Yea, you are correct, but need I remind you Nigeria is dependent on foreign nations for virtually everything, you pay in foreign currency, back home where one has to pay to get his or her goods into the country , you will have to tip some persons. All this payment are not free, the burden are shifted back to the consumers. So when dollar rate increases, PMS increases and everything else will obey...
