daddytime:So because they don't know if they would see tomorrow or die before 2023 or if they would be still alive before then, they should not start strategizing and working towards their dreams and ambitions? Which kind of reasoning is that? So if u want to do something tomorrow or vie for office in 2023 u should wait till tomorrow or wait till u are alive in 2023 before doing anything? If the western world thought this way they would still in the Stone age and be as underdeveloped as the African continent and Nigeria is. |
Enemyofpeace:Bros easy. Maybe about 31-35yrs. Mathematical cudnt have fathered a child at age age 10.So believe he fathered the now 13yr old at age 21-23.So he should be in his early to mid 30's. |
litaninja:Quite insightful of you I must say and clearly deceitful of the pastor. He clearly made that open ended prediction to give him a large leverage for it to be acclaimed as being true. There are more than a thousand Royal families in the world. If anyone one of the over1000 has issues, which is 120% sure, then he comes out to claim his prediction in the name of prophesy came true. It's like me predicting that an airline would be involved in an aircrash in 2020. By not mentioning specifically Boeing,Luftansa, Virgin,Ethiopian, even Arik or peace airlines, etc,I am almost certain of having my prediction come true. Scam is what it is. |
Rapmoney:I had to go back and read it 5 more times. Pls quote me the portion where it was written that the driver was "feared dead". If u can't find that portion, then please accept my condolences on your wasted education. |
Most likely the gunshots were happening in say Lagos Ibadan expressway while the theatre commander was somewhere in Ojota or even Maryland. Maybe they heard about it and quickly made a detour through Ijebu Ode. I highly doubt both sides came even close to seeing each other, talkless of a confrontation. |
LeronDemarko:Keep it up. That guy needs to be frustrated out of cyberspace. He is a nuisance to all sensible people on nairaland. |
joyfullyjoyous:Pure unadulterated hogwash. The way some of you spill pure lies and rubbish with confidence is amazing. So a tenant owes a landlord abroad and the landlord shoots him/her citing provocation as an offence and the police or justice system will give him/her a slap in the wrist? When you are asked to cite verifiable examples of this your rubbish claim now, you would start blabbering. |
Mumus. Part of the goal of BRT's all over the world is to reduce the number of cars on the roads by encouraging people with cars to dump their cars at home and use the brt. If they now increase d fares,I expect by at least 25%,many individuals that were hitherto patronizing it would return to their cars. Commonsense, but of course from Aso Rock to many government houses, parastatals and ministries, commonsense is now a scarce commodity. |
Blakjewelry:Yeah,also commented on this^ |
FarmerGiantpage:If your story is true,i.e,of the N5m and N20m Okereke has given him, then the footballer has tried, particularly if it's also true that d only help he gave was in terms of boot and directing him to clubs and nothing more |
Blakjewelry:This is an unfortunate and shallow statement to make. Someone helped him to rise to where he is now and now he has made it,he refused paying commission to the agent as his the norm worldwide. If there was no contract signed,it's just unfortunate and should be a lesson to everyone, not just football agents. No matter how insignificant someone is today, once you agree to manage him/her,get a signed contract stipulating terms and conditions because they may "blow" tomorrow. It happens also with musicians and some artists in Nigeria. Once they blow, they renege on all informal and sometimes even formal agreements. |
Another of those made up tales from that sorry story teller that claims a man died during the civil war, stayed with his family for years without them knowing till his war pal that had been in Gabon for years came back and told d family the man was killed during the war. What baffles me is how this guy always gets his fake tales pushed to the front page. Maybe he dashes the moderators something. |
marvin906:Pls go back to your books. This topic is beyond you. |
marvin906:Rubbish. Hezbollah,Taliban what they would do and aim to achieve is capture one American soldier, torture or burn him to death while filming it,then broadcast it to the American audience. They know psychologically one American soldier killed in such a gruesome way may tilt the American public against Trump. By then they know they would suffer casualties in the thousands for that single death, but they don't care because they know they cannot stand the American armed forces in any kind of war. They risk thousands of their own just for a single American soldier. Is that sensible to u? |
Afamed:Animals have more shame that some of you. See what a human being is typing out of sycophancy. |
Anybody that believes Iran wud go to war with the US needs a brain check. Asides the human cost to them, the sanctions and blockade from even it's Islamic neighbors that hate her and European allies would cripple it to it's foundations. Despite all its postutings it's leaders would only go as far as rhetorics to booster national morale and nothing more. |
Sirjamo:Did she report it stolen,No. It's even criminal on her part not to report it stolen or lost,if at all it was. If she did it would have been blocked. The next logical question to ask is why she didn't report a card she was no longer using to the police. If you were not blinded by sentiment and myopic, you would know that if it were to be in sane societies, the authorities would know there is something fishy on her not reporting it and call her for serious interrogation. But here u are illogically supporting rubbish. |
RZArecta:Does the Nation newspaper look anymore like a serious news medium with journalists that know their onions to you? Garbage in garbage out. They stopped any serious journalism soon as Buhari came to power. It's more now like one of those outfits Tinubu keeps running to massage his ego. |
midehi2:It mostly likely will be. There are individuals on Nland that have a merchant for searching for old news and recycling them as if it happened in the present. When you have lazy and barely enlightened moderators, that never moderate or research stories before pushing them to FP,you have a combustible mix that results in misinformation and spreading of panic. It's reasons and stories like this that make some people advocate and support the social media bill. |
midnighter:You are still embarrassing yourself. |
Typhoonsbane:I stopped reading after number 6.I just wanted to validate that his prophesies were scam,so I read up to that point. Who but a scammer says his prophesies include "praying for security and families"? Even a trainee scammer would do better. |
Zuorom:He is a scam and fraudster scamming the sheeple. |
midnighter:This is so disgraceful. In this 2020, people like u still think this awkward way! Please, don't utter this kind of rubbish in the midst of children with even basic education. You would be laughed to scorn. |
He didn't address the purported sack in the EKSUTH and other specifically mentioned parastatals. Or the state labour congress don't know what they are saying or it's members? |
Poloyanabo1:Couldn't agree more. Look at Maguire for eg for £80million. That's daylight robbery. Then that player Chelsea bought for £30m or so that is more interested in chasing after people's girlfriends or even Hudson Odoi. |
Chrisus:Oga,Lingard is 27 f ucking years! He is supposed to be at his peak.Yet he is diminishing in returns. So which youth are you developing in him? |
![]() Prophesies indeed. More like an analysis done by a TV analyst using trends of events that happened last year and making projections with them. |
davodyguy:Let me borrow what someone here said, the guy is "cancerous". Even in some private workplaces they make it compulsory for prayers to be offered and attended by all staff at certain periods during the week. Assuming he claims he wasn't aware initially, but a year into his programme when he noticed the compulsory nature of the prayer attendance and other faith based activities,if he really wants to prove he had an unshakeable faith in Islam,he should have quit the school, believing his god would get him another admission in another school based on how strong he stuck to his Muslim faith. |
Nobody forced him to apply to the school. Nobody begged him. Asides these it was made known to him, which he also admitted that there are religious rules and norms for anyone that accepts admission there. Since he knew he couldn't cope, why not respectfully decline the admission offered? I stand with the school 120%. The school is a private one, with it's own religion based rules and regulations. If u know u can't cope, seek admission elsewhere. |
His sins would soon catch up with him. A beneficiary of the most ridiculously rigged election in Nigeria's history. An election so archaically rigged that even him the beneficiary would even feel ashamed of it in his private moments. |
JubrinElSudan:Is that one still a newspaper? Open their morning news and you wonder if you are reading news items from the stables of frcn or NTA. |
