I submitted my application on the 3rd of June 2021 done biometric and upfront medical and it's has been updated ,and yet no reply till now . My school starts on the 9th of September , and I have until 15th September to ask for refund and withdrawal. my program can't be done offline and there is no deferment.
Please what should I do if I don't get a decision before 15th September .

I applied for a study permit since May 15, 2021, Did biometrics May 26, 2021, they said I don’t need a medical( is that possible?). I’m meant to resume school September 12th and ICC haven’t gotten back to me and I’m getting worried . I’ve written an email to them but no response from there. They were meant to get to me around August 15 according to the processing times on their website. Please what can i do? ��

Please is there any phone number one can call to get across to IRCC? As a reputable government institution, shouldn't they have a valid phone number to reach them on? Why has nobody mentioned the phone call as an alternative to reach them?

They are not responding to webform, will not acknowledge receipt of documents sent via webform and will not respond to enquiries on applications. If you sent too many mails, they will just dash you a generic response. This is becoming frustrating to say the least. I need to call them on phone.

Sent mail to the MPs of the province of NL on the 17th of August 2021, one of them assisted to enquire from IRCC on Thursday (19th of August, 2021) Friday (20th of August, 2021) got the 1st correspondence Letter (Biometrics), Sunday (22nd of August, 2021) got the 2nd correspondence letter.

After a JR which was settled out of court can I change my course and the school or I have to stick with the school or can I change my course in the school because I just realized that the former course I choose was an undergraduate certificate which all along I thought it was a post graduate certificate which is why I want to change my course or the school.

When did this rule begin?
MP assisted me to get update on June 13, then helped me again to obtain update on August 3. After that, I personally Requested for update from IRCC on Aug 8,and they sent it on Aug 9.

Yes what you you said is correct. Maybe I didn’t word my reply properly. What I meant to say is that if her application is still pending, then she can still provide new LOA, however once it is approved then it is too late for any changes to LOA. ( change to school can only be done in Canada) Sorry for any confusion!

When you receive a new LOA from the new school, send the new LOA to IRCC via webform. At that point, you can inform them about the reason why you had to apply to a new school. Basically, the thing is if your application is approved with the old LOA, they expect you to go to the same school. So try to let them know as soon as you have a new LOA, so they can update your info on their end..

That’s where I feel I fault their processes. Those ones with intakes that have no close intake deferral should also be prioritized. But there’s no way they can also know if they aren’t even checking the applications.

I have lost 2 job offers because I was waiting and I didn’t want to resume a new place and leave them stranded in 2 months because I want to travel. I also can’t consider UK cos I have paid over 10m in tuition to Canada and I can’t begin the process without withdrawing that.

This is 50days now and they have refused to send my notes or give a good explanation only saying Ircc hasn't sent it to them. Im beginning to doubt if they are genuine or not. Omo, I am a june applicant too oh (June 15th). My lectures are starting September 7th. I just hope we get a response anytime next month (but I'm really skeptical at this rate).
And for the flight prices, I don't mind I ll pay any amount PPR is the goal.
