ok. Why I was asking was they could have made a decision with eligibility showing Review Required but then it changed to recommend interview. I am just curious and hoping to get a glimpse of hope. Fingers crossed

that is why your eligibility is blank. But don't worry IRCC is very funny your eligibility can start and end the same day. Or perhaps it is on going but not reflecting on your portal.

My own that started since June 2, I am also still expecting a PPR. We just have to keep praying and hoping �

Recommend interview isn't meant just to get a positive answer.

It's either a refusal or an approval, since it's being viewed by a senior "officer"
People who got recommend interview, got a refusal afterwards too.

One just needs to be hopeful and pray it comes out positive..

I already paid my fees and money in my sponsors account with 20million in usd
Although I am HIV positive and I told them
during medicals altho I am almost undetectable and healthy.

What is the refusal reason? Did your medical show passed? If yes, then that is not the reason. Order your gcms note to find more details.

yes I know it can be a negative decision even with Recommend Interview. But did you ever get a Review Required before the Recommend interview

Recommend interview is a positive sign, it means you are being considered for approval but there is an issue or some issues that require clarification before approval is granted.

Most times approval follow without interview and sometimes they will call you for interview and few times rejection.

Your application has been reviewed again after initial assessment yet they still require further clarification that is why eligibility review has been on for a long time.

Recommend interview is a more positive sign than review required. You should get a positive decision very soon

Yes, what baffles me is that my eligibility review started since June 2. And the last gcms note came in on September 10. Thank you for your input.

Yes you can but first things first, I hope you have gotten your gcms note to address your former refusal reason/s.

yes. But it is best you get your gcms note to know exactly the VOs concern and address it with a strong letter of explanation.

My application was refused this afternoon after sending web form this morning around 10 am. I sent the web form attaching my letter of enrolment

The next thing I received around 1 pm was refusal.

Hello guys, I am a May 14th applicant still expecting My PPR. In June and July I ordered for my GCMS note. My eligibility review started on June 1 or 2 (can't remember exactly) Two that came in July Eligibility was Review Required. Yesterday the last one came in as Recommend Interview. Meanwhile, preassessment note is blank. And all three notes came in without any seemingly reasonable information. Bikonu, is this a good sign? Any one had that experience? What should I expect?

u shud ask if Canada is giving moderna vaccine remember u cant mix them.If they are not then I strongly advice u take it here in Naija

why do you say you can't mix them? I think it's only in Nigeria they say that. My school said a combination of Morderna, Pfizer and Astrazeneca is good

Please guys I want to ask why do they hide preassessment note in some people's gcms note and reveal it in others? Two of my gcms note that I got has Review Required and no preassesment note. Although I saw due date 28th August but till now no response. I also saw where they verified my LOA and my school replied it's legit. My eligibility review had started since June 1 or 2.

My classes are starting today �, I have opted for online classes for now.

Recommend Interview - means a Case Analyst has reviewed the documents on your file, specifically every item based on criteria for eligibility. They put their comments and pass them on to a Senior Officer who is always very experienced for a secondary review and final verdict (Approval or Refusal). The comments of this senior or experienced officer are always noted close to the last page of the GCMS note.

On my letter of acceptance it was stated as 1 academic year which is period of 8 months whereas on the school website it was stated as one year

Yes. I know someone that was refused because of that. I'd advice the person to raise a web form and submit his personal account with some funds at least 1.5mil
