Foreign AffairsRe: Macron Urges Iran To Avoid ‘escalation’, Voices ‘solidarity’ With US by Sterope(f): 8:57am On Jan 06, 2020
So you would rather support a nation that has consistently destabilised other regions, supported militias who turned to terrorists, funded coups in other countries because their economic policies were unfavourable. Nations that are somehow responsible for the sad state of African countries.

Because you hate Muslims or what?

It is weirdly funny that a man who complains of marginalisation of his minority group do not have problem supporting nations that bully smaller nations because of their oil and other economic gains they wish to enjoy.

Have you ever pondered on what US has done against Iran? It started when they funded a coup because Iran decided to use their OIL for their own benefit and they continued to interfere till the present day. Yet you from an oil rich region thinks Iran standing for itself is wrong?

FYI, these countries also own oil companies causing environmental damages in your regions. I read they are already leaving because Buhari decided the leeching was too much. Now you are going to be left with all those damages.

I am not pro-Iran. It has done really bad things but it has not done as much damage to the world like your western countries.

Sir, you are a hypocrite. Let me see you complain about marginalisation of the Niger Delta.

Children should not but this woman doesn't seem to have much options.

Our law and its interpretration are not evolved to protect this woman. You need to hear the nonsense some of these judges spew. Consider the time, money, energy and mental strain for how much?

onegig:
Children should not be a yardstick to measure such. I understand he is not worth it but if he was willing to be spending money on a sugar girl somewhere then he should be able to pay her at least something to set her up. She practically owns a bit of whatever assets he owns and she has a right to some part of it.
FamilyRe: My Mom Is Suggesting A Divorce From My Dad by Sterope(f): 1:16pm On Jan 05, 2020
If she can leave her husband despite 6 grown children, that kind of man will put her through hell. I am not sure it is worth it.

onegig:
She has a right to a lot. I am sure she sacrificed her career to stay at home and take care of the kids thus leaving her financially dependent. If anything she deserves a payment to at least start life back afresh. Prolly a small biz setup or even a grant from the man.

For the man to be lavishly spend money on one Yellow pawpaw means he actually has the money.
FamilyRe: My Mom Is Suggesting A Divorce From My Dad by Sterope(f): 10:48am On Jan 04, 2020
This woman should not bother with asking for anything. Her respite is finding comfort in her 6 children.

Useless.........AND trapped.

This woman will soon be reminded how she did not contribute to the our purchase of the family home and everything else.

dominique:
Always talking from both sides of their mouths. They will say a career oriented woman is bad for the family, but those that sacrifice their careers to raise the kids and take care of the home are useless and worthless.

IslamRe: Do Muslims See Visions And Fall In Trance? by Sterope(f): 11:22am On Jan 03, 2020
Do you know that many non-muslims have visions too? How do you explain that?

Stalwert:
Actually , when it comes to visions in the form of dreams, Muslims actually do see it. However I must warn that because you dream of something does not automatically make it a vision.

True dreams are a part of Prophethood, as it was reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “True dreams are one of the forty-six parts of Prophethood.”

(al-Bukhaari, 6472; Muslim, 4201)
Dreams marked the onset of Revelation

(al-Bukhaari, 3; Muslim, 231).
The truthfulness of the dream is related to the sincerity of the dreamer. Those who have the most truthful dreams are those who are the most truthful in speech.

(Muslim, 4200)
Towards the end of time, hardly any dreams will be untrue. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “That will be because the Prophethood and its effects will be so far away in time, so the believers will be given some compensation in the form of dreams which will bring them some good news or will help them to be patient and steadfast in their faith.”

(al-Bukhaari, 6499; Muslim, 4200)

However there are injunction on interpreting dreams that requires very knowledgeable persons to interpret.

Unite who and who?

They can't take US on. If they do, other countries will join.

Then you have Saudi Arabia and others, you think they will jeopardize their economy and stronghold by entering into a full blown war with the West.

And Iran is Shia.

backbone503:
False. The assassination of Qassem Soleimani (a name synonymous with Iranian pride), Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and others will shockingly unite Iranians and its allies in the entire Middle East against US. This guys will show this anger.
Foreign AffairsRe: Qasem Suleimani Killed In US Airstrike Near Baghdad Airport by Sterope(f): 9:11am On Jan 03, 2020
Iran is having issues with its citizens thanks to the west. I am not a big fan of Iranian government either. However, the alternative is a story of bombs, deaths, rape, torture etc. Look around, history of citizens toppling the government always end with huge sacrifices. It doesn't help that we live in a world where countries are more actively interested in establishing superiority by any means necessary than promoting democracy, world peace or human rights.

Either way, less powerful countries are doomed. If Iranian citizens should rise up today, it is not going to end soon and it may never end.

niaralandtopuser:
Iran is already having problem with it own citizens. Iran is even careful about going for a war. the middle East and it infrastructures will suffer from bombing. another terrorist group may hijack Iran
Foreign AffairsRe: Qasem Suleimani Killed In US Airstrike Near Baghdad Airport by Sterope(f): 9:03am On Jan 03, 2020
Tell that to the victims of 9/11

CSTR2:
Third World countries will feel it and not America.
Infact, it would drive America to a hyper drive mode.

US war ships would completely and openly take over the strait of hormuz and destroy any Persian installation that would prevent the flow of oil.

Drones and airstrikes would fly throughout the Middle East and America would no longer give a Fucckk anymore.

That is why the world should always be concerned about who becomes president in America.

In the wrong hands, it can be an unrestrained, unbeatable power, destroying all.

