My own no be movie wey I go advise una to watch. The movie title na conflicting shadows.Na Nollywood movie and I cry dat day when the person wey die for d movie cross from earth to the after life. Na rope wey dem dey use tie cow for Kara market separate earth from the after life.If I remember clearly Susan Patrick act for d movie.D reason wey I cry dat day na cos I waste money to rent the movie for video club. |
Anywhere dem like make dem go hide am and when Netanyahu ready e go blow am to pieces like asun. |
It is simply ignorance on the part of the men who are celebrating. The value of 200cedis is equivalent to 20,000naira and it is not of a higher value than the naira. The redenomination of the cedis few years ago made the bank of Ghana to remove two zeros from their currency. The highest naira note we have is N1,000 which is equivalent to 10cedis.Ghana has 20cedis,50cedis,100cedis and 200cedis as single notes. These notes are 2000,5000,10,000 and 20,000 equivalent in naira. If the govt of Yar 'Adua gave approval to Soludo the CBN would have printed single notes of 2000,5000 and 10000. Aside that 1,200naira will buy 3 bottles of 50cl coca cola in Naija while the equivalent of 12cedis will only buy one bottle of 50cl coca cola in Ghana. |
Super Eagles have to be more clinical in front of goal. Aside the ability to mark an opponent I don't know what Zaidu contributes in attack other than wasting chances to cross and get a goal. Bassey played 10mins as a wing back when Zaidu was substituted against Cameroun and gave the cross that Lookman converted for the second goal. Bruno Onyemaechi needs to be considered to play the wing back role. The Angolans are the first real test for the eagles in this AFCON. Super Eagles need to kill the game in the first half to kill the belief of their opponents and make them hopeless when the second half of the game commences. |
Finally Ghana is out of the nations cup.Na my own trophy be dat.I must celebrate their ouster from the tournament with 1759 and assorted goat pepper soup tomorrow evening. |
E pain me say Egypt no defeat Ghana. |
I started watching AFCON from the final game between Nigeria and Cameroun in Maroc 88 It still hurts cos we were robbed in that game. I have never missed any AFCON competition from 1988. This is the 19th AFCON that I will be watching . |
I have visited 29 states in Naija. Oyo, Enugu and Akwa Ibom are the states I can call home away from home. |
FreeStuffsNG:Do not be deceived by what Shatta Wale said. From the average Ghanaian on the street to their elites, members of parliament, president, celebrities in the entertainment industry to their military, police, immigration, traders and the homeless all have the same perception about Nigerians. Shatta Wale is just pretending and Stone bwoy just expressed his mindset which is a true reflection of what they feel about Nigerians. Our music enjoys airplay in their country and our movies are watched in majority of their households and it ends that way. If you take time to study them you will find out that it hurts them that we are ahead of them in the entertainment industry, commerce and other aspects of life. They only pretend to like us. Hardly will a day pass that Nigeria will not be in any of their news media in Ghana. We are used as a reference for most of the atrocities committed in their country and negative news about Nigeria gets highlighted more than the positive news just to portray Ghanaians as saints when we that truly know them are aware that Ghanaian public servants are very corrupt,Ghanaians are into fraud and very much in the business of armed robbery and also steal from their employers in the private sector most especially in private organizations set up by foreigners. |
[quote author=SugarPapi post=110662122]Ps, I understand a majority would think this is some made up story seeing as I opened the account today. I have been an unregistered member of this platform but the issue with this babe is getting to a head. I can't think, can't focus at work, can't do anything at all. All I think of is her. I can't ask my friends for help, they're way too close to my wife and someone might spill. Pastor, etc are out of the equation. It's you guys I can turn to, so I need those who have been in my shoes to suggest ways to get over this girl. Pss, I tried deleting her contacts, blocked her on IG, Whatsapp, etc. After 2 days, I unblocked her and when she asked, I feigned some phony excuse. E be like say Kanyamata don catch you.I dey joke o. This happened cos you have been away from your wife and kids for a long time and you seldom hang out with your friends. Social media has the good, the bad and the ugly side of events to get you attracted. If you had been a player before marriage you would have ended the affair with the girl a long time ago. The major mistake you made was to allow her visit you at your residence. Abstinence from sex for a long time made you feel she gave you the best sexual pleasure you have ever experienced. No advice can make you stop seeing her.It is a mindset thing. Whenever you are ready to stop the affair it will end. |
Ayowumie:Dem cheat you for the deal.Your money suppose be 8million naira.Na one million naira be dia cut on every 5years payment. When the 10 years rent expires you get full payment of 10million for renewal of lease if their are no terms of agreement on percentage increase.. |

