Public yard mentality don kill you.

Donpenny:
Since he use to listen to your misunderstanding and he want to use that to win your gf heart which shows that he can hear conversation and any noise from your room . Now do this , whenever you want to bleep your gf open your door and window and make sure you bleep the hell out of your gf , let her screem like a porn star and after the whole thing come outside for fresh breeze and make sure your neighbor sees both of you while coming outside let him use his brain to decode what has happened. I swear he won't disturb your gf again cux he would be pain. I did it to my formal neighbor cux my gf told me then he made a move on her. I bleeped the hell out of her and we came outside together for fresh breeze the guy saw me and almost ran mad. Laugh wan kill me grin
TravelRe: Opinion:- 10 Reasons Why Nigeria Is Better Than Canada by tasalanoni(m): 9:12am On Dec 15, 2020
This post was borne of affluence. If you are residing in Canada, let's swap residences. Cost of living is never a problem anywhere in the world. The problem is always purchasing power. With the right economic environment to grow sufficient purchasing power, you are never making the touchdown. Of all you listed here as Nigeria's edges over Canada, none captured the overwhelming difference in standards. Our houses are "cheap" because most aren't better than caves, electricity is "cheap" because it's erratic. 24/7 power comes at a cost. Healthcare is as good as dead. Our medics aren't soundly trained and hospitals are ill equipped. Good Healthcare isn't cheap anywhere. Maintaining a cafe/restaurant in Canada comes with incredibly high overhead costs which translate to high consumer purchasing costs.. I can go on but sum and substance is that Nigeria is nowhere near Canada in any index of living.
Find your way out of this hole as soon as you can and pay periodic visits until you are sufficiently strong to weather the storms of Nigerian life..

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Highest Paid Jobs In Nigeria, and Their Roles. by tasalanoni(m): 7:51pm On Dec 08, 2020
You seem to be missing the track. If you are in good touch with him, try finding out how he was able to assemble funds to set up a laboratory so equipped. The said guy is in private practice and I'm cocksure his lab wasn't setup with funds saved from a previous or ongoing job anywhere in Nigeria. His colleagues in the public service barely earn enough to cover immediate needs, much less setting up anything close to a biology lab in a village school. He may be a beneficiary of a wealthy background or strongly connected to individuals who might have seen investment potentials in his profession. For sake of caution, never judge the viability of any business by its daily earnings. It's only a very small part of the success indices. In the case of your guy, a major breakdown of any expensive installation can wipe out a year's earnings and leave the business struggling.
EVERY CAREER LINE BRINGS MONEY WITH THE RIGHT INVESTMENT, MANAGEMENT AND SOME BIT OF LUCK.
sonnie10:
I know kisssomeone who studied medical Imaging Science from Unical and has a private practice

He does MRI, CT scan, Ultra sound and Xray, fluoroscopy, mammogram and EKG

In a day, he does

5 MRI at 50k each = 250k
5 CT at 40k each = 200k
10 Ultra sound at 10k each = 100k
10 xray at 5k eack = 50k
5 Flouroscopy at 10k= 50k
5 Mammogram @10k = 50k
10 EKG at 5k each = 50k
Minimum daily Total = 750k daily
There are open 7 days a week and located very close to a big busy hospital.
He is adding a CAT LAB and a Radiotherapy soon. For each cat lab procedure he will charge 150k and for each radiotherapy procedure he will charge 500k.

Conclusion; its not by course of study.

Madam, the issue here isn't about being caught or not. It's about what you put on the line pursuing an illusion.
A wise man once said
"What tires out young men isn't the sex, it's the sleepless nights spent searching for it".

