Please I need legal or customary advice from experienced people.

My dad built a house in the early 80s; a 5 bedroom bungalow, that's before he got married. As at the time he completed the building, he was about to get married, while his 2 brothers were still single then. Because my dad was not based in my town, he gave all his 2 brothers 1 room each to stay in, as they were bachelors. My family occupies 3 rooms ensuite, while my uncles occupy the other two rooms, with a detached kitchen and toilet.

As time went on, they later got married, but still kept living in the single rooms. Now they have families, with my oldest cousin being in his 20s.

The problem is that the relationship between my dad and his brothers has deteriorated terribly over the past years to the extent that my uncle's and their wives now threaten my parents with murder and diabolical acts. In fact, I can't put on text the many issues that have arose between my parents and my uncles.

Now, my dad wants them to vacate his house but they bluntly refused saying that they will live there for as long as they wish. As the first son, he has divided their ancestral lands amongst them, but they have refused to put up there.

Their continued stay in that house has become a huge source of worry and headache to my parents. There is no day that one issue or the other doesn't come up.

My dad has reported them severally to the 'umunna', but this hasn't yielded any benefit. As members of the umunna are people of questionable judgement. They keep telling my dad to wait till my uncle's build their own house, but they are not even interested in building anything, as they have made it clear that they will live with my parents, just to be monitoring them.

As onye Igbo, you parents know the solution to this problem.

If your Dad built a house in the 80's which he allowed his younger ones to occupy some parts, the best thing he can do is to UPSCALE - build a bigger and better mansion elsewhere then move his family there. Secondly, your family needs to be undergo deliverance and strengthen yourselves in God (MFM style) - note that if your Dad embarks upon building a new house, he could be speared diabolically so as to prevent him from completing the house. Eviction will never work, because from your description these uncles are not well to do; thus, they do not have the means to build their own house.

I have being in this situation, I and my sibs underwent lots of diabolical attacks - our parents passed away in terrible ways; nevertheless, we are stronger now (with God on our side).

The answer I was able to deduct from my research was : "Yes, a mother is able to have intercourse with her husband while she still nurses her baby, providing they wait for a few weeks after birth until her organs are back to normal."

REASONS:
1. It takes from 4 to 6 weeks after birth for a woman's uterus to return to its normal state. There is a red discharge from the uterus after the baby is born which is called the lochia. It lasts about two weeks and tends to flow most when the mother is nursing her baby. Later the lochia becomes a lighter colour and then it finally stops.

2. The father's sperm cannot enter into the milk and cause the baby to get sick.
**
MY ADVICE:
The best way a father should show his love to his child is to love the baby's mother. Mothers Please don't abstain from sex totally during breast feeding because it pushes the impatient husbands to infidelity and fathers do not rush your wives, give them time to heal.

It is even true that mothers who breast-feed their babies are more interested in returning to active intercourse with their husbands as soon as possible after birth. They want to express the love and gratitude which they have in their hearts for the father of their child.

This is very bad news. From the OP information, the TBills were oversubscribed; the reason for this oversubscription is because the only safe place for people to invest now is in the government.

Furthermore, the Nigeria Stock Exchange is currently in a mess now, stock have plummeted; Dangote Cement is preparing a buyback of their stocks, Otedola has exited Forte Oil. Who wants to loose more money?

This makes TBills the only save Haven for investment. By the time, the federal government defaults in paying treasury bills, then we will know that this government never meant well for the people of Nigeria.

Some murderous enemies need to die if they are unrepentant. You may not kill them with your hands, but your prayers can make the law enforcement agencies kill them.

I think Because of tribalism that run in the vain of Innoson that's the major reason he built his company to an unpopular location such as Anambra. For instance ogun state hosting a major multi national companies in Nigeria and their headquarters located at lagos .
Sincerely if innoson build his company in southwest the company will move forward and many will patronize the company more than his expectation. As we all know that environment can be a problem for a business owners sometime in the case of Innoson.

Yes, but I don't intend travelling to the village. I intend to travel to enjoy the Christmas with my family. Preparations, yes, I will send gifts to my sibs and in-laws so they can celebrate plentifully; however, turkey, chicken, fish soft drinks and juices will be abundant in my freezer. On transportation, I checked flight prices yesterday, it's still less than 25k, I will book soon; else, GIGM will be my next option.
