Pennywise: It is better for Buhari to be silent because whenever he speaks, he reveals the dark intent of his heart like saying that Open grazing is justified or that Governors of the South are showing power in banning open grazing. He mouth should remain shut, we already know Buhari fully well Let me tell you for free.. most of what is reported as Buhari's words are from his aides..., even the looting are done by those around him. That man is sick and barely knows what is happening around him. |

Tetehjewels: Earlier a thread was put up that spoke of a military raid on IMSU and arrest of students
https://www.nairaland.com/6578749/nigerian-army-reportedly-arresting-imsu
This has been found to be false!
In this era of social media usage and how there are no checks or cross checks of information before people start believing in such stories has created a need for fact checking of such stories.
Recently a report was given that students of IMSU were being raided and arrested by the Nigerian military but funny enough there has been absolutely no picture or video to back up this claim yet people believed it.
This trended on Twitter last night with a lot of people asking questions for sake of clarity and fact finding in the midst of the fear mongering.
Some people who are in Owerri and also students of IMSU decided to debunk the story because it was indeed false but as we all know, lies run faster than the truth and gets far more attention than the truth in Nigeria.
Here is a Fact Check on the said IMSU raid. It has been found to be FALSE as the attached tweets from students confirmed.
Twitter user @Claver_effect who is an IMSU student and from Owerri confirmed the falsehood in his tweet and so did @Chibuezeejiofor who directly contacted the Student hostel President to find out what happened but was told it was totally false.
Please in as much as we are eager for news let us at least try to carry out fact finding before running around with fake news.
Cc Mynd44 You can continue to lie... there are several accounts on twitter that confirmed that the army actually raided IMSU and took away some students. |

class001: Please Help My Relationship Is Crumbling
I am here to ask if anyone has been experiencing same issue with me regarding whatsapp calls because it's about crashing my relationship.
My girlfriend and I usually call on whatsapp every night because we reside in different cities and we usually talk for long. She complains that sometimes when she tries to call my line mostly at night, it will tell her that I'm on another call even when I'm not on any call. She even screenshot it to me several times and the fact is anytime this happens I might not even be with the phone.
Last time this happened, I tried calling her back on whatsapp and it said I can't make the call because I was already on another call of which I wasn't on any call.
She has started suspecting that I am cheating on her and threatening to leave.
I want to ask if anyone has also witness same situation and what could be responsible for this?
Please I need positive response and how to resolve this.
Thank you. What is stopping you from uninstalling and downloading it again? |

seunmsg: Atiku is a worse version of Buhari. Buhari is nepotistic quite alright. But you see Atiku, he’s nepotistic, extremely greedy and very wicked. The fact that he has not said anything about the ban on open grazing, Pantami’s extremist comments and the criminality of herdsmen says it all.
If you’re from the south and thinking of voting Atiku in 2023, just know that you’re a fool. You silly southerners need to wake up to the reality now. Irrespective of party affiliation, we must all work for power to return to the south. An Atiku presidency in 2023 is a big win to the north and a big loss to the south.
In fact, if Atiku wins, power may never ever return to the south again. I don talk my own. yen yen yen.. but you want Tinubu to come and lead. lmaooo |

muykem: But the only thing that interesting IPOB about biafra is Niger Delta oil. Anambra has the largest gas reserve in Nigeria. Imo and Abia community were cut and joined to present-day Rivers State. We also have some Igbos in Delta State. Why did this happen? It was just a way to whittle down the Igbo community and it worked. That is why you will have someone in Rivers State whose name is Chioma and she will tell you that she is not Igbo, however, her dialect is Igbo-like, just as we have Yorubas in Benin Republic, Kwara and Kogi.. Though we have more Igbos in Delta who claim their Igbo root more than those in Rivers. The Fulani who did this divide and conquer thing to the South will tell you that Fulani in Mali or Niger are free to come to Nigeria and take up spaces. You see the wickedness? But they are the same ones that divided the Igbos |