Nairaland GeneralRe: What's The Greatest Lesson You Learnt In Life? by tasalanoni(m): 7:50pm On Dec 02, 2020
I've had my fair share of life's experiences and in no particular order, the most important lessons are thus:
1 IF YOU CAN'T BE GOOD, JUST BE CAREFUL.
2.NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF A WOMAN.
3. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH YOUR HEALTH. YOU CAN NEVER QUANTIFY ITS VALUES. IT'S YOUR MOST EXPENSIVE POSSESSION. YOUR VITALITY IN YOUTH DECIDES HOW STRONG OR FEEBLE YOUR HEALTH WOULD BE IN YOUR LATER YEARS OR EVEN YOUR OVERALL LONGEVITY.
4. HOWEVER EVIL YOU ARE, KEEP AN UNTAINTED REPUTATION AMONG SOME PEOPLE, THEY'LL SURELY CUSHION THE EFFECTS WHEN BULLETS START FLYING TO YOU.
5. A FISH DIES BY THE SAME MOUTH IT FEEDS WITH.
6. NEVER STOP SEEKING KNOWLEDGE.
7. WHATEVER YOUR CAREER LINE, FIRST SERVE A MASTER AND LEARN THE ROPES..
8. NEVER MAKE YOUR PARENTS REGRET BRINGING YOU TO THIS SIDE.. THEIR SORROW CAN BE DEEP.
9. AVOID INFIDELITY IN MARRIAGE OR DATING AT ALL COST. SEX IS AN ILLUSION.

One SMELLY CUNT of a lecturer spotted. If you are struggling with basic comprehension, why not shut up and avoid intelligent conversations. Must you lay your genetic foolishness bare. Many are mad but few are roaming.

EducationRe: ASUU Strike: Ngige Expresses Optimism As Another Meeting With Lecturers Begins by tasalanoni(m): 5:45pm On Nov 27, 2020
Whenever ASUU & FG disagree, people always tend to think ASUU is on the right side and condemn FG for what they misinterpret to insensitivity on its part. Truth is that on this particular issue, the FG is trying to uproot one of the ills in the university system. If the IPPIS bone of contention is adopted and fully implemented, the era of multiple wages and renumerations will become history as this would mean that lecturers would no longer be able to hold positions in different public institutions at the same time. The end result is that more positions in the universities will open up to people who are "qualified" but currently unemployed. Sadly, only an insignificant minority of these lecturers are smart enough to handle courses. The rest are nonentities who have Phds (meal ticket) and therefore have a bloated sense of entitlement. Who has ever come across a concise textbook or any journal paper of high intellectual quality authored by a Nigerian lecturer? Many can't make a correct sentence but yet churn out Nursery school rhymes (textbooks) everyother month and impose them on their students.. Greedy fools.
Let the FG deal with them. We've never had a school system after all.

Davash222:
The manner women rejoice on their wedding day will open a sane man's mind to know marriage favors women mostly.

Men as kids don't plan on getting married, we envisioned a society where we go out there, have fun, tour around, stay in big mansion, bang as many pussy as we want without fear of being caught.

It's women that started this marriage of a thing to trap men down. They've wired this marriage of a thing in their hearts, right from their toddling age.

Congratulations to William Uchemba's wife.

Car TalkRe: PAN Faults FG's Plan To Reduce Import Duty On Vehicles by tasalanoni(m): 8:39am On Nov 20, 2020
The problem with our locally made goods is mostly a lack of quality. Competition is very essential for refined quality and that's the reason foreign goods with superior quality should be allowed entry into the Nigerian marketspace. Innovation and drive for improvement are non existent in our culture. PAN has been around for over three decades yet with very little impact in the automotive industry save for the 504, 505 and other models of the 80s. Same can be said of other consumer goods that are produced locally. Aba is the textile and leather hub of the country but nobody with a top-notch taste patronizes goods from there and that explains why the trade of secondhand clothes continues to flourish
Before now, locally grown and processed rice was almost inedible because the stone to rice ratio was almost 1 to 1. Competition against imported foreign rice made our local farmers up their game and for the first time de-stoning was introduced. Tarrif hike and import prohibition only enrich an already corrupt custom and smugglers who take advantage of porous borders to flood the market with contraband goods and continue to weaken an ailing local manufacturing sector.

