Life no longer begin at 40 sir. we really need to update some of these ideologies. The world is moving too fast for life to start so late.... Some of us are planning to retire at 50-55 tops.... my 4 sons should all be graduates by my 50th birthday.... Spend my remaining years traveling to world and making new memories.... don't wanna get too old to climb the himalayas before I retire. so imagine living with the "life begins at 40" mindset.... I'll just end up lazing about telling myself there is still time....

The phrase 'life begins at 40' is often erroneously interpreted as 'starting' to aspire or work towards a goal or success.
What it actually means is that at about 40 years,you would have reached a point where you have gaimed some life experiences,developed skills that can take you into the future and generally have substantial income that can make life generally enjoyable for you.

It doesn't mean you are just starting,it actually means you have reached a certain crescendo.

Both need to agree to go for DNA test before it can be done. If they don't agree to go for DNA test, the person who want the DNA test can go to court to ask court to compel the other party who doesn't want a DNA test to agree to run the test

DNA test is done by taking samples from the boy and from the father.It's not something they need the woman to do.
In this case,maybe the boy is in the woman's custody and the courts are involved.

Why does the man need the woman to conduct the test?Except the son is in custody of the woman and he has no access.

It's a hard case to overturn.It's really hard to claim ignorance in this case.
