The schools are in the same state as Abia state itself,in terms of the environment in which people live,pass through and do business.
So why close only these schools because of their poor learning environment,why not also close the Abia state government for keeping the entire state,examplified by Aba,in a slum?
There should be a level playing field.
Abia itself is in a worse state than almost all the schools closed.

He halted all the controversial privatization programmes initiated by Babangida his predecessor and reduced the inflation rate from the 54 percent he inherited to 8.5 percent by 1998, while oil was sold at an average of $15 per barrel.
He increased fuel price just once in his four-and-a-half years in office and set up the Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund, which was widely acknowledged to have performed well in infrastructural development and intervention programmes in education, health and water.

Obasanjo set up EFCC,ICPC,the various electrification programs,though some ended up being embezzled;GSM came into being,etc;YarAdua set up amnesty program,due diligence office,ensured petroleum availability despite reduction in price and genuine electoral reform, acknowledging publicly that the election that brought him to power was flawed,in just 2 and half years of his reign.
Lest I forget,even as a military dictator Abacha gave birth to privatization of the electronic media.
GEJ started BVN,Remita and many of the financial programs that are now almost commonplace in 5 years of his reign.
Buhari in 6 years cannot point to one novel idea or program he has initiated or implemented.
His only known legacy is severally publicly defending killings by herdsmen,even as a Nigerian president!

Attending one day conferences and seminars and being issued certificate of attendance now equates to certificates too.
If we are to go by that line,then Buhari too may have up to 40 certificates if all the military conferences he attended were to be taken into account.

Funny enough,Ihedioha,who has no connection to this Bayelsa judgement is the other loser.
How?
This is a judgement the SC made just to overshadow and stop the monumental error it made in that of Imo state.
With this reward to PDP in Bayelsa,the SC would no longer be under severe pressure to reverse it's Imo verdict.
This judgement like that of Imo has less to do with the law itself,than politics and using one wrong to balance another wrong

A SC declarative decision does not take into account what should be or the requirements for winning an election.
The simple interpretation of the judgement for touts like oshiomole is this:whatever maybe the requirement for declaring someone winner of an election,Mr....being the person that came second (inspite or despite not meeting the electoral spread,or even any other requirement)is hereby automatically declared the winner.
After his swearing him,Oshiomole,whose wife is still AWOL,can go back to the SC and ask it to reverse it's decision,as PDP is doing in Imo state.

Did INEC bother or have power to say Uzodinma was not properly declared because the votes tally didn't match the accredited voters? No, because the SC had declared who it termed was the winner, fraudulent as it was.
