala rather people, regardless of their gender, who aren't from strong ethical leanings will always give others wahala unprovoked. - Accent or not, she'll stay with you, provided that some other things are in order. You don't necessarily need to know someone's language before you entangle with them. Assuming that you get entangled with a German, for instance, knowing the basic pronunciation of some common words in her language, however, will save you a lot in many things when dealing with her or others. You'll understand better; if you're a seasoned traveler. - No cultural shock. - That initial suspicion will most likely be there, spoken or not, when dealing with an enlightened one or a crook. But you just have to remain yourself; if she tries to guilt-trip you unjustly, you remind her that someone like Bernard Madoff isn't a Nigerian, especially if she's a White American. - They're human beings, so you don't have any justifiable reason not to have a relationship with them; unless you're a racist. If you get entangled with one from strong ethical leanings or one who has an altruistic interest in you regardless of her ethical leanings, you'll enjoy her. For the latter, if you're from strong ethical leanings, you'll have to kill your conscience in order to enjoy her. Whether your intention is good or bad, always stay a discerning step ahead of her because that's the surest means to stay safe. |
Right to maximum freedom proponents and practitioners would say something like this when an abominable act favors them: Come on, this act of remorse isn't necessary! Stop acting like someone who still lives in the old centuries; this is the 21st century, the woke age, so you've every right to exercise your freedom to the maximum without giving a damn about how your actions and inactions affect others. |
I'll believe you if you say that you aren't attracted to women whom you personally know are into official prostitution because that woman who you're attracted to might be an official or unofficial prostitute without you knowing. |
Hate or love him; you can't take away resilience from him. Okeosisi Abia, Aha Eji Agamba of Igbere, Baa Danide of Borgu, Mmiri riri enyi Ndigbo. |
No condition is permanent. It could be that that same man was on the money when he got married. Don't castigate or question the witting decision of a person who acted on self-conviction, especially a resourceful one, regardless of the outcome of their decision. There'll always be the have and have-nots in every society at every given time, and procreation cannot cease to exist regardless of the economic health of a nation/people, provided that the world continues to exist. I don't hold brief for people who marry or procreate indiscriminately. Don't allow anyone to turn you into their slave, though. |
In all you gain as a man; gain discernment. The fact that she made a move first - which isn't a bad thing - doesn't automatically indicate who between them chooses the other. So, anyone can be an initiator of a relationship between a man and a woman. Also, the one who proposes marriage doesn't automatically mean the one who chooses the other. Besides, the most important thing is her character, and once she has it, and he has altruistic interest for her, every other thing is secondary if not irrelevant. Truth is a marriage where a male married his wife who has good character altruistically never fails regardless of the storms the marriage will unavoidably encounter. In summary, assume that he's discerning and made the best decision since you aren't him. |
Dtruthspeaker:Don't automatically equate serve to servility; as an adjective, servile is of or pertaining to a slave - but serving has never been about slaving. Decency, just like leadership, is a call to stay serving, not a call to be servile. |
Congratulations to them, and I wish they'd be kind enough to continually treat the adopted one as their offspring now that they've ones who're their true biological offspring. |
Dtruthspeaker:That's it. Servility is bad, yes, but crassness and opportunism don't make anyone confident/truthful and clever, respectively, but wicked. Let's all say no to servility and wickedness, and say yes to niceness, because it's a major hallmark of conscientiousness - conscientiousness is golden. |
I continually strive to be nice because I know that it's a sane thing to do. Condolement of nonsense from other people doesn't make anyone nice, but servile - so there's nothing wrong with being nice. People should stop equating niceness to servility and, by extension, should stop mistaking indulgence and condolement of nonsense from others as part of being nice. |
bukatyne:Mama de mama is an embodiment of wisdom. |
Fountainofyouth:Your feminity is ample and obvious as broad daylight. |
Niceness isn't the same thing as servility; so, stop mixing them up. There's nothing wrong with being nice, and it isn't a sign of feeble-mindedness and disingenuousness like you've wittingly or unwittingly misrepresented. No sane person condones an interpersonal relationship with another who isn't nice. Ignorance of the law excuses no one; you and your ilk should stop being bold in ignorance because it's nauseating to sane minds. The proliferation of misinformation like this needs to stop. Niceness isn't a sign of feeble-mindedness and disingenuousness - servility is - it's instead a sign of conscientiousness. And crassness and opportunism aren't signs of confidence/truthfulness and cleverness, respectively - conscientiousness is. |
You've said nothing new and unknown; I mean, it's an open knowledge that women, just like men, of all ages and class, are capable of both bad and good. The only difference is that opportunistic women and men are susceptible to bad than conscientious ones, or even self-absorbing ones. So, it's important that a husband must know the kind of woman he has as a wife and relate with her accordingly. Things (actions and inactions) to expect from a conscientious wife shouldn't be the same things to expect from a self-absorbing one or an opportunistic one, and they shouldn't be treated the same way. |
Klass99:The low IQ klass99, a moniker serving a ban, justly or unjustly, doesn't equate to the owner disguising. Meanwhile, if my English is difficult for you to understand, that's understandable, citing your low IQ and non-mastery of the language. Expecting you to understand my English is like a sane person expecting an insane one to act normal all the time. Of course, I know that you admire it, though, because it's an open secret that one's unjust open critic is their biggest admire in secret. By the way, you've 8 writing issues in this small text, so I understand the reason why my English appears too hard for you and your ilk. Work on your punctuation in particular. On the issue of CV, I feel the pains you and your friend and everyone who hates truth have been passing through. Once more, upholding, recognition, and acceptance of truth has always been an exclusive preserve of conscientious people and shouldn't be expected from you and your ilk. I'll continue to help qualified and needy people in all forms and where and when necessary. And of course, I'll still continue to reject anyone who doesn't qualify for my help or possess the qualities required to share closeness with me or feel entitled to it. I know that you'll be feeling like someone who's won a multibillion naira contract now that I have managed to give you some attention; enjoy my magnanimity. However, direct your further mention to small-minded people like you. |
pocohantas:You and your lackeys should stop projecting yourselves towards me because no amount of vilification, twisting, noise, and gang up can change a truth or taint me; infamous liars and underachievers. Anyway, upholding, recognition, and acceptance of truth has always been an exclusive preserve of conscientious people and shouldn't be expected from you and your ilk. You, in particular, are an open case, so no amount of posturing, projection, and twist can wash away the real you that I and some other sane people know better. But then it's always been easy for me to forgive your shortcomings since I know that your condition is inherent and you can't help it much, and of course, for the good part of you, which I can attest to everywhere as someone who knows you better than yourself. Don't twist your mind; the good part of you doesn't include the self-absorbing philanthropy and self-arrogation of purity. LOL. Once more, refer to my personal text, on my profile here, for a more effective dose to help you recover a bit because vilifying me won't help you and can't have an effect on me. Meanwhile, to Klass99, the new birthed attention seeking, low IQ, bias/chauvinistic, feeble-minded, conceited, and sententious element, stop trying hard because I'm not available, and you don't even have up to 25% of what it takes to command my consideration assuming that I'm available. Others before you who've up to 49.9% of what it takes to command my consideration didn't get it, least of you who doesn't possess up to 24.4% of it. LOL. Of course, I neither disguise nor lie. |
Klass99:.. |
pocohantas:A blackmailer who has all it takes to blackmail one of the most vulnerable people around him, but has refused to do so despite provocations, must be a saint. Don't cause me to appropriate sainthood to myself. LOL. I feel your hurt, though, because I know that a man of my standing and standard doesn't come easy, so overcoming the loss of not having me for a permanent keep can never be easy. Stay safe and blessed, my little girl. |
