I used to buy maggi, 2 for 5 naira and 5 for 10 naira. Now i buy maggi 4 for 20 naira and that's not even the worse. The worse is that, at 1995, when i got my first job, i was being paid 70kobo monthly and that would be enough to restock my garri, rice, beans, meat, fish, make soup and stew for a whole month. Now i can't even get a cube of maggi for 5 naira.

I remembered back then when we was little. Me and my boys used to run up and down Mt Everest. It was always a race between the five of us. That death zone in Mt Everest isn't the deadliest region, the deadliest zone is called the devil's abyss.