IdeasPro: Great pal, first don't look at your existing services. The first thing for you to do is to study and understand inside out what niche market and specific business he is doing (i.e. digital solutions for the window and door market, including a pricing configurator which I need to start selling out).
When you've inside information of what his business entails, you'll be able to know where you come in. And if there is no service you can offer, you'll know from the onset as well. But if you've to learn any digital skill to complement what you already know to provide superior service to him and others in similar business, you'll be sure what you are getting into.
When potential clients ask me where I'm located, I usually tell them I'm a "digital nomad" and location independent because the internet has made it possible for me. If he/she insists to know more about me, I send him to my underground pillar blog website. By the time he goes through it, he will be convinced that (i) I'm not a fraudster, (ii) he can do business with a Nigerian from Nigeria. Thanks. So in essence, I should first ask him questions to know more about his business, right? |

I'm married 2 years with an 8 month baby. I'm a faithful husband at heart but I just lost focus and landed in this deep mess.
My first stinct at adultery was late into my wife's pregnancy when I could not hold body. This situation was further compounded when I relocated due to work and come home every 3 weeks or so. My carefree attitude also contributed to this but I'm not staying them as excuses. I did what I did.
I met this deeper life young girl about a month ago. She was about 23, good looking and has an innocent air around her. Last week thereabout we met up and made out after weeks of chatting. In the process, my contraceptive broke and it happened raw for a minute or two before I replaced it.
Now one week later and I having strong symptoms of HIV exposure. Had I known, I would have gone for Pep. I am 75% sure of infection at this point.
I'm home now and I don't want to touch my wife who is constantly on my neck since I returned. I don't want to infect her or my child....and I can't come to terms with telling her everything right now. This is someone who is so faithful and she has expressly stated that she will not entertain any hint of infidelity.

Romance › Please Advice...? by SmartMen(op): 7:23pm On Apr 14, 2021 |
Hi,
I want to share something because I noticed that some men often act confused when they should take serious actions or know when to walk away.
So, I have this girl that I decided to ask out and possibly work things out with. All have been going well, she very responsive and communicative, energy level is 50-50, you know that kind of thing.
Her phone was stolen and I actually planned to get her another phone BUT a friend who was good to me in the past has been idled after he lost his job. I explained to her that I need to raise money for my friend so that he can start something and after that, I will get her the phone.
Last week, I texted her to let her know that I have not forgotten and that I will do something about it next month unfailingly to which she said okay and told me she would use the money to get a phone of her choice. Because of the financial demand on me, I thought to get her something she could use temporarily for internet and social media use and by end of the year, I will get her some great.
I was surprised when she messaged me on WhatsApp and I inquired if she has gotten a WhatsApp phone she said yes. I asked how did it happen (cos we just talked about the phone ish last week) and she said she got some contributions of a sort. I said and you didn't tell me? she said it happened unexpectedly.
Discerning minds know another guy bought the phone for her but when I mentioned it she asked if I was interrogating her and that it is a gift.
Whoever it is, is asking her out or hoping to ask her out and we all know no guy will do something like that for FREE without expecting anything. I have decided to just withdraw and let her have the guy.
I may be overreacting but I have grown past the stage where I play this kind of battle trying to win any girl to my side. I made a decision that I have absolutely nothing to prove to any girl anymore. If you wanna stay, stay. If you want to play games, you are on your own. There is no point trying to fight over a girl or trying to prove you are the better choice and all those nonsense.
I thought I should share this just in case there is a guy here who might be in dilemma and confused when the best thing do is MOVE! |

But beneath it all is a visceral hatred for one man who has supposedly dreamed up and implemented everything that Lagos has done or failed to do. Some are vicariously still fighting a civil war that ended long ago. Others are embittered against something that they don't even know - they just know they should be angry at something. Others want to show their superiority and gather followers. Almost none think of why the poor hate them all. I dont support anyone, in fact I don't intend to vote at the next election because I believe that very few Nigerians are serious about project Nigeria. Especially those who line up behind or against one man or the other as if they are not part of the train wreck that Nigeria has become. This is the problem with you...
