Nigerian by birth refers to those whose parents or grandparents were to born in Nigeria before or after 1960.....that is belongs to a community indigenous to Nigeria. Nigeria became Nigeria in 1914, and the northern Cameroon did not form part of Nigeria until 1961.

There is nothing yet to show that Buhari's parents or grandparents are not from Nigeria. He comes from the North which has been part of Nigeria since 1914

Personal opinion is that the best actor award on the entire GoT should go to Jack Gleeson (Joffrey Baratheon), while best actress should go to Lena Headey (Cercei).
