ba7man:
That will be far easier if they have Billions of Dollars at their disposal and they command the Army, Navy, Airforce and countless Para-millitary outfits.

But GEJ has all this but more concerned about deploying them for elections.
Realize just how disturbing those images are...Goodluck is not heartless and this killing is never his fault. Blame it on the terrorist group that has turned the nation to a blood bath as you can see. Day before yesterday, more soldiers and air force were further deployed there as re enforcements. These people are evil killing their people any how. We should condem the killings and refuse to let our emotion lead the way. We should not blame the government because that is the joy of the terrorists. In a war situation like this,we know our enemies are formidable and we must fight back. Goodluck gave the order, let the military take action and we as citizens must pray for our gallant men of the force.

its not their fault, well meaning level-headed Nigerians wont go back to a vomit in the name of presidential candidate. I Expected APC to do better than that shit that cant win election except via lies and propaganda, inciting Nigerians against the government. Yes politics is a game, but the again APC-Buhari are rough in their play. Its only fools that wont see the fouls they've been committing.

You compare ISIS with lots of oil Wells to finance a war with bokoharam? hmmmm nawa
Last year the Elders were begging Goodluck to withdraw the JTF. Guess what happened after Shekau shared a video message on you-tube,begin their brothers all over the world to help them...thats when the problem started. For you to have idea of how terrible BH is now even I remember alqeada call the evils. Even the Cameroon govt is asking for help. Get your fact right that this is terrorism with the highest order motivated by people who believe Almighty God is helping them. North-East is full of settlements that are scattered in the forest...these are places Boko haram attacks whenever they are short of foodsupplies. They only can do suicide bombing in town because of the presence of the Nigerian army.

The Nigerian army playing the victim card as usual. If there wasn't a crack on the wall, the lizard wouldn't have found a place to nest.
I think Goodluck needs to address this publicly! These people are soiling his name. God bless Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Military Condemns CNN For Their Biased Report On Their Interview by Swiftboy(m): 6:04am On Jan 16, 2015
Reason why Goodluck was shouting at them day before yesterday. This people are stupid!

If you I became careless about taking care of my family, outsiders will notice and they will lecture me on how to take care of my family. Something is not right about our military's strategy at handling this Boko Haram issue. If we don't admit it we may not be able to start the process of addressing the wrong.

And you think he's the one that killed them? You've been brain-washed by propaganda. The C-in-C can order via telephone cant he? Is he the one to investigate things? What is wrong with your head? Is Goodluck to be blamed after these people refuse to heed the warning from intel gathered...may you be blamed unjustly for blaming the president for everything. Say amen.

Your President is a weakling.

A strong leader goes to the war zone to encourage and support his/her troops.

A real leader will not be asking his subjects for assurances (in a war situation), he goes there as the Commander-In- Chief to demonstrate his power and ensure that Nigerians are safe.

You should be ashamed of yourself to even start this thread.

Dont mind the jokers called CNN who has earned a reputation of falsehood. Recall what the reported against us during ebola scare.
emmasege:
No sane soldier would've given that interview. CNN should tell us where they got the fake Nigerian soldiers. It's very easy to even identify the first interviewee whose back & physique was completely shown with/without forensic analysis. CNN needs to stop promoting terrorism in Africa by spreading falsehood, discrediting governments, promoting the terrorists & inciting citizens against their governments.

And have you not heard that we have bad eggs in the military who also share the same ideals of Boko Haram? Have you not heard that this soldiers sometimes ambush the military men on patrol because they know their routes? Yes the Nigerian army is strong, this time last year they were killing the terrorists even as their leader Shekau have to call on their muslim brothers to help them. Dont underestimate these well determined evilmen. Even alqeada called them wicked. Am not down with the opposition's phony change, they cant be trusted because they're lying and spewing propaganda. Nigerian govt GEJ actually bought weapons and the chief of it is the scorpion jet fighter and the local maintenance of the old aircraft. If you like believe everything you hear on CNN cos they seldome broadcast false news just to sound more interesting. Remember their poor presentation of the ebola scare. Please read more about the govt, get involved or fall for poor journalism that we have in the world today. http://cameroon-concord.com/news/world/item/1506-nigeria-looking-to-buy-scorpion-jets

February 14 election is not an election between GEJ and GMB but is an election between GEJ vs all the millions of unemployed graduates and youths, is an election between GEJ vs all those innocent graduates that were murdered during the last immigration exam, is an election between GEJ and all the relatives of the kidnap chibok girls, is an election between GEJ and all the victims of Iyanya, Kano and other bomb blast, is an election between GEJ vs all the failed small business that has been short down due to shortage of power supply, is an election between GEJ and all those who lost their love ones during health workers strike, is also an election between GEJ and all those university undergraduates who has spent more than their stipulated years in school due to strikes and hike in fees. Finally is an election between GEJ and the general masses who are suffering from the clueless decisions of this government.