I have been priviledged to watch 4 different Senegalese national team in 30years. The Senegalese team captained by the late Jules Bocande at Senegal 92 was a formidable squad and the super eagles of Nigeria defeated that team in the first game of afcon hosted by Senegal. It wasn't an easy game and the late Stephen Keshi scored the winning goal in that match which ended 2-1 in favour of Nigeria. A new generation emerged in 2000 and Nigeria laboured hard to edge them out in a quarter final game after conceding a goal scored by Henri Camara.Julius Aghahowa came from the bench to give Nigeria victory. The Senegalese team held their grounds against the Super eagles in the semi final match in 2002 afcon and defeated Nigeria but lost to Cameroun in the final via penalty kicks. That squad was captained by Aliou Cisse and they had a robust style of play with so much flair and precision.A team that was simply unlucky not to win a trophy in their generation. An outstanding performance was given by that team at Korea Japan 2002.Papa Bouba Diop was a beast,Khalilou Fadiga was a delight to watch in midfield and Henri Camara dribbled opposition players with ease while El-Hadji Diof was that aggressive attacker that made life difficult for defenders. Salif Diao and Aliou Cisse anchored the midfield while Ferdinand Coly was a no nonsense defender who gave cover to Toni Sylva supported by Lamine Diatta. The Senegalese team of 2006-2015 declined in their performance and Aliou Cisse appointed in 2015 rebuilt the squad over the years. The new generation Senegalese team led by Koulibaly, Mane ,Kouyate,Sarr and Mendy are a delight to watch and very good squad. The best team in Africa and they justified their rating over the years by lifting the afcon cup for the first time for Senegal. I doff my hat for this present generation of Senegalese team but the golden generation of the Teranga lions of Senegal was the squad captained by Aliou Cisse in 2000 and 2002. This present Senegalese team can never be compared with the 2002 squad. Neither can the Ivory Coast team of 2015 led by Yaya Toure or this present team captained by Sergei Aurier be compared with the squad led by Abdoulaye Traore,Joel Tiehi,Youssouf Fofana,Moussa Traore,Oumar Ben Salah and Alain Gouamene at Senegal 92 and the 94 squad at afcon held in Tunisia. The first afcon match I watched was the final match btw Nigeria and Cameroun at Maroc 88 and we had a strong team that lost controversially to Cameroun from penalty kick taken by Roger Milla.Henry Nwosu scored a wonderful header from a corner kick that was ruled out and he was a part of the golden generation that won 1980 afcon. I never watched 1980 afcon live cos I was very young then but the internet helped over the years and I watched most of the games played by the stars of that generation and the final match against Algeria. In my opinion the 1980 squad of our national team was the best followed by the 1994 squad. |
Kelvin30286063:Apology accepted my brother. We are in the same boat on these DISCOS wahala.I understand how you feel about the DISCOS and the ordeal you have gone through. I hope you will get a prepaid meter someday but you will still be servicing old debts when you pay for units. If you pay 10000naira for units 60% covers the debt(6000naira) and 40% will be the units you get after VAT deduction. The advantage is you pay for what you use and you are free from estimated bills and threat of disconnections. I wish you a nice weekend. |
Kelvin30286063:Bro you didnt insult BEDC but your statement if I should quote you was BEDC is owned by stupid benin people. What has benin people got to do with the problem of electricity supply in okitipupa and also estimated billing for your apartment. The governor of Edo state once had an altercation with the MD on power supply to benin city and she is Mrs Funke Osibodu while her husband is the chairman. We all suffer the same problem caused by the discos.I didnt have service wires connected to my apartment for 8 months and i still received bills for 3 months after i notified IKEDC through a letter from my lawyer. So i got bills for darkness. I had a reconnection done and waited for a year before i got a prepaid meter after a lot of estimated bills for power supply that never lasted for 5hrs in a day. Let us stop insulting tribes cos i see you as my in-law cos my wife is from idepe okitipupa. |
Kelvin30286063:Do you think abusing benin people is the solution to what you highlighted as the reasons why okitipupa town and other towns were disconnected from the national grid ? The fact that you are angry about the situation doesnt mean you should make a tribe the scapegoat. Please visit the website www.bedcpower.com to know the directors and the Chairman. BEDC has its headquarters in benin doesnt mean that it is owned by benin people. The people you are insulting do not enjoy power supply from BEDC as well. EEDC has its headquarters in Enugu and it is owned by Emeka Offor and he is from Anambra state. IBEDC,IKEDC,EKEDC and other discos situated in different states are not owned by the people in those states either. |
Preciousgirl:D soup be like that green visco 2000 engine oil. |
Na Kenkey wey be fermented maize with stew, shitto, fried fish, titus sardine and fried egg better pass all nigerian meals.Your husband dey suffer sifia pains with dat kain food. Ordinary fried alaran fish or smoked fish and garri still better pass that food wey u serve your husband. Prepare pounded yam with egusi/ogbono/ofe onugbu/oha/ofe nsala/ofe owerri/fisherman soup/edikang ikong/efo riro/obe eweta/afang soup with the ideal obstacles just to mention a few and your husband will confess he just ate a proper meal. I no blame you sha cos una no get any soup wey pass groundnut soup, palmnut soup and light soup. |
abbaashiru:Thats cool.I hope the son gets to the level his father attained in the game of polo someday. |
abbaashiru:I just saw your mention today and am sorry I replied very late. I dont know Dawule Baba personally but I watched him play polo with other stars like the late Dapo Ojora at Ibadan tournaments held in the month of january of every year from the late eighties to early nineties. |
