I broke no rules, insulted no one, just expressing my displeasure.

The intellectual oldies on this forum are all gone.
the kind of threads that make front page and the comments is a reflection of what Nairaland has become.

I feel like Seun has lost touch with why people liked this forum, all because he wants traffic for business.
and he's not thinking like a tech-smart businessman cos NL has seen no real improvements.

Sometimes, I wonder how Nairaland was overtaken by bad belle people. You people (the bad belles) cannot be happy for someone. Was the man blind when he was marrying her? He knows what he saw in the woman, and decided to marry her. They are having a vacation that most couples only dream of (due to constraints of time, money or affection), and the only thing you can see is that the woman is older.

She has a grownup son, that is even older than some of you. How many people's mothers look this nice at her age? She is mommy la hotte.

And yes degree do not justify success in life at all, but it definitely a stepping stone where you can launch your career.

Lets be honest, some people do not do well in uni due to circumstances beyond their control, while some simply do not do well cuz they werenot serious. If you went to uni you will definitely know what i am talking about. The OP seems to he in the later category cuz he is a poser. Going by his threads, he was d fine boy party type tht did not takehos studies serious. Now he is a graduate he is trying to justify his degree with that of another person.

You guys should be freaking honest and call a spade a spade.

Some weeks ago, my roommates and I were involved in a serious argument about this issue..the original argument was whether we can marry someone that earns 100k as monthly salary..most people argued that 100k was too small, when you include daily expense, plus house rent etc..
I argued that 100k was enough to start up a home, if the rent has been paid. Also if the man has the tendency to do better..then I see no reason why I can't settle down with someone who earns that amount...
