wizseller:Can i pm you?... . Got some questions about a research. |
zero8zero:Hmmmn... It is complicated bro. |
Rydermaverick:Unfair judgment bro. Damages and abuses are in levels. For example, you can't compare someone who was only physically abused to someone who was both abused physically and sexually abused and with more duration. You can't use Asians experience to accurately judge African experiences and reactions. That's why I asked you if you know of any other race, Asian or not that had settlements and countries outside their continent due to slave trade. None, only Africans. And these united Africans from different african countries and nations have their populations in millions in the Caribbean ; all these showing that Africans are mostly hit and the cruelty against them very severe. I don't want to take you to the spiritual angle. Like I said we only see the few things we see. You don't even know the origins of people and the laws that govern them which have severe consequences when destabilized. So you equating everyone as one and equating their experiences as one and same makes you very wrong. You are only talking about what you see on the surface and what your masters want you to see. There are other deeper and sinister secrets and motives. So, no matter how you much you worship them and belittle your own, you can never be them. |
Ifeoluwav:Apt! You are very right ma'am. You've summarized the whole issue into a single paragraph. |
Rydermaverick:At what rate? At the rate at which Africa was battered or what? Last I checked, British imperialism never politically took hold in mainland China, so it is different. They gained little territory especially for trade sake and the opium sale (an addictive drug). Many Chinese heroes fought against this. In Japan, Caucasians had no ground there, Japanese themselves were colonizers with their rule not similar to the ground and number of years British gained in Africa with inhumane Wickedness. Koreans were not fully British properties, they only gained extraterritorial rights from 1883 to 1910. Koreans were more of Japanese subjects, but did this majorly affect their culture and language? Last I checked Koreans still speak Korea as official language and weren't ferried away in ships with crates like bottles like in the slave trade. So how is it not different from the one in Africa? What of Singapore and Malaysia, you want to equate theirs to the kinda sufferings Africans suffered? With all the slave trades, have you ever seen a free country or island in other continents chiefly occupied by Asians or other colonized races like we have Africans in the caribbean (Haiti, Jamaica, Dominica rep and co) ? It points to the fact that Africans suffered the most casualty in slavery and colonialism and they fought back to claim some of the strange lands they found themselves in. Just point to a similar island or territory occupied chiefly by Asians (Indians or Chinese or whatever) who revolted to make their own government in a strange land. It is only the blacks that have it due to the high population of black slaves seized and numbers of years spent in slavery before they summoned courage to revolt. And you're telling the world that experiences of Africans aren't different from that of the Asians. I have asked a second question now (in the 8th paragraph ) , and I would also like answers to the former one and this. |
FantasyHub:Lol... I didn't want to reply you but I changed my mind. You didn't get my point. Are things not negatively happening to us in Nigeria now? That point you made, I took it from the angle of spirituality and roots. Europeans came subtly with manipulation to take away some of our heritage and powers. Etc. That said, Igbos may like violent approach, but that doesn't mean Yorubas are fools. Yet, with the Yoruba subtility and Igbos recognition of mischief in the British, all still came under the rule. After all, someone signed on behalf of Igbos just like others to be among the 1914 amalgamation. It was then that Igbos should have rejected it if it were that easy. So my brother, they entered the pact together, and they came out of the colonial rule together in 1960, Azikwe, Awolowo and co. And they are going to also come outta this failed contraption together also in the near future. So in talking about decisions, our leaders made dem together, and it is not as if igbo is enjoying presently in Nigeria, in fact, the heat are against you people more than others in the south. So shall we say that this heat you are feeling presently is as a result of your own father's decisions? |
Rydermaverick:Very funny. It is clear that I'm done with India and I got you explanations above. Don't put words in my mouth. No one said Nigeria is more developed than there. Nigerians go there while Indians also come here to work as well. And even then, not many Nigerians will jump at an offer to be on the next available flight to India! Never! And the answer to your question was my first sentence, so go back and read, open your eyes to see well. I didn't run away from that and I gave you explanations why you can't judge Africans just because they were colonized like others who are seemingly progressing. I also asked you a question in my former post, do well to answer it also. |
Kennyking1234:Thank you broda, don't mind me. You see, it is disheartening when we look down on ourselves as if we are nothing while we think the white men are angels as if they didn't contribute to the pains we still battle with today. And to make the matter worse, some fools think the hold on our necks have been loosened whereas it is still very much there. |
Rydermaverick:Answer to your question: No And then you have no loopholes to exploit. How many facts, figures and valid explanations did you make according to history? All you did was rant and blame your own people alone while excusing the damage of your white masters like it was nothing and like it had no impact on the psyche of Africans. While it is true that some other continents were colonized, you classified every one under the same umbrella and factors as if the damages were uniformly measured. Now answer me too, in which continent was the damage of colonialism, slave trade and inhumane treatment most felt? |

