you can apply pressure on your nose by holding it for up to a minute or 2. It will eventually stop.

@Godmother, try to protect urself from mosquito bite. Immunity is usually lowered in pregnancy so one is more likely to suffer malaria in pregnancy. Malaria can predispose one to anemia and can also predispose our lo to jaundice when born. Tk good care of urself o

@Adeime, just work with your doctors all will be fine. I know there's risk of premature labour and baby not positioning well for labour with too much amniotic fluid but it's just a risk and not a certainity. All d best dear

@ Lovinam pls, is dere any way 2 reduce dat after delivery pain. I dint experience it wit my first bt wit my gal, it came on during breastfeeding n it was wen I read about it, I saw d belle is contracting. Dat pain was terrible n I read it gets worse wit subsequent kids. Though I dint know wen it later subsided. But is dere a way 2 prevent it or a medication 2 reduce d pain? Cos d 1st time it hapnd, I almost dropped my baby in my rush 2 put her down. Sorry 4 my long tory bt I'm really not looking 4wrd 2 dat pain. Tank u.

OMG! You guys shouldn't remind me of that after pain. That thing na 2nd labour pain. I dreaded breastfeeding and indeed it gets worse with subsequent births. Dr had to give me voltaren suppository but it did nothing.

5kg baby? ewoooo! With my petite body? At d mention of baby weight, my appetite just vanishes. Hello mamas, I need your advice o. So i was told that it's better to reduce rate of breastfeeding when you want to wean to avoid excessive engorgement in the final time. SO I decided to wean my lo gradually who doesn't bf during work hours cos I am at work but once I pick him up like this na breast. I thought I could restrict to just night feeds but no matter what he'd cry n cry n it seems almost impossible to even reduce that.
Reducing night feeds naa nko... he'd cry so tey. The thing is when he is sleepy he usually would not drink or eat anything except breast. So trying to give him a drink in the night he'd refuse it, then once he wakes up like that he'd find it difficult to sleep back. he doesn't sleep that easily before. like last night now, he woke up by to 12am cos I refused to give him the breast and didn't sleep back till around 2am ( I ended up giving him breast at some point but despite that he still didnt sleep back easily).

Please I just need advice on how to go about weaning. he's one year 4 months.

@issfat, let her do a repeat scan. Blood pt is more accurate than urine pt. It could be as a result of very early miscarriage.
