I laughed @1st then I sobered up pretty quickly... @op pele |
kayo80:Hahaha! |
peppyluv02:You are a two faced individual! You are also quite good at talking from both sides of your mouth. You accuse someone of being an attention seeker but the only attention seeker I see is you. LOL You enjoy calling people out and throwing jabs but when they give you, you play nun or end up your porous speech with 'good morning' For someone who has a lot of negative things to say about this thread and people on it, you sure spend a lot of time here. What an irony! Have you ever asked yourself why you continue to visit such a 'useless self seeking' thread. LOL |
Editor1:Chicken |
Twaci:People show affection in different ways. You go hug your grandma and allow her do her thing. |
Lagusta:Bad belle is allowed |
Adekunle92:It was terrible to me |
Iamsynord:Woju remix? Woju? WOJU like seriously? Dude I first heard of Kiss Daniel due to this remix oh! I actually watched and listened to the remix video before I even saw or heard the original song ![]() I don't think Woju remix should be there at all. I agree with you on every other one but this. Singing Tiwa's part: "I'm very sweet, very nice If you check my bank account odikwa large Oya woju oh... Ehn make I nor hear am again oh! |
peppyluv02:You think its cool cos you know she would ignore you. I know how to equally give it to your type but I'll let it slide for now... |
Orikinla:You are right, the psychological effect for most is just terrible. This lady I referred to was the only child who didn't go to the university. The 1st 2kids were catered for by their dad up to university level. My uncle grudgingly did what he could for this last child but anytime the pressure was much, he will keep saying he is just assisting the child that she was not really his. Unfortunately her mum didn't have the resources. That lady remains in the village till date. To even marry out was an issue. My uncle's family didn't want to give her out. My mum had to put her foot down and plead with my dad for them to at least stand in the stead of their brother and allow her go. At least if not for anything as an adopted child who bore his name from birth. They finally agreed to do her traditional wedding this year after she don born children full ground. So sad... |
Cutehector:She actually wrote her house or an eatery. Didn't you read the entire post? |
halfrica:I take it you are not a Nigerian. Goodnight. |
halfrica:I bah to you oh! Are you not a Nigerian abi are you an Egyptian? In Nigeria, don't you realize in cases like this no one wants to append their signature? No one wants trouble. No one wants a case where they are made to sign receipt of something so scandalous. I know what i am saying because sometimes one could even say the truth, write all you know then give the powers that be to acknowledge receipt and they all back away. They know if that letter is made official heads will roll. Sadly that's Naija for you. Its the same reason her class rep backed out. its the same reason the other victim backed out. |
If you have fears about the paternity of a child why not do it quietly. Just do it quietly for your own peace of mind then keep the results and inform your family members. The problem is when you openly tell a Nigerian woman you want a paternity test done, they back away and start making trouble. Why knock your head when you can quietly do it? I had an uncle that was complaining about the paternity of a particular child but the woman (actually wife) continued to say the child was his. My uncle kept saying there was no way he would have fathered that child in the time frame the woman claimed. He agreed he fathered her first two children but not that 3rd child. He was abroad when she had the 3rd kid and the timing didn't add up at all. For years he kept saying this but by then he was already abroad permanently. He asked for a paternity test but the woman and the 3rd child (then a teenager) refused. This uncle is late now and there remains a cloud of uncertainty over this particular child. It is really sad and I feel for her. She was not educated as much as her first two siblings and she always seemed like the one no one wanted. Till date, family continue to whisper she is not the man's child nevertheless herself and her mother continue to claim my late uncle as her father. Men please be very smart. This life is crazy as hell... If in doubt quietly do your stuff for your own peace of mind. Pluck a hair or swab the inside of their cheek while you still can... ![]() |
bishopoliver:Mehn that website page has vanished oh. I saw it this morning but its gone now. Damn it! |
360metrosports:I knew he would be in trouble for this. I just knew it. As long as its Lagos that must be his lot. Every policeman or woman that misbehaves in Lagos get hit real hard. |

otiigba1:Are u not a Nigerian? You nor know as people fear juju? |
corperscorner:Just tie common red cloth, stick chicken feather, buy calabash join, put normal white chalk and charcoal for inside the calabash and fear nor go gree dem next time. |
What can be done to prevent the fulani people and their cows from getting to your land? This is a real concern for people buying land up and down in these rural areas. My apologies to the cattle rearers if they are not the thieves. |
@calyb good morning. This is just to encourage you as you set off on your journey. I know people have said a lot here, just remain calm. Pray, do your due research and continue on your path. If you feel the need to be quiet at times on this thread PLEASE DO. I have noticed from threads like this, the pressure can be overwhelming at times. Different opinions here and there and pressure to give information up and down. Some people will be asking for information and be dropping number for you to call them. Please sieve the wheat from the shaft and yes I said that on purpose. There are some here talking and they know what they are saying, liaise with them and those around your immediate environment. Look at what other fish farmers are doing and ask questions. To be fair practical is a lot more than theory. Look up old threads on catfish too and make contact if necessary. Like I said earlier DO YOU first. All the best to you. |
Abo.ki will always be ab.oki. Lolz |
A wise man once told me as long as its tecno I shouldn't buy. |
Jaxera:Oh yes. If it gives her peace and pays the bill. Let me ask you my own question. What if you are a teenage lad in Junior second school, what can you do about it? Is it not when one is old enough you can help and say 'mama stop! You can rest now' If one is relying on such a woman, he will be on his knees praying for her night and day. Our problem in Nigeria is we frown @ what we perceive to be gender specific roles. Sometimes we rather beg than hustle. You shouldn't frown at such women. Allow me educate you. You need to see beyond that and hail this brave woman. Hail that female mechanic (who by the way we all know today) hail the female ladies in benin city who drive that green Oshiomole bus. Listen bro, I watched an NTA programme about a woman (albino lady) who left an abusive marriage with her son. She began to push water inside wheelbarrow to sell inside market! Yes maruwa work! She is loved by all in the market and they call her oyibo. She trained her kid with the proceeds of that job! By the time I saw that programme the young lad was doing his NYSC! A graduate from Mass Communication. This lady was still pushing her wheelbarrow inside market with her knee high rubber boot! Tell me such a son will not move mountains for his mother tomorrow. Go chew on that. Life is not easy. If it throws lemons at you, turn it to lemonade. |
Jaxera:Its a job bro. Its better than nothing or stealing. Nor be women dey carry block for their head to build house |
timidapsin:I know its very hard for a lot of Nigerians (mainly men women included) but try not to make excuses for rapists or perpetrators of crime. So many men in this lecturers position would have done their bit without having to rape this young lady. All those many men are not idio.ts so don't make excuses for rapists. It makes you sound very lame. By the way the north eastern village women and young girls wearing hijab and co, don't they still get raped by Boko Haram? Were they exposed? Were they on bum shots and spaghetti tops? A rapist will always see endless opportunities to rape. Never make excuses for them. |
damiloladuke:Without giving you credit? How can you be happy if your work is everywhere and you can't lay claim to it? How can you be happy if someone else is claiming your sweat? How can you be happy if someone else is getting the recognition/award for your work and you can't do a thing about it cos the work is free and is everywhere on the net? |
Mynd44:Quite painful but you can see he is playing around when he does it. If you yelp, he will pause then bite you again but not so hard the 2nd time around. He runs around the much bigger dog biting too. |
I got a puppy some months back (that's his picture when he just arrived) On the first day I took him home, as I carried him into the car, he nipped my finger (about 7 weeks then) I thought maybe he was a bit scared or something so I ignored it however I noticed as time went on, he continued to bite You give him food he nips, you pet him he nips your finger, you give him a treat he nips, you touch his head he nips... I just think it's a bad habit he picked from right from belle cos I noticed this right from day one I think it's his strange way of greeting me or anyone else cos when he bites, he would cozy up up to you and start jumping around in an excited manner while wagging his tail I've read enough stuff online on how to stop this bad behaviour and he is gradually responding If I tell him 'don't bite or stop' he takes correction and backs away but generally he continues to bite and spin around in excitement when anyone touches himI'm a bit worried, I feel he could easily bite strangers and even house people when he is older and stronger Would he ever stop? Does anyone have a dog that acts like this too? Did they ever stop? Perhaps I should change his name to Nippy ![]()
