One, it is rude to call Lagos a no man's land. I understand that some people can be stu_pid and bigoted, you don't have to answer them. Lagos state is what it is because of the colonial masters and every effort of all Nigerians. chrisb2r200: |

Those hypocrites cannot be bothered. If it doesn't affect their interests, it doesn't matter. I am really happy she decided to show the world her inner ugliness. It is a wake up call for others like her. I don't believe for a second she is remorseful. Her 'apology' does not sound like one. timay: |
It is transmitted through unprotected vaginal, anal and MouthAction. It can also be contacted through shared intimacy gadgets and from mother to child. The organism can be found in pre-ejaculate, semen and vaginal fluids. The eye infection caused by this organism can be transferred through contact with affected eyes or nose, flies and towels. The eye infection cause by chlamydia (trachoma) is a leading cause of blindness in developing countries where there is poor hygiene, lack of water and poor sanitation. Chlamydia is a very common sexually transmitted infection. About 131 million (100–166 million) new cases of chlamydia were recorded worldwide in 2015. About 4.2% of women and 2.7% of men are affected with the disease. Symptoms Many people (50% of men and 70% of women) with chlamydia usually don’t have symptoms. The symptoms begin to manifest between one to three weeks after infection. The symptoms include; -Increase in vaginal discharge -Penile discharge which can be white, cloudy or watery -Pain when urinating -Pain during sex and/or bleeding after sex -Lower abdominal pain – especially when having sex -Bleeding between periods and/or heavier periods. -Mother to child infection leads to conjunctivitis in the baby Complications In women it leads to; -Bartholin cyst; this is the inflammation of the gland that lubricates the vagina. It can also become infected and lead to an abscess. -Pelvic inflammatory disease; this is the infection of the uterus cervix and fallopian tubes -Cervicitis; inflammation of the cervix which is the outlet of the womb (uterus) -Infertility; this is usually due to blocked fallopian tubes. Chlamydia is one of the major causes of tubal obstruction in women. In men it leads to; -Epididymitis; inflammation of the epididymis (tube at the back of the testis that stores and carries sperm). -Urethritis; inflammation of urinary outlet (urethra) In men and women it can cause reactive arthritis which manifests as urethritis (painful urination), conjunctivitis and joint pain/swelling. Treatment Its important you visit your doctor for proper questioning and examination. Penile discharge from men and cervical swab from women can be collected for analysis in the laboratory. Chlamydia can be treated with the use of antibiotics such as azithromycin. Surgery may be needed to fix eye lid deformities that are associated with the infection of the eyes. Prevention -Abstinence -Use of condom during sexual intercourse -Avoid multiple sexual partners. http://www.edokita.com/chlamydiaa-sexually-transmitted-disease-you-should-know-about/ |

You can do family planning at any reputable clinic. horlahsunbo225: |
It has become a common observation to everyone that what we often say is a blessing could turn to be a curse as in the case of increased population in Nigeria. Population growth has been a problematic issue all over the world, especially our country Nigeria and due to the economic situation in the country there is need to sensitize people on family planning and birth control. Talking about birth control, which is also known as contraception and fertility control, is a method or device used to prevent pregnancy. Birth control has been used since ancient times, but effective and safe methods of birth control only became available in the 20th century. Planning, making available, and using birth control is called family planning. Some cultures limit or discourage access to birth control because they consider it to be morally, religiously, or politically undesirable. Family planning allows people to attain their desired number of children and determine the spacing of pregnancies, however, another question that can really come to mind is this. What is family? The World Health Organization (WHO, 2013) stated that family planning allows individuals and couples to anticipate and attain their desired number of children and the spacing and timing of their births. Women, men, or couples can choose from many contraceptive methods to help them plan their family and prevent an unplanned pregnancy. They need to know that if they are having sex regularly and do not use a contraceptive method, about 8 of every 10 women will become pregnant during the next 12 months. Do not get confused on which method to use for your family planning or contraception. The below is the method of family planning. Hormonal These methods contain hormones called estrogen and progestin that are similar to the estrogen and progesterone a woman makes in her own body. They include pills, injections, and implants. Hormonal methods work by preventing eggs from being released from the ovaries, thickening cervical mucus to prevent sperm from entering the uterus, and thinning the lining of the uterus to prevent implantation of fertilized egg. INTRAUTERINE CONTRACEPTIVE DEVICES (IUCD) IUCD is a type of family planning method contraceptive method in which a flexible device is inserted into the through the virgina into the uterine cavity by a trained service provider. It is a safe highly effective and long lasting type of contraceptive method. Barrier These are devices that attempt to prevent pregnancy by physically preventing sperm from entering the uterus. The sperm is thus blocked from reaching the egg. They include male condoms, female condoms, cervical caps, diaphragms and contraceptive sponges with spermicides. They do not change the way the woman’s or man’s body works and cause very few side effects. Sterilization There are operations that make it almost impossible for a man or a woman to have any children. Since these operations are permanent, they are only good for those women or men who are certain that they do not want any more children. The surgery for the man is known as Vasectomy in which the tubes that carry the sperm from the testicles to the penis are cut. The operation does not change a man’s ability to have sex or to feel sexual pleasure. The surgery for the woman is known as tubal ligation and as the name implies the tubes that carry the eggs to the uterus are cut or tied. It does not change a woman’s monthly bleeding or her ability to have sex and sexual pleasure. Natural Methods These are methods to avoid pregnancy that does not require the use of any devices or chemicals or medicines. The methods are breastfeeding for the first 6 months also known as Lactational Amenorrhea and the fertility awareness method. In conclusion, family planning (FP) and birth control is a key component of basic health services. It benefits the health and wellbeing of women, children, families, and their communities. Enabling couples to determine whether, when, and how often to have children is vital to safe motherhood and child health. The social and economic benefits of family planning as discussed earlier are numerous, including the family’s ability to better support their children economically and socially, increased equality between men and women, higher productivity and better incomes, and decreased burden on the public and environmental resources. http://www.edokita.com/necessity-of-birth-control-family-planning-in-nigeria/ |

Actually locals attack their cows. However admitting to that does not justify their terrorist acts. I doubt if that was anyone's intention because obviously, they appear not to joke around with their livestock. dynicks: |

The story is hard to believe. How do you bring dead cows from the North to the South and they don't stink or look swollen? Too difficult to believe. |

Smuggled in from Nigeria to Nigeria? |
Mtchewww. Why didn't you think before typing nonsense? It is stupid when you lots scream Muslims don't this, Muslims don't do that. Yet, most victims of terrorist attacks are Muslims. In fact I am not interested in arguing that madness today. If you like try and understand what I have written, if you like don't. I know that one day, you and your fellow bigots will be okay. shineeye1: |
K. We are never heard.....you must be omnipresent. Take your bigot ass from mention! Hate filled bigot! shineeye1: |
Who said they forced them? BI no, it is all about narrative. A gullible teenage girl runs away with her lover. She changes her religion. Were you expecting less from someone who leaves her family for man? It is the same in the South. I gat plenty tori if that is your problem. The only variable factor between the north and the south is the support of the community. I can relate as a Muslim because in Islam she would be considered part of them who must be protected. However, if they were any smarter they would not use that line of reasoning for an underage gullible teenage whose parent are of different faith in a county like Nigeria. tolusan: |
