Sure you are not far from the truth the point is that a Christian could fall sick and in fact die sick and even go to heaven but the truth is that the perfect will of God for the one who believes in Jesus Christ is to share in the God kind of life and l don't think anybody is suggesting that God could be sick now the fact that their experiences are in the opposite direction does not in effect render the authenticity of the reality of God's perfect will regarding that issue.

Well allow me to pause and say this; the Grk word translated "death" here is the word-thanato which is an adjective used as a noun literally or figuratively meaning death. Literal death could mean a cessation of life thus terminating continuity in existence on this terrestrial plain of reality then figuratively it could bear any of the synonyms ranging from sickness, disease, failure, defeat, bondage, slavery etc. sickness is death and in Christ Jesus the Christian has been freed from it----question : was Jesus ever sick?

I weep at your understanding and interpretation of scriptures; the above scripture does in no way relate to sickness but rather spiritual death which is birthed by SIN. at this point I can only feel sorry for you seeing the damage that has been done to your reasoning.

We have excellent promises in Christ YES, but some of them are time dependent, for example do you not read in scripures that we will one day be changed? and our bodies will become immortal? till then our bodies cannot be perfect.

Well if you must know not just a leg he had had instances in the past of serious health challenge but the man had to put to effect what the word of God says.One instance l had Pastor Chris give and inspiring testimony of himself how that he was so very sich that he was hospitalized but he said "nothing could make me change my confession" Why because the reality of what the word of God says is more important than the feeling or pain felt or experienced in the body and he got healed.

Now its healing is divine even if it comes by the aid of medical procedures because God himself is source and origin of all wisdom.
He has testimony of his wife and daughter in instances where they had to believe God for a miracle of healing but his experiences does not negate the reality of the word of God, God's ultimate provision for his children is divine health whether that is your experience is not God's responsibility but ours.

I have my own personal testimonies of God's miraculous healing grace. Perhaps l should have been deaf today but thank God for his grace. Nobody said sickness will not come for instance if you don't live a healthy life, if you careless about some basic issues of personal health then sickness may come and your health may fail. The point is that the life we have recived at new birth in christ Jesus by the Holy Ghost is an incorruptable life because it proceeds from God so the ultimate is divine haelth but if you fall sick, the healing power if God is available.

There is the possibility that God could allow or permit the passing away of a saint on a sick bed or state but that is not His perfect will rather it could be a permissive will
in all of the scripture there was/is no record to sugest that Jesus Christ was ever sick especially after the Holy Ghost came upon Him. But yes he was weak, hungry, tired

The bottom line of your rantings above still agrees with what we're saying i.e christians can and do get sick; you may get better by trusting solely on God for a healing or you take medications for it. It makes no difference at all

Chris has on few occasions talked about how he developed a condition in one of his legs (he didn't mention what the condition was) he experienced excruciating pain and difficulty to walk so much that he had to use a walking stick.

If you call it "false" it already show a bias and nullifies a pure question for clarification. He talked from a perspective . And it should be addressed from that perspective of discussion. E.g "new creation is a living spirit"  the spirit is created in the image of God. It does not fall sick or die. Sickness and pain are transactions of the body. But you can rule over the body by the indwelling spirit etc. I don't really know where you got that from but it must be from that perspective.

Spirits don't fall sick neither do they die at least not now whether recreated or not. Sickness occurs in the body no matter the grammar you want to use to describe it; transactions, interaction etc. The Christian has blood flowing in his body and just like every other person, 'the life of the flesh is in the blood' Leviticus 17:11, if the blood is infected, it manifests as sickness simple and short; even you Joagbaje cannot escape that unless you will not be honest.

Curses are pronounced by spoken words while demons acts on them , But for us blessings are pronounced by words also while angels acts on them. That's what I mean by spiritual laws.
