I quite agree bro but let me shock you. In 2019, i was fed up of all this and i visited MFM on Lagos Ibadan express way. I was there for 3 days for the end of the year deliverance program. It was powerful and i believe that i will be free after the program, I was very optimistic and i was really thanking God because i felt something. Do you believe that when i got home after the 3 days prayer, my brother sent me some money (i think about 30k).m In my mind i was like yes this is it, a new life. Not up to 1 hour that i got home, i begin to cough again. Before i could blink i deposited my money into my Forex account and within 1 hour all the money is gone. Then the cycle continued so i begin to wonder in my mind "is it that the deliverance wasnt complete?"

So I normally use the Amuwo Odofin Primary Health Care Centre in Lagos, situated in the Amuwo Odofin Local Government secretariat in Festac, so you can imagine how happy I am when last week, they finally commissioned the new Primary Health Care building named after Senator Oluremi Tinubu. Finally, we can use a proper place instead of that bungalow that is always crowded and stuffy.

You can then imagine my shock when I went there on Tuesday and I saw that the Pharmacy staff, and even the medical laboratory staff that I normally see there were no longer there. I saw new faces in the pharmacy and lab sections.

I asked one of their senior doctors, who is from the same town as me (omo iye mi) and he told me something that I find disturbing.

Did the council chairman build the centre with his private money or it was the LGA money ni? Because the doctor told me that the people who are in the pharmacy and lab now are private companies with relationship with the chairman. He said that they were already working in the council before the building of the new edifice sef, and that the government officials employed to the pharmacy and lab have always been intimidated by these private companies with the backing of the chairman.

He said that even last week, the government officials had packed into the facility gleefully after Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu commissioned the new building with pomp and pageantry, but the chairman sent them back to the bungalow at the back of the building and ordered the private companies into the new building.

I had to ask if the people that were ordered out were not government officials because why will government be paying people to work and another government will be taking that work from them and giving it to someone else. I asked the old doctor to send me to the government pharmacy to buy my drug so I can ask questions stylishly from them but those ones were also using style to dribble me. Seems they are afraid of the chairman and/or the private pharmacy and lab people. I kuku can’t blame them. Security of life is important abeg.

Anyway, my question is simple? Did the Chairman of Amuwo Odofin LGA, Comrade Engr Valentine Buraimoh build the Oluremi Tinubu PHC building with his money ni? Even if he did and he donated it to the LG, must he interfere in how it must be used? Who are these private companies and what relationship do they have with the chairman? Is the chairman saying the employed pharmacists and lab scientists by the state health boards are not competent ni? Is this what is happening across all LGAs in Lagos?

Governor Sanwo-Olu and everyone, please if you know what is happening, let me know o. Because na so corruption dey take start for Nigeria.

It is a private partnership fee paying. This makes things move faster.
If you want your free pharmacy and lab they are still on the compound.and by the way nothing is free in Lagos.

What valto said is true, you are only buying sticker on those used Canadian panels.
The panels are usually over rated than what they really are . A 300 watt used mono panels in actual fact may really be 170- 200 watts panel. Alaba runs .
Note there is nothing wrong in buying used panels, infact in this economy it is advisable.
The advice I will give you be present selecting and testing used panels. Do some research on size and watts that corresponds with what you want.
Also have an idea of testing voc and amperage of panels with a voltmeter, you tube is your friend..... Armed with this enter market and bargain...I repeat don't believe stickers on used Canadian panels.

Alternatively you can buy new original Canadian panels which are top notch, from major dealers such as gennex and some in house people.

One balancer can conveniently serve a 2-string battery bank. I drew the diagram for explanation purpose. For example, in my recent installed Pic, I used 3 balancers for a 4-string battery bank.

Using 1 balancer for 16 batts of 200ah ....no get head, its like using bike to drive from lagos to maidugri. It wouldnt achieve much, unless you installed it just for feel good feeling.

2 balancers is the minimum i would recommend, or 4 if you want to it optimally.

Ha12 with bluetooth is an upgraded model of ha02, you can see its working..from the graph it plots

I used it for 12 battery bank, and all are equalized .

The 8 LA is 19.2KWH, 9.6KWH Usable. 50% DOD
16, 280AH, 14.3KWH, 11.4KWH Usable. 80% DOD
8 LA can easily be replaced with 16 of 280AH cells If he want to match usage capacity a

16 Lifepo4 cells will only take the space of 2 Quanta
1.4M should do a perfect DIY build

32 of 200AH if he want to match exact capacity..
20KWH, 16KWH usable

48v (4 in series) versus 24v (2 in series) - 4 potential fails versus 2 potential fails.

My own comment though would have been structured thus:
