Ernerstdavid55:Thanks, sir. I'd actually prefer buying from a company offering satisfactory documents and assurance. I could have gotten land for N150-250k before now around Ifo-Sango axis but it involved buying from individuals or an obscure "company," so I backed out. Let me not lie: I am somewhat risk-averse. |

Please your opinion is still needed on this matter to enable me make a more informed decision. Thanks. |
Thanks all for your responses. Loneprof, those Omo oniles are a big headache. They're the primary reasons I haven't bought all this time. I wonder if such crap obtains outside the country. ![]() Oblongata, nice idea. But I'm not sure it's one that would work considering I don't have a lot of money for this right now. With the kind of money I am talking about, chances are that the land might be in a location where renting a shop might not sound appealing to anyone. ThreeEyeRaven, it seems you're an agent. These places, are they low-budget or million of Naira? Could you name some of these companies? Thanks. |
Hello, people! I was just wondering if it's possible to buy land in Lagos or Ogun state without being ready to build yet. I have a few hundred thousands and I don't feel like leaving it at the bank anymore. The thing is I have been considering the idea of buying land for some time (years) but I heard one risks a piece of land bought being resold if there's no development on it after like six months. I don't want unnecessary hassles because I ain't got money to build something right now. Please I need your help on this matter, people. If you are an agent, it helps to still be objective. Thanks. |
AnonymousRebec:Open am make we see. |
MMotimo:Very well stated! Bless you. |
bukatyne:Are you among? |
Kriss216:But shey na wetin dem ask you be that, bro? Oya, type we're waiting to read. ![]() |
KunlexyInc1:Thanks. Noted, if needed. |
jboixxx:Whoa. Taraba is far. Thought you said it's available in Ikeja. |
KunlexyInc1:Hi. Thought I should mention that this looks good as well just in case. Could you please put a price to it and answer the questions I asked in the post above? If one deal won't work, maybe another might. |
jboixxx:This looks appealing. A couple of questions: 1. If you run a store, is there any warranty/guarantee on this? 2. Do you have any idea of what LTE network in Nigeria that the phone is compatible with? I may also need info on how to locate you in Ikeja. Thanks. |
aburojoe:Thanks, bro. But those phones are well beyond the budget. |
Hello! I was just wondering if someone could provide a quick recommendation for a phone costing less than 40k and having the following (at least): * 2GB RAM * 16GB ROM * 1.5GHz quad-core processor * LTE support I was looking at the Nokia 2.2 and 3.1 due to past experience with phones by the company, but I wasn't quite impressed by the reviews I came across. Does anyone here know of anything better? I need a quick suggestion, please. Thank you. |
Comanche:Interesting. Ordinary article? Could you tell me what niche is that, please? Sounds unbelievable! |
Hello, friends. I wish to meet someone here that can help me with some tasks I usually do by myself. The ideal person should live in Ikorodu or a nearby area. The task in question is online-based, 100% legit, and simple. I just desire to spend less time before screens or have more time to attend to a couple of other things I have been postponing. This "gig" is best for someone who has a lot of free time at the moment. The reason I prefer someone around Ikorodu is because I'd need to at least guide the person at the beginning. If you think you are an ideal person for this, what's the minimum you'd expect to be paid for giving 30 hours of your time? At most, you'd need to devote 3-5 hours a day. PS: Sorry, I didn't ask for phone numbers. Be careful with how you post such private information online. Please simply answer the question above. Thanks. |
Blissfulblossom:Hello. I have responded to your email request. |
Blissfulblossom:Expect a call later in the day or the morrow. Take care. PS: On second thought, could you just provide an email address instead or send me a PM from my profile? |
Minajesty18:Union Bank, error. I never saw myself opening an account with them until last month. I decided to check them out after making up my mind to port from Access. The fact that they allow you to open an account via their app swayed me. They gave the impression that having transaction and balance limits were the only things I'd have to contend with opening the chosen account type. They never suggested anywhere that I won't be able to transfer money out of the account. I have wasted probably more than 20 hours since early June on this issue (in five visits) and I am not sure it's solved yet after managing to submit my documents two days ago. The only time I was able to get into the hall of the nearest branch last month I was told that my account had been restricted and no reason was provided for it. Imagine. And that was after spending a full workday there! This goes to show that if you don't feel so good about anything for some reasons, even if you can't explain them, it's often better to desist. |
