This is not something RCCG will do. A letter is a bit too much. If it is truly RCCG, I don't think he has the general overseer backing.
Celebrities › Re: Misi Of HotFM: Tiwa Savage Shouts, She Can’t Sing Like Yemi Alade - OAP Says by Sterope(f): 7:27pm On Jul 11, 2018
Tiwa''s voice is not for afro music. Yemi Alade''s voice is.

If we are talking about vocal range though, Tiwa has it.

Eke40seven:
Tiwa' s stage voice is horrible. Take it from someone who has been to many of her live performances. If you doubt it, then some YouTube videos will reveal the truth.
She hardly sings her song on stage, she just mims to her CD playing at the background

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyGjxuLked8

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KImRlauHy4

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BylYvMDj41o

Just watch a few of these clips and you will see she is a fraud.. I really doubt the stories online that she back up the musicians she claims she did. I have searched and searched and can't find even one video as evidence. I think may be she was just a dancer and claimed to be a vocalist. Her vocals on the records are filtered and cooked up.
I don't hate her as a person, I think I like her total package as a diva much more than Yemi but Yemi have proven herself already when it comes to vocal power because she won a damn singing competition, that was the biggest in Nigeria. And her music videos have more views on YouTube....
Celebrities › Re: Misi Of HotFM: Tiwa Savage Shouts, She Can’t Sing Like Yemi Alade - OAP Says by Sterope(f): 7:13pm On Jul 11, 2018
Tiwa has a good vocal range however her voice may not be well suited for core afro-pop. Same goes for Dija, especially dija.

kolawoleibukun2:
LOL
she is not far away from the truth. but none of the two can really sing. they are both hustlers not singer. we no get singers.
the quality of the voices in nigeria is average. nothing just strikes me. Asa is the only one i can listen to and relax my mind. I no no wetin Omawunmi day do with her voice but i stopped being a fan already. the other ones their voices day average.
Celebrities › Re: Misi Of HotFM: Tiwa Savage Shouts, She Can’t Sing Like Yemi Alade - OAP Says by Sterope(f):
Yemi Alade is a better show perfomer but her vocal range is not as good as Tiwa's. Yemi is better at afro than Tiwa.

Metuh:
Your ignorance is highly shocking

Google Yemi Alade shows and feed your eyes.

Tiwa Savage can't even match her stage performance self.

Islam is actually your problem. You hate it and you are not afraid to type out your venom. No effort at constructive criticism. I called you out because you are always on our case and it is common sense that you probably have some Muslims family, friends and acquaintances.

Don't insult people who appear more religious than you are. It is on you if they are not perfect like the way you would have loved. Hey, it is your problem for being so presumptous. No one asked you to be so judgmental!

I am glad you think this is a national importance because that is the least term I will tag this.

safarigirl:
I hold same venom for the Christian religion too and I smile at them, don't I?

Religion is not my wahala in this life. I don't care whether it is Muslim or Christian, if I see stupidity, I address it equally. The real hypcrited are those who commit all sorts of atrocities and cover up under the veil of religion.

Nigeria is a shithole with all its religious people and you are here carrying it on your head. Are all of you in this country not foolish?

See the rubbish that is supposed to be of national importance. I don't know if you know me personally, but me I don't know you and I cannot be talking to virtual nobodies everytime

Your opinion of me is as irrelevant as the law degree people wield in this cursed nation. She can throw the degree in a lagoon and she will be all the better for it. There are millions of poor lawyers loitering this nation, it is better to be a DJ than a lawyer in Nigeria, so, if that is her achievement, it is laughable.

You will come and tell me how many so-called Muslim friends and acquaintances I have since you know me so well. Nonsense

You are a very big hypocrite! How do you pretend and smile at your Muslim friends/acquaintances when you hold such venom for their religion?

safarigirl:
When you practise a religion that has zero value for women, na so your life go just dey be.

Even my Muslim lecturer said he sees no reason why a woman should practise law.

I hope she can now use the useless law degree to do something in a lawless society.

He may be telling the truth and I hope her actions were not based on his antecedents. He should not be talkibg at all if it were. The university can still discipline her if she graduated from that university. Either way, he should not have made any sexual demands given his position because that is exactly why he is in trouble. What she did or did not do does not matter, his proposition is what matters. He should blocked the person that chatted a pastor up at about 5 am on sunday to talk about sex. It is the general rule that you don't mess around with your students at all. It is the devil's share.

Romance › Re: False Rape Allegations: How Do Men Protect Themselves by Sterope(f): 8:21pm On Jun 28, 2018
pocohantas:
The best way to avoid false rape accusations is to avoid situations or environments that will/can give rise for real rape cases.

In the past, I said people guilty of false rape accusations should be given few years in a jail...but thinking of it now, I was really silly to trivialise the offence. Anyone that can accuse an innocent party of such grievous crime, knowing fully well how fast it can change the individual's life, deserves the jail term he/she wished for the accused.

That said, one can not be too careful.
>Avoid one night stands or casual sex. Most accusers were random girls trying to play victim after a sexual encounter they regret.
>Only have sex with your partner, or someone you have established a good degree of attraction or trust with.
>AVOID MINORS.
>Avoid unstable, low self esteemed and every/any lady who can't take a stand or responsibility for her actions.
>Don't have sex with intoxicated people.
>Don't do things with people who have nothing to lose. They fight dirty when scorned.
>If she withdraws consent at any point, by all means let her be.
>Don't 'coerce' any lady into having sex with you.
>Abstain from sex lipsrsealed

It is also pertinent male and female alike are educated on what constitutes rape (and sexual harassment/assault). These offences have been thrown around in recent times. Guys should listen more to their brains, not their dicks. Chances are high you will miss out on some free sex, but it is a whole lot better than being falsely accused.

Actual rape cases are bad enough for its victims, the ladies involved in false rape accusations should stop making it more difficult for them. If any lady accuses you falsely, don't let it slide...
