Kobojunkie:You lack understanding boy. Jesus did not condemn tithe, neither did he stop his followers to stop giving offering. |
Kobojunkie:Lol, we are looking at the Bible and not man. No man is my role model, Jesus is. "...without leaving the others undone." |
Kobojunkie:You simply lack understanding if you are born again. But if you are not, then I totally understand your feeling. |
Obakoolex:The Matthew passage encouraged it, but says it is not the most important thing. I only feel somehow when pasttors dwell so much on tithing and not hammer on salvation as much. For instance, anywhere you want to start monitoring my tithing with a 'tithe card' abi 'tithe book', you no go see me. Why don't you monitor my secret sins? Why would you only monitor my faithfulness in tithing? For me, tithing is embedded in the universal law of sowing and reaping, but that is not the crux of Christianity as many make it sound. I agree that we must all contribute to keep the fire burning in the house of God |
tuoyoojo:Best is to use the data on your phone and screen cast. |
Rich4god:What are you saying? 10Gb will see you through one month? How sir? Which one is unlimited streaming with 22gb for one month? Do you know how much data required to blow videos through the month? |
Corrupt judge, you shall be judged eventually by the blood of the innocent |
Putindbutt:Stop that, punished for what? What useless code? You want to be a betrayer? How many persons votes tilumbu in Rivers State? |
Salary payment should not be stopped during verification, and govt doesn't need permission from nlc to verify state rmployees |
Zonefree:Na him area of specialization bro. Poverty too much for the shithole so many will flock to him with that message. If he was preaching only salvation, those private jets could have remained dreams only. All man dey him own lane dey hussle, don't criticize him, so long as he doesn't use a gun. Any man brainwashed to give what he has against his will is lower than an animal. A man preaching money and some others are willing contributing the money to him, hoping to become rich someday should not be vilified. After all, he makes a lot of sense to them sometimes, and some tips they get from him helps them. SO, it is a win-win, he offers services, and they pay and consume his services. Make all man look for how to go to heaven themselves, after all, na Jesus be the way. So if you feel say na this man be your own way, na you sabi. |
This your question get hidden agenda, honestly. You are asking a girl who was using you to pass time. Move on, the cookie jar has been purchased by a real man. Go and see who your oga was |
Zonefree:Guy, zamfara crazy dey your head. Virginity is not everything though. In this case however, he must marry her, his conditions are useless because that guy looks like someone that cannot muster 1m in bulk 5 years from today. But if this is the style he wants to use to change woman, we will join this one that is approaching menopause to place a curse on him, and nobody should come begging us years from now. |
ChizzyBuna:You are very funny for calling men going into marriage stupid. I smiled when I read that line. E go soon reach your turn to join the league of 'stupid' men. Some men marry for procreation though, not any love. |
bizzibodi:Are you kidding? What sort of mathematics is this? Please, irrespective of our affiliations, when we see wrong things we should call them out |
osazsky:Come on. Did you not read the article? Israel signed an agreement with the Malawian government to hire Malawians to go work in labour farms in Israel and be paid less than minimum wage. And now some Malawians left the jobs for factory jobs because they didn't even keep to the minimum wage agreement, and they were deported. The Israelie govt fumes about how they left the job, even though they were paid less than promised. But the Malawian govt's response is "don't worry, we have many more you can take as slaves. We gave you 1500 before, now we will give you 10,000 slaves" to reduce unemployment. Tufiakwa!. Those 10,00 will face inhumane treatments there and not one of them will be able to cough. They were being paid $4.8 to work in farms for God's sake. Those slaves will be made to work for about 24days in a month, and 10 hrs each day, hard labour, and at the end be paid $116. $116 in a month! can they rent a house? No. They will be living in refugee camps and living like slaves. So Malawian government cannot help these people set up farms, even if they earn $200, or even $00 as poor people, at least they are in their own farms in their own country, don't you see how dignifying that would be? And you say this is not slavery. Which developed country can you feed well with $100? I am pained. Cheei!! |
This the beat many African leaders can do, sell their citizens into slavery and abandoned them there. Why wouldn't they also encourage them to reach out if treated unfairly in any way. Instead they will tell Israel to come and pack more willing slaves, "to reduce unemployment". Chai! Africa ntooorr! |
SouthSouth1914:You refused to help yourself, God has already empowered you but many of you seem to be lilly-livered. By the time tinubu and his gang finishes, you won't even be able to talk, Nigeria will be a limited liability company, and I am sure you know who the CEO will be. |
ican2020:There is only one or two differences between FFK and Reno - one lives in Nigeria and cannot do any other job, while the other lives abroad and can possibly do some menial jobs (or may have another job) there. But for me, they are all stomach infrastructure men. |
mablie:mind what you wish for yourself bro, spoken/written words have great effects/ You will only envy single men when you are not with the right woman. Girlfriend CAN NEVER BE A WIFE, no matter how long and how deep the relationship is. If you become a father as a married man, na there you go begin feel like a king David inside. The Nigerian society also accords more respect to a married man, even if he is in a bad married, than a single ma. Again, as a married man, you are only stuck with one route of spirit transfer (that is if both partners are faithful), but the single promiscuous man will keep exchanging different spirits, and perhaps diseases, with his different sex partners. One of the benefits of being single though is focus, whenever you want/need it. Because for a married man, he will have to battle to be alone. But with understanding he will achieve that, no be where small pickin (his child(ren)) dey sha. If you also realise that many girls who come your way do not have only you as a sex partner, it could be heart-breaking. But a wife is assumed faithful. |
