These sarcarstic posts rock btw.I totally love them!! AdoOloro: You can take your Laptop AdoOloro: Like I advised, go to a job interview with something that will really help you at the interview. Something like a private jet to ease the difficulty of transportation and to avoid lateness. Artistree: Normally, interviews are conducted by 3 or more persons so I'll suggest you go with a projector instead 4 a wider view of your CV by d panel as d a laptop would be 2small. chinnyonwu: Anytime I go for interviews I always take my laptop, printer(for printing my CV), scanner (to get softcopy of any hardcopy files dey mite wanna give me) and of course my generator incase they don't have light.Totally!! ![]() ![]() |
Except your interview requires some form of graphical presentation, its foolish ,unserious, and unnecessary. What are you bringing all for.show-off?Isn't humility supposed to be one of the qualities a job applicant should portray? Oversabi na hin dey worry some people and na hin go killi them especially that @gparker and the dumbos who liked his post.No wonder he never got the job ![]() Nonsense! |
No be una fault?! ![]() If we men say No we no go chop una food, una go start to cry say we don go chop another woman food outside? ![]() You women are responsible for giving your husbands pot belle. Thats why I hit the gym 5 times a week and play soccer on Saturdays!
Okija, women are responsible for giving men pot-belly? Seriously? ![]() There's nothing women won't get blamed for.Small time, women would be responsible for your fogetting to clean you anus after shytting. ![]() I have seen it all.Choi! |

I don't support it,have never and would never do it.Anyone who can do sex on first date can also do one night stands ![]() Both stand against my value system. |
pharmow: How are we sure is not through artificial insemination the children are borne? What is this one saying? Artifical insemination mean say she nor go carry the belle ni? Abi u nor know wetin u dey talk? ![]() |

^what are you on about and what's with all the bible quotes? How can you equate been logical to hating on religion? I'm only hating on unnecessary bias and unfair judgement.I'm sorry if you don't get my point. I don't get yours either ![]() |
Budgeting is a very difficult thing for me.It makes me feel like i'm suffering. Not being able to buy what I like or desire because i'm on a budget?Hell no! I've tried it before and i didn't enjoy it.Too much headache, too much calculation. All i do is try to be prudent as much as I can and try not to indulge myself unecessarily.Whatever remains at the end of the month is my savings.Maybe,I'll adopt budgeting when I have more responsibilities. ![]() |
Much as I find what she did crazy, this quote of hers is worth a lot of thought. "It struck me that people spend all that time and effort and on someone when they are gone and they cannot appreciate it.Reminds me of Band Perry's line too- "funny how when you are gone, people start listening" ![]() |
CAMEROONPRIDE: Culture/identity is above fashion and protection ...so whats you saying ...why don''t you blame the parents who perm their children's hair? What's the need for that unnecessary identity?Isn't identity what traditional names are for?Isn't there also language to take care of culture and identity? Is the child being sold into slavery of what? |
ofcourse we will. especially so in the villages. and most Yorubas do live in villages/towns.
Why make this about yorubas?Isn't it just normal to assume that the largest concentration of a people would be at their origin.I live in the village btw and I know firsthand the practise is fading. and btw, you cant possibly expect me to keep a 5-yr old/2013 as a friend, can youI was only opposing you using your friends' example as a basis for my point. It doesn't hold as this is about 2013 not the 80s or 70s. |
Nonsense! It may be so but its not so large as you think. Many of my Yoruba friends have the smaller mark. the 1-1 on each cheek. HECK NO! My people will continue with it. Infact I shall start a campaign soon to promote the aesthetics of tribal marks. I hope this trend soon catches up across Nigeria.
Your yoruba friends are probably in their twenties or thirties which means they were marked when it was still a common practice. You'll hardly find a five-year old or a 2013 yoruba child marked today. We are leaving you behind! ![]() |
MY GODS! HORROR! shame on you. Ive defended your people all this long. truly you are such a let dovn.
Shame for what?A large percentage of my people have abolished the practice.Educate your people and start a movement against the nonsense!!! |
Fhemmmy: I just show that pix up there to my daughter and she started to cry and asking why would i have to show her something that scary and yet you are telling me that it is something of pride?Lmao ![]() ![]() ![]() |
go on. tell me your tribe. then Ill see. .
Yoruba undiluted ![]() |
you still didnt tell me your tribe.
my tribe is speaking through my handle.Show me your marks dear.Convince me. ![]() |
CAMEROONPRIDE: show yours without marks we want to see how beautiful you areI am naturally ugly like that defaced Oshogbo woman.Marks would have made me worse. You are the one who says marks make people beautiful.I don't agree but your mark might just make me have a change of heart.![]() |
PAGAN,show me that you are proud of your culture and tribe.Show me your mark. You can blot out parts of your face that don't have marks I wanna see how handsome you are. ![]() |