Rydermaverick:Lol... So india to you is a developed country or have it better now after British influence? Go to the records and research, they were better before the cursed hands of the British interfered in their lives. Also unlike Nigeria, India had a stronger foundation for a national consciousness due to the existence of a common civilization that had forged prior to its colonization. GO RESEARCH! One of the victory against someone like you in Africa is to make you hate yourself and your own. But note, no matter how much you love them, you will never be them or appear like them. USA: go and get educated. The USA you see today, is it being owned by the original people of the land? Where are the American Indians? (native Americans). When last did anyone of them become the president of the United States? The British weren't the only colonial masters. The Europeans invaded the North American land and eliminated most of the people there and made the place their home. There were colonies and governments before the American revolution came, afterwards the American Civil War. They are different. You have no point using USA as a case study. It is now a land occupied by various families of Europeans but with a COMMON LANGUAGE (English). They are all same colonial masters looking for expansion and places to plunder. Now, if trans Atlantic slave trade has been eliminated since 1808,why was there still discrimination till they fought war in the 1860's just for the sake of true freedom especially for the blacks? Down the century and years from that 1860's a black man can't even marry a white woman until around 1967 despite the supposed "freedom". And till now, you are not blind and deaf to see and hear in the news how some blacks are being killed indiscriminately for petty or no offense when compared to a Caucasian who did same thing and they are spared by the law. My point is that the hatred still subtly exists. Australia today have been occupied by these same people and most of their aborigines killed who are dark also in complexion, but you won't also see that. We can criticize Black Lives Matter movement but they are real and they know what they are saying. Vietnam : very limited tribes, plus the fact that they ethnically speak the Vietnamese language at least 90% of them. Rest are foreigners and minorities. And they don't have any tribe supported by the British to Lord over others so they don't grow. Go listen to Bob Marley Buffalo soldiers and get the lyrics. Research on how these Africans fought for survival in a Strange land and how they sustained their religion and roots by deceiving the Europeans This is brilliance! Yoruba for example wasn't always like this, despite the wars here, they had dignity, love for life and others, had strict laws against evil and there were little or no thefts and poverty. Even the Benin land was called a rich country, and so many other African nations like that. If South African people didn't fight ferociously for control of their land, they would have turned the place to another Australia. At least if I can't even speak for other blacks, I can speak for my Yoruba land. Finally go and research on this memoir : Seventeen years in the Yoruba country : memorials of Anna Hinderer Anna above is the wife of a missionary who recorded her experience in Yoruba land, note that she called it Yoruba country. But others like you and some blind ignorant ones won't see or acknowledge this, you only see what the white man have created for you and believe everything is all good, shouting one Nigeria and unity of cultures. Jokes and jokers! |
Rydermaverick:Get busy to educate yourself and make research on my claims and not cowardly or lazily wave facts off. And also systems of races are different. That of Africa is different from that of the Asians. So, how many nations with different cultures, languages and governmental system were merged together by the British the way it was done in Africa? Answer me too Or didn't you know that their major evils were done in Africa because of the vast resources and fertile ground. If garri and sand with water and petrol are mixed together, can you eat it? Oh, maybe you don't know that Nigeria is the greatest case study in this matter. It isn't made the most populous black nation for nothing. And it is no wonder that the greatest problem arising from the doings and experiment of these Caucasians is majorly based in Nigeria with endless problem when compared with other colonized countries in Africa and in the world. So answer again, how many nations with different cultures, languages and governmental system were merged together by the British the way it was done in Africa especially in Nigeria? |

Rydermaverick:Not a very intelligent argument. You don't have a point, you are only looking for a defense. Like seriously, why using what they invented? Since men have been meeting one another, they have been exchanged technologies. How things are better done or other ways of doing things. I'm an education student and I understood how the whites made us feel as if we had no education at all which is wrong, theirs only differs from ours. You said why are we using their inventions? oh, so to you, there ain't any single intelligent being from Africa to invent something, is that it? Are you aware that most of medicine, metallurgy/mining, architecture technologies, came from ancient Egypt. You can't deny this and if you do, you can't deny the embalment that came from there. I don't even want to come from that angle or talk about how these technologies were stolen from Africa. There are evidences but I don't have the time. My point is that the slavery still continues (imperialism). So any great thinking person can't be too happy with them because there exploitation still continues. Those who have had dealings with them knows they have subtle hatred for us so don't think that you know them. Fela Anikulapo was a great man (may have his other habits you don't like), and I will pick him 100 times over and quicker than I pick any of our church G. O. s here in Nigeria. Very truthful man. You need to listen to some of his interviews. Same as Prof. Ama Ata Aidoo. These duo testified to the hand of the British people in our affairs till date. Do you know that the British high commissioner was running to and fro this country at the height of secession agitation earlier this year, meeting leaders on how this country shouldn't break, why? They don't want us to undo their evil. The contraption they did here, same as in other African countries and you are talking as if they have released the strangle off our necks. Coming back to inventions, did Europeans not use those Egyptian invention above? Apart from inventions, do they still not come here to carry raw materials and natural resources? Cocoa, oil palm, Petroleum, gold, etc. Do we not need ourselves as humans? With the hatred they showed and still subtly showing, do they say that they won't use our useful resources because they don't like us? They still do, and we will still use whatever that is produced there that benefit us, so you have no point. If you think they are the next best thing after sliced bread, just pray not to be a victim because there are evils going on in the world perpetrated by them. And all these inventions, are there no co-workers and scientists who are blacks that they did it together? COVID-19 vaccine: the best of it was invented by a black, an African American, Dr. Kizmekkia Corbett. She invented the Moderna vaccine with 96% success rate. Others are Astrazeneca, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson. Pfizer is the second best with 95% effectiveness, Astrazeneca is around 76%, Johnson and Johnson is around 65% or so. So what are you talking about? As if it's the white man that has all inventions, that's a shallow thinking because you ought to know that they will always show you what they only want you to see. Till today, there are white men, Caucasians (not biracial) that still come to Yoruba land to get initiated into the IFA religion and learn about the traditions, and they even become priests just as we go there too to get more education and exposure. So, you should know that the world is a global village and the white man is not the sole inventor of modern technology that gives ease of life. Thank you. |
BABANGBALI:Pocohantas go better for dis soup preparation ![]() |
Rydermaverick: SaintBishop:Many things are enough to hate whites oga. This is just a speck, a child's play compared to their atrocities. I did a research on this one, it is a picture of an actor but of course portraying the past. Those blacks their are Azande people of Congo DR. That the picture is fiction doesn't negate the fact that the pictures and worse ones were true. See what King Leopold 2 of Belgium did to these same Congo dr people. It was said that he executed 8 million Congolese. But the link I found here shows that the death toll ranges from 1 to 15 million. Millions not thousands, no be moimoi. And to think that children, teenagers were punished through amputation of their hands for failing to meet work and gathering targets on rubber plantation is the height of criminality, barbarism and evil. Today, they don't take you by force again, you go willingly to them, after all, wisdom is greater than power. There are models on ground already by which this place remains under developed; one of it is by buying your leaders. They buy your evil selfish leaders, this place remains under-developed, they enjoy the money looted to their banks, they gain via common wealth, their land remains beautiful while here is sh! t hole, you see the place beautiful, you run there willingly for better life. You bear children there and won't come back to the sh! t hole , they lose their identities like the slaves of old that were forcefully taken. Culture gone, language also gone totally or potency reduced. Same thing, different model. ![]() But a greater one is by religion (don't get me wrong, I still claim Christianity) but I can see through the guile. The religion (Abrahamic) takes away your inherited powers and spiritual strength from you, you become weak to fight your enemies and our own evil leaders. After all, forgive your enemies because vengeance is of the Lord, however not in present day Israel or ancient Israel anyway ![]() See what is happening to Yorubas and Igbos. It's because of decline in inherited and cultural spiritual powers, a disengagement from the roots. Most men weak, not manly again. Yorubas a tribe of great warriors and great things are now being called cowards, we accept the bvllsh! t of corrupt selfish leaders, we can't confront them, corruption overran the lands and became more powerful by giving power to evil leaders. Fulanis that ibadan warriors defeated in 1840 are now on rampage on the Land etc. But would this happen in the days of our fathers, not even in late 1800's Even the Agbekoya farmers of 1958 faced the government squarely and bravely and were triumphant till they used wisdom to capture their leader (wisdom na power ). But what am I saying, the major bvllsh!ts on our land even with foreign diseases and crimes got here because of the whites and their GREED. It's easy to say wave it off, but you can't know the meaning of what happened to those slaves until you witness an example. They are humans and they had families before they were separated from them forever, tortured, thrown in the sea, put in human crates, mouth padlocked, whipped, executed, raped etc. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atrocities_in_the_Congo_Free_State Cc: kettykin I just want you to see this. |