benuejosh:My brother, all these things happening are they not enough to talk? Why single Peter Obi out? You reason am, does he talk sense like every other well-meaning Nigerian? I think our goal is to make Nigeria great, let's always be objective and not tribalistic or political. If we leave things, there will be nothing left of this country in few years. We will wake up one day to hear that the country is now a Limited Liabity entity, and that before you do certain things, you have to seek approval from an individual who is not even in government. Make we dey fear God o. |
Pennywise2:The leadership team is absolutely insensitive |
Nightwolf1:This, unfortunately, may be the truth. |
I am posting this in this section because I think it is politically motivated. Long ago, CBN removed COT (aka N5 per mil), which is the deduction of N5,000 for every N1m debit on a current account. Even before it was removed, other charges were introduced. This government has introduced many levies and taxes since inception, while at the same time removing almost every form of subsidies. These have led to economic strangulation of Nigerians, who struggle to feed daily with little or no hope of salary increment. Increasing the salary of workers has been like a WWE fight between labour and FG. We are only praying the new wage become a living wage indeed. While governors like Obaseki has increased Edo state minimum wage by 75%, some governors are threatening to not comply with whatever FG comes up with if 'they cannot afford it'. Nigerian leaders are indeed cut-off from the people they lead, or so they pretend to be. The hardship people are going through now is actually unimaginable. I spoke with a bank worker whose salary has only increased from 70 to 115k between 2021 to date. He struggles to pay a 250k house rent. If he commits any financial crime now and gets caught, he will likely be jailed. The economic mess the average Nigerian has been plunged into now is such that only the strong-hearted will not give any listening ear to the silent voice calling for suicide. The hardship has been increased by the increase in the prices of goods and services, which is caused by the actions of the government, directly. Right now, the government categorically told poor Nigerians that they are not entitled to even up to 20 hrs of power supply daily, they can only get about 4 hrs. Which government profiles the poor like this one? Even the rich is being scammed by the government by making them pay N225 per KW with a promise of 20 hrs of electricity a day. The power companies are not penalised for not fulfilling their part, but the people are penalised for not paying up. Nigerians are in a mess. The COT issue is now rebranded and called cyber-security levy. Instead of the government to make the banks liable for any cyber insecurity on their part, they are charging the citizens to fund people's private businesses. The banks are not doing badly with the current charges and withdrawals from people's banks accounts, most validated by the trillions they post as annual revenues, yet, the masses would have to contribute for them to secure their cyber systems. If this introduction will stop hackers and scammers, I would applaud, but the problem is that there will be absolutely no change in the banking cyber space as a result of this new fee. To put this in perspective, for every 100k you transfer from your account, you will be charged N500. Before, this levy (COT) used to only apply to current accounts (which made such accounts only billed for premium customers). But now, the poorest of the poor cannot enjoy any form of banking services without paying through their nose. We dey watch. https://punchng.com/cbn-orders-banks-to-charge-0-5-cybersecurity-levy/ |
helinues:Him don tire to hide the address. The Government has frustrated it's citizens. Imagine this man had to stay at home to be able to give details of the power supplied. These leaders deserve to be cursed. |
Cousin9999:Hmn, just hearing this. And you said 'literally every non-black'. I will have to pay closer attention henceforth. |
Cousin9999:Do you really think non-black immigrants are more malleable? Which set even accept the abuses? Nigerians seems to be the most stubborn of the blacks when it comes to rejection of racial profiling. If the 'acceptance of abuses' is only in terms of low wages, then perhaps it is the deep-seated fact that the average black goes to oyibo country to make money, and when you want to make him work as much as he wants and not pay him that money, then rebellion sets in. In terms of other forms of abuses, like physical, psychological, etc, I think blacks tolerate them more that the non-blacks. |
yinchar:I tend to agree with you 100%. I just take eye dey look other comments saying Biden doesn't know what he was saying. Someone told me about the racism/xenophobia in Japan. He said in their schools, children are still thought that African live on trees. You will actually know the xenophobic temperature of a country by the shade of Africans dotting their landscape. I see how India treats foreigners on SM every other day. I think Bidden is right. China, Russia, Japan are very racist countries towards Africans. Period! |
Lol, every body dey curse the man dead body. I hope his evil will not fall upon his descendants. I hope he was paid in full while alive. |
They slammed him with those charges because it seems he has a reputation in that. That name only rings 419 bell and the city of Asaba in my mind once I hear it. I don't know why though. Perhaps the police are as biased as I am. |
Kemistri3:Is this suppose to scare us? |
Faiththatworks:Unfortunately, only a set of leaders who mean well for the shithole can implement what wrote. There is more than all you listed, which only a president who is not corrupt can attempt. Tinubu is not the man. By the time he finishes, the country will become a limited liability, with tinubu as chairman and ceo. |
I didn't see Nyesom Wike, Rotimi Amaechi and Peter Obi's names there |
