Learning can go concurrently.

But note that within a month you will understand only small part of the language that would be not so useful to you. Just forget about the timeline in your mind. Only ensure you grab an idea everyday.

From the look of it. It was built with Shopify and I wouldn’t advice you to do otherwise if he/she wants exactly that kinda of website. Perhaps if you build the frontend with bootstrap. Would you also build the backend?

Simply use Shopify, but note that Shopify is per month payment and it is quite expensive.

Only use it if your client can pay such amount monthly.
More so you need the knowledge of Shopify to do what he wants. It is not so difficult but being that it has a benchmark then you must be good at it.

I was able to achieve this with WAEC (unofficial api) but can’t find NECO, NABTEB and NBAIS api.

Have sent them messages waiting for their response.
Do you have any ? Have you implemented similar.

I know of api that can be use to purchase scratch card but I want to display result here.

When you talk of api.
You can’t be correct if you’ve not sat down to make research if such data are available to third party organizations and if such organizations policy comply with such practices. if the organization has a dev page and you haven’t visit it, do the needful.

Even the WAEC own you have, be careful of it.

But thinking any developer would generate an api endpoint from thin air to an organization data is nothing but a mirage and even when done in most cases it would be illegal. A developer who would tell you otherwise will likely be a scammer
