According to Jesus Christ, in order to be saved by His Gospel, one must be alive - undead - and also must remain obedient until death in order to be saved by the Gospel. A dead spirit cannot then be saved by His Gospel since it has previously experienced Death, the end which Jesus Christ came to save us all from. So, it is important to know what was preached.

Also of equal importance is why the preaching was to the Spirits of the time of Noah, this was the time of the flood. Noah lived on long after the flood, then there was Abraham, Isaac ... so, why did Jesus Christ go down to the grave to preach the message only to the Spirits there were of the time of Noah's flood?

An image isn't necessarily an exact copy but cab offer a copy with a resemblance. When you take an image of your person with your camera or you make an image of yourself using clay or wood or whatever material you come across. Man was created a physical being - of the physical elements of this physical world - God told you that - Genesis 2 vs 7a & John 3 vs 5 - 8. After creating man from the clay of this world, God then breathed into man's nostrils. God is Spirit and so also His breath is Spirit - Genesis 2 vs 7b - and this same breath God also placed in all creatures He created - Genesis 7 vs 15. All animals do not necessarily have souls but they all have the breath of God and that breath is of spirit.

That is why the legion of unclean spirits that Jesus cast out of the man at the country of the Gadarenes earnestly begged Him not to render them homeless, but allow them to enter a herd of swine nearby (Mark 5:1-13, Luke 8:36-33).

Nothing much to say here. The 'soul' and the 'body' is the same... The soul can die(Ezekiel 18:4). We are all living souls/beings. There is also nothing inside of us that is called a soul that survives the body when one dies.

As for the 'spirit', it is the breathe of life/life force that keeps all humans and other earthly creatures alive(Psalm 104:29). When we die, this spirit/life force returns to its maker(Ecclesiastes 12:7).

What is compulsory in islam is the Glorious Qur'an, which are direct words of Allah the almighty. Which Allah the almighty decree to guide against human error and input not hadith. So anybody can fabricate hadith and qoutes it to Bukhari collections and it becomes popular But not authentic .
Hadith ar narrations which people reported that they heard the prophet "peace be upon him" saying.
So at today hadith narration are grouped into three, the authentic hadiths, the weak hadiths and the fabricated hadiths.
So the complete and the compulsory standard and practice for Muslims is the Glorious Qur'an, so there is no serious problems anywhere in islam because hadith is not compulsory on Muslims but the Glorious Qur'an. So judge islam base on the Glorious Qur'an which are the direct words of ALLAH THE ALMIGHTY.

9. Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression,

10. And repulse not the beggar;

Your above hadith is not just weak but fabricated, the narrator u mentioned above is unknown in the seerah of the prophet "saw".