Blitz888:Thank you my brother enjoyment no go kill me cos I like good food. I cannot come and kill myself cos man must flex and forget about Buhari wahala sometimes. I forgot to add say in the evenings I hang out in a bar to take some few bottles with goat meat and vegetable sauce at Abakpa-Nike lake road and sometimes I take my Nkwobi at 10 over 10 bar and restaurant while I take my cow tail pepper soup at a joint in a car wash off independence layout road.E get one joint off abakpa nike lake road before access bank wey dey sell local chicken well sauced with pepper. Catfish pepper soup na for brifina and barbecued fish na for new berries And I prefer mixing oha and bitter leaf soup to take my eba and strictly okro soup with semo at a restaurant behind enugu sports club. Enugu na my resort centre for vacation. My brother Enugu amaka.I don mark my calendar dis year.If army like make dem mount 50 checkpoints I go enter enugu for my vacation. |
Na so dia food be here o.It is called fufu and light soup with goat meat. I was in Ghana in 2010 with a colleague to resume on a new job and we went to a restaurant to have lunch. On the menu my guy saw fufu and light soup and he requested for it saying he likes eating different meals while I simply requested for jollof rice cos me I never hear of light soup before. My guy think say na dirty water dem bring for am to wash im hand inside clay pot and I told him that is the meal you ordered. The fufu be like submarine wey submerge inside ocean cos na so the soup cover am.He changed the order immediately and asked to be served jollof rice and salad. Its a delicacy in Ghana and they have other meals like banku taken with light soup or palm nut soup which is our own banga soup in Naija, fante kenke with okro soup e.t.c. I have never been bold enough to take such meals and whenever I couldnt cook I simply bought waakye, fried yam, rice or go to a naija owned restaurant at Osu to take pounded yam with efo riro and I like the sauce called shito which I normally use to eat jollof rice. No disrespect to Ghana o but na Naija meals for me anyday cos that is what my taste buds like. |
Blitz888:I drive from Lagos to Enugu to spend two or three days with colleagues I worked with at Enugu whenever am on my annual leave. They are always happy to see me and I always look forward to such visits to see my brothers and enjoy the meals. Okpa di oku and Pepsi na regular breakfast. Abacha with ugba and the small bitter garden egg with fish by the side for lunch Ofe nsala with mangala fish and pounded yam completes the menu for dinner. I plan to embark on another trip this year. |
Gjrich:At Adum market in Kumasi Lebanese,Indians,Pakistanis,Chinese and other asian nationals rent big shops and are into retail business. I bought a mikachi standing fan in one of the shops owned by asians. Are the asians not foreigners? At Kumasi mall you will find a chinese restaurant operated by asians where you can get a meal of fried rice and chicken at 40Ghc.Is that a wholesale business ? I dont want to talk about accra where you have so many asians operating retail businesses. Did the asians pay one million dollars for business permit to operate the businesses mentioned ? At magazine garage in Kumasi we have a lot of Igbo business men who sell automobile spare parts and ghanaians patronize them but ghanaian spare parts dealers always have fixed prices for what they sell unlike the igbo man who will remove some few cedis just to get a customer and sell his goods and buy more. The same thing happens at circle where the Igbo men have phones retail shops and clothing stores. Yorubas own shops at makola market in accra and also at adum market in Kumasi. They are mainly from Ogbomoso,Ejigbo,Oyo and Osogbo. All into legit business. GUTA is an association that cant stand any form of competition by a nigerian trader. The sky is big enough for all birds to fly. Why cant the same GUTA ask their govt to inform asians that are into retail business to leave their country. Its all about the timidity of a black man when he sees a man with a different skin colour but can pounce on his fellow black man to boost his ego. |
Sanity versus lnsanity |
Kriss216:His middle name is Donatus |
kay29000:Yeah he was one of the best players to have played the game of polo in Nigeria. His handicap was +4 when I watched him last and I heard he attained a handicap of +5 before he retired. Kids made polo hockey sticks from a tree referred to as igi agun ma ni iye and always tried to copy his style of play and that of Dawule baba while running and shouting their names. I still have fond memories of the games he played in which the man at the commentary box never stopped saying Dapo Ojora with the ball as if he was the only player on the polo field. He was that good. Dapo Ojora was a legend in the game of polo in Nigeria . |
Probably depression made him to commit suicide. We dont know what he really went through. Dapo Ojora,Hussein Jammal. a.k.a moon and Dawule Baba were the polo players that made me attend most of the polo tournaments held at Ibadan polo club in the month of January of every year from the late eighties into the early nineties. Dapo was a delight to watch during those tournaments. He had the finest ponies from Argentina and played with style. |
jesus247alive:Election was conducted on the 7th of December, 2020 and result was announced in the evening of the 9th of December, 2020. Nigeria is not as bad as you try to portray it cos the police in Ghana had to contend with people who tried to hijack ballot boxes and cause violence in some areas during the election. |
aguerogh:No pics of pentagon hostel |
Samcullimore:That i acknowledged to Luadate that the history of ozalla people can be traced to Ora if you had checked my earlier post. My emphasis was on the children of Ora Ekpen that make up the six clans of ora. Its nice to know you are from Eme-Ora . I am from Evbiobe-Ora. |