I wonder why this enjoys so much attention. The guy didn't achieve any spectacular feat in graduating from a higher institution. Being a cretin in just height alone doesn't make him physically challenged. So long as his finer faculties are intact and he has the right set of qualities which decide success, no achievement is out of his reach.
EducationRe: Mufutau Waliu: Ogun Poly Lecturer Shot Dead - Picture by tasalanoni(m): 9:12am On Nov 19, 2020
Nothing ever justifies taking a life you didn't make, but in all sincerity, Nigerian Lecturers are a real bunch of frustrated and frustrating beasts with no bit of compassion. I don't know the personal and professional history of the deceased, but I can tell with every certainty that he must have overstepped boundaries on a number of occasions, and brought tears to many in his immediate circle. It takes a great deal of inner strength and firmness to endure the psychological torture many students are subjected to by these Lecturers especially the younger Graduate Assistants. I've been there before and I know the pains firsthand.
IF YOU CAN'T BE GOOD, JUST BE CAREFUL.

RomanceRe: Lady Uses Chicken Leg As Waist Bead by tasalanoni(m): 8:46pm On Jun 09, 2020
Many people on this forum are profoundly foolish. No sane woman would ever put on display any item of voodoo meant to bewitch her subject. Most women wear waist beads mainly for the erotic appeal and some to keep track of body weight and frame. It they were ever worn for voodoo, nobody would have ever seen them on the waist.
RomanceRe: No Sex Before Marriage Is A Scam by tasalanoni(m): 1:02am On May 31, 2020
Bro, I really wish my writing skill was a little better. I would have conveyed my opinion with exactness which the knowledge I've met with has afforded me.

SEX outside of MARRIAGE is completely wrong regardless of the prevalent careless with which we conduct our sexuality and which tries to rob the act of it's genuine place in creation.

But first, an understanding of the concept of MARRIAGE must be established if we are to proceed aright. The true concept of the term far transcends our everyday idea and usage of it. By our customary and commonly accepted idea, a MARRIAGE is only contracted when a man makes before relatives a formal declaration of his intention to have a woman as his wife and fulfills the accompanying rites either in a traditional or western form, with the latter usually involving a public exchange of martial vows before a minister of religion.

How little have we sensed that the real MARRIAGE had already taken place before the physically visible form we are used to. The MARRIAGE which the bible and other books of spiritual importance talk about is contracted only when two souls (a MAN and a WOMAN ) whose souls harmonize spiritually are attracted by LOVE and wish to walk their paths together through complementing each others qualities for their spiritual development. THAT IS THE ONLY GENUINE CONDITION FOR MARRIAGE. The wedding and other Marriage rites only serve cultural and social purposes which are equally important but.
SEX therefore is only permissible under the GENUINE MARRIAGE and anything outside of it brings dishonor to the act and has consequences which must be lived through to the last.

Do we now understand that SEX can take place and still be kept pure before the wedding night and can as well be defiled even under what we have so far considered to be MARRIAGE?

MARRIAGES contracted solely under match making and other socio economic cosiderations do not qualify as MARRIAGE in the truest sense of the word and sexual intercourse under such an institution means a grave defilement of the act...
we'll continue later.. goodnight...

CrimeRe: Yahoo Boy Defrauds US Lady Of $5,260 On Facebook (Photo) by tasalanoni(m): 5:24am On Apr 28, 2017
My thought on this Yahoo Yahoo of a thing is that unless an arm longer than those of our earthly laws intervenes, we won't make any headway in our effort at checking this ugly trend. The reason is simple. yahoo yahoo like every other unscrupulous means of livelihood thrives on the silence or even the encouragement of others who may not be direct participants but are eager to enjoy the proceeds and spoils of such illicit ventures particularly the women folk who these days prefer to identify with men of such depraved morals than others who have chosen the genuine but not 'immediately rewarding' path. Some men as well may not screw up the courage to take to such means due to certain social restrictions or even parentage but secretly admire their friends who are differently motivated and involved in such. All in all a natural death and an end to this ugly trend can only come when a revolution takes place in the ranks of those who are not direct participants but unconsciously cheer up those that play the game from the sides.
