Basics of technology for a teacher at most are Microsoft office and data entry into database.

For a teacher to teach introduction to programming, she would need to go back to school to learn computer science, physics etc.

Are teachers paystack engineers?

They are teachers. Many of them middle aged. The government has already spent shitload of money on salary and miscellaneous to get them to that stage. The interest of the government and teachers is to facilitate learning and support all stakeholders to be the best they can IN education.

Technology can do that. There are several educational softwares and websites to prove learning and administrative efficiency. Microsoft office can get them faster than a teaching a bunch of middle aged teachers to start learning python.

There are several technologies out there for different careers. Python isn't relevant to a teaching career particularly in Nigeria. For example, Microsoft office would a more suitable technology for teachers than python.