VenusEAGLE:Good morning, sir/madam. Please the person only had a single mum in mind. The individual quoted happened to fit the bill most. Besides, the amount in mind isn't up to that offered by the OP and is for one. Thanks. |
Blissfulblossom:If you can see this, you may quote me. Someone wishes to give you a little token for your little angel being a single mom. The fellow would love to see some proofs, though (privately). He didn't see the ones you posted. Sorry, some people on here make asking for such necessary. |
philosophie:For your own mind now, you don make sense, abi? ![]() I'm even struggling to make sense out of the crap you typed up there. You mean I should spend years studying betting strategies, really? You got to be kidding me. Besides, there has to be a teacher for a student to exist. I have more important things to do with my time. It was because I didn't want to do that that I paid someone who suggested he has done so in the first place! That's in the past now. Don't you ever make the mistake of studying betting strategies for years. You'd regret it, son. Devote that time to something more productive. I have not even studied the videos someone is sharing uninvited on this thread. The bookies will always win and I don't believe betting is the way to success. I only thought there was something to exploit to milk the bookies. The thread was meant to warn people not to waste the little resources they have. So what's your problem with that? Chances are that you are one of those benefitting from things such as this. Just saying. ![]() |
Sorry about the experience, if you're reading this somewhere OP. That's just one of the sad realities of life. I read a post recently about some guy that made around 40k or more on this same forum by selling some story. It seems you have a fat wallet to have given such an amount of money away, though. I hope those liars realise that God will possibly punish them for what they are doing to those really in need. There are those who might feel like giving a token to one or two people because of what they hear about people suffering. Sadly, they are reluctant because they do not want to be taken for a ride. If you are in Nigeria, simply find someone in need around you and help. Needy people are everywhere in the country, except you live in an affluent neighborhood. Someone like me would need more than stories to part with a dime to someone whose genuineness I can't tell online. |
Bola146:You're a sensible lady. If you are unmarried yet, God go provide you better man I'm sorry, I have to say that most of the respondents so far are either inexperienced or vain, divorced from reality. Sorry. I'm sure that some of you would probably be surprised if you were to learn that someone like that is even married already. And what if he owned that structure? Yes, it might not be awesome, but it's still real estate - money. With the kind of vanity I see around these days, I can even live in a place like this if I were already rich to filter out parasites while searching for a partner. I know very few will stay long enough - talk about the fair-weather folks. Woman na woman, so I don't really think any is indispensable. Well, a decent, cultured, and non-vain one may be worth the stress. My peace and sanity are more important. |
truthsayer009:You are there. I thought it was another person suffering from the lockdown syndrome. |

I felt like just moving beyond this post. But I felt compelled to tell you that it's murder that you are contemplating thus in case you never gave it much thought. I pity those advising you on how to go about it. I wonder if they knew they are so becoming accomplices in this proposed heinous act. ![]() Children of nowadays! If we decided to ignore the sin aspect, why did those two not take steps to prevent conception in the first place? Even that option is controversial, just saying. |
SenorFax: Small time I go hear people say men are wicked. Humans are wicked generally. This story can serve as an example of why I wish (and pray) that I never have to cling so tightly to anything or anybody in this life to the extent of thinking it's all over for me if it or they get snatched away from me. I pray I get to that stage - think I'm close, but not really tested yet. |
Oyetboy, MARX77, Jaycentvirtualse, and power2000, I have responded to your PMs. Please get back to me as soon as you can. Sorry to others whom I didn't contact. I am looking for just one person since this is only a small task. I might get in touch if I can't reach agreement with any of the guys that PMed me. Thank you. |