We felt the ripple effects of the Arab Spring in Nigeria. The world felt it. Do you think it is going to get worse or better after adding Iran to the mix?

niaralandtopuser:
relax there is not going to be any war. even if there is a war, most countries will remain neutral. also the war will be fought in the middle East and Iran backyard as usual. lastly Iran cannot afford a war as the current regime is already having problem with some of it citizens. some else will overthrow this regime if they try going into war.

I have heard. My advice to you is that don't be poor.

Martinez39:
Stop deceiving yourself. Don't try to put men in the same box with women in this regard to balance the equation. When men are breadwinners, they do not enslave their wives instead their family benefits from their wealth. When women are breadwinners, the husband suffers, the husband gets disrespected, and the husband gets sidelined. The op did not enslave his wife. He treated her well and all he gets in return is to be sidelined, disrespected, and have his children turned against him. You didn't mention this or acknowledge the fact that men can face hard times instead you thought up that men enslave their wives when they are breadwinners and do nothing when broke so therefore everything is balanced. Even if men enslaved their wives, does the innocent op who didn't enslave his wife deserve what he is getting?

Who told you that he is not responsible?

In what other way can he be responsible? Keep beating about the bush. You, just funmisticqueen, is try to make it seem like it's the man's fault that his wife is a horrible individual. Of course, it's never the woman's fault. You and I know that as long as his money is gone, his wife will keep on treating him this way even if he "... at least find other ways to be responsible." grin Be deceiving yourself.
RomanceRe: My Wife Is Emasculating Me by Sterope(f): 11:27am On Jan 01, 2020
You failed to mention how these men enslave their wives and kids when he is the brradwinner. The only reason they respect him is because of his ability to provide. You also failed to tell us how some of these men become just a mere figurehead in the house.

Would you in all sincerity marry a partner that does absolutely nothing in the house? A woman that does not have a job would at the barest minimum ensure the house is running smoothly. What would most egotistical men in that position do? Nothing!!! Having a penis is not an excuse for irresponsibility. A man has to be responsible in the home. If he cannot provide, he can at least find other ways to be responsible.

Many good women with good husbands will gladly have their husbands back when the chips are down. It is a given!

Martinez39:
Michellekabod2, Ubunja and Co. Was this not what we were discussing? Give a man power, money, and make him the bread winner, his family will benefit from him. Give a woman money, power, and make her the bread winner, her husband will see hell. OP needs to take the red-pill.

Even though the man is at home, his wife has turned turned the kids against him in the cruel and petty game of power dynamics. And many girls had the dishonesty to attack me when I created THIS TOPIC and they acted like parental alienation is not really a thing to worry about and the father should "just spend some time with the kid". Here is a man who is present in his home and yet the kid has turned against him (a case similar to that of emmaodet). Never underestimate the power of brain washing and the wickedness and brutal nature of women. Women are not fair players.

Indeed, Ilekokonit was right in THIS TOPIC OF HIS. Also the arguments and contributions made by ubunja and myself are valid. A family is supposed to work as a unit but the woman purchased properties without the man's knowledge, turned the kids against him, and disrespects him yet folks like funmisticqueen (whose personality is as ugly as she looks) turned this on the man insinuating that the man must have been cruel to his wife in the past. The op opened a joint account with his wife but now, the wife has gotten a secret account.

Any man that remains oblivious to female nature will suffer and get burnt.

So she should be eating garri when she can afford to eat rice to make him happy. Do we alls till think women are not enslaved in marriages?

RisenPhoenix:
Your mistake was permitting her to become the breadwinner. When you experienced a downturn, you should have adjusted your family's standards of living down to comfortable levels accordingly, instead of using her own money to maintain that standard. Because you couldn't relinquish the good life, you have effectively relinquished control over your home. No matter how little you make, adjust your expenses to stay within that income. Do not touch her money under any circumstances.
RomanceRe: My Wife Is Emasculating Me by Sterope(f): 11:14am On Jan 01, 2020
It is all about the control. Once it is gone, they become useless and take their frustrations out on the poor woman who is expected to do every damn thing and not say a word.

After that you pray it never finishes. If it does, your high self esteem will come crashing grin

RomanceRe: My Wife Is Emasculating Me by Sterope(f): 10:42am On Jan 01, 2020
This is what happens when everyone belives that the ability to provide and being the man should be the only defining factors in a relationship.

pocohantas:
He hasn't recovered, he should be useful for now. Not for his wife, but his kids. I don't care what he does with his wife when he recovers, she probably doesn't care too and if all OP said is the truth, she has waited so long for this moment. Some women just need men for the marriage and (temporary) comfort men can provide. This is a model that is okay for the Nigerian man too, even though they always cry when it backfires.

Nigerian men only win bread, they don't know how to win any other thing- even the hearts and sympathy of their women. Always thinking everything is manee, manee, manee.

Some people don't have your naturalistic desires.

Why are you projecting your assumption? It is not 100% true. Admittedly, some will have regret especially if it was done out of obligation. Some dont and won't. There are so many of them out of them. There are so many who are also planning never to have children. These are people with different philosophies.

Don't try and feel good about people's regrets. People regret a lot of things.

geosegun:
Please remember that feelings are transient. You have a point but I would call it nature, and unfortunately you don't have control over naturalistic desires. Any decision you take against nature will always end in state of unfulfilment and hence gross sadness.

Most women that thought they dont need marriage or kids do regret these decisions later in life (%100 true). The only thing is they will never come online to tell the truth as they may feel ashamed of their earlier decisions.

Also, there are more students than there ever were during your time.

Exam is exam. Your knowledge of the course content materials and of life do not mean these youths have it any easier.

And we have social media, everyone must know.

I have taught a number of students over the years .

I can tell you for a fact that students are now duller.

The exams are now easier. You also have the use of calculators compared to those days.
Past questions are also now everywhere.

The difference is clear.