As for me am supporting and voting for BUHARI because I can't support a president who fraudulently extort money from young graduates all in d name of giving them jobs only to end up killing lots of them. And this is a government that has not in any way imparted positively in the lives of our youths, rather they steal in billions of dollars from the common man.
Your cluelessness baffles me...curse Boko Haram, not GEJ. Did GEJ not send army to protect lives? Did GEJ not encourage youths to be enterpreneurs instead of looking for whitecollar jobs,Did GEJ not give grants to new CEO's,did he not start sure-p, did GEJ not encourage Agriculture? Did GEJ not construct/repair roads, rail line and trains,Did he not employ people last year? Did he not fix airport and new states owned airport not constructed? Blame GEJ for everything! You cant benefit from the government you hate. Do you even know Nigerian government has been giving out scholarships? Did you know education has been funded. Did you know what drop power his administration is generating and that its not felt because you citizens only criticise and will not stop pipeline vandals when you see them? How many can the govt do? Vote for your change if you want to dont choke us with words to incite us to judge or blame the president, its not fair and hence unacceptable.

The only reason i dont want this present govt is because over the years nothing really substantial has come out from them...which is what the opposition is using as an advantage over them which i dont blame them though.. so if we are not happy so far about this present govt and their antics, why dont we try other people and if they are in the opposition, why not? Theres no harm in trying.. there is a 50 percent change we can choose right this time...so wth i would say...why not?
I dont think we should change the government base on what we've been told. My challenge with APC-Buhari is their extreme opposition which coined the phrase 'do nothing'. Goodluck actually did alot even in the area of securities. Its propaganda that they're feeding us thats making those policies and projects looks like nothing. Goodluck tried amidst the challenges and for someone like me,I hate injustice hence I'll not condone APC-Buhari's antics and vote for them. Never!

I think he's a Yoruba man and we Yorubas have great value for respect...I'll see how much and how fast they can out do GEJ should they win. The transformation that they cant see,I'll be watching from a corner to see if all these stunts they've been pulling just to get votes from us will lead to because leadership is a big responsibility.

Just before Fashola becomes boastful about his records he should take a drive around Lagos

Lagos is not yet New York

While we still have poor people who can not afford to eat 3 square meals, while we still have people in Ikeja who can not afford to eat at any joint in VI then we must be level headed about our records. There is still a lot of work to be done!
I stand in agreement with you...alot of streets are yet to be tarred and street lights were not made. He should also tell us they've been putting lagos in debt via loan scams. What about the issue of deportation or his policies that seems to favour the rich. Let Fashola not play the card of a saint cos we're not stupid. Am voting Jonathan anyway...the transformation agenda is feasible! And I think they used too much of the security challenges to campaign way too much...they should not underestimate the enemies. By the way its not about talks...there's nothing wrong for them to oblige the nation with thier solutions instead of waiting to gain power. they always say Goodluck is clueless, i wonder why they could not help with their big ideas. No doubt Goodluck did not try but I just have this inkling that they are over estimating their capacities and their inadequacies will be exposed immediately they assume office...mark my words.

This election marks a turning point for Nigeria, it will show the political class that they are accountable to the electorate and if they fall short of expectations- Nigerians will kick them out.

In 2019, if Buhari does not perform, we will boot him out.

Power to Nigerians not politicians.

I hope those who said they will make "Nigeria ungovernable" are enjoying the daily deaths of innocent, unarmed, struggling to survive Nigerians by BH.

There is power in one's utterance; Life and death is in the power of the tongue! Be careful with words, spoken or written.

Of course there is God, whether you call Him "Chukwu", "Allah", "Oluwa" or some other; the Supreme Being who sees and will definitely reward every of our actions.

Sadly, most people don't fear Him.

I think Dame PEJ for once was prophetically accurate.
And God will judge those people using the insecurity challenges as a political campaign tool. Worst still those BH has endorsed his candidacy.
CelebritiesRe: Nicki Minaj & Solange Knowles Speak Up For Nigeria by Swiftboy(m): 11:08pm On Jan 13, 2015

If GEJ should not campaign because BH is killing people...APC-Buhari should not do the same to gain the office. Stop propaganda...stop talking against anybody just to satistfy your hurt-feelings. This killings must be stop by all of us through the right mind-set and right attitude. Lets fight Boko Haram, not the government.
