Angela Markel was German Chancellor for four terms. I didn’t hear anyone complain. seborrhic: After third term he would now get the parliament to amend the constitution to either limit term limits or even president for life. These are some of the actions that fuel military coups in Africa, though the military guys that take over don't actually have plans to make the country and citizens better, they are just fuelled by the anger because they feel a small set of people have been enjoying their country's wealth and resources to the exclusion of another set of privileged individuals. |

Dont bring this cavemen mentality to SA - we'll punch it the hell out of you. You’ve not made any point. We are talking about healthcare. Address the issues raised. |

You are desperately trying to be a victim. There’s no privilege if the same treatment is giving to everyone. NURSES GOSSIP EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF THEIR SEXUALITY. Like I said, one of the reasons fewer people go for std tests is because they don’t want people thinking of them funny and this is regardless of their sexuality. The same eyes that you thought judged you would still look at you and gossip you if you simply said you were promiscuous with the opposite sex. Let’s not start to pretend that there is no gossiping amongst gay people. If anything western movies have showed us, it’s that gays are heavy gossips. You are backing up the wrong tree on this one. Good morning. Flamemignon1: Oh right, let's normalize gossiping about something that sounds taboo in this country, that's already a stigma, let's just brush over the part where I said my sexual history slipped out and how other patients gave me the "look", the usual victim blaming, perfect Nigerian attitude, gaslight a minority's experience to make themselves feel better. I wasn't denied healthcare but I never felt safe but like I said "straight privilege" has blinded you to the fact that you think everyone enjoy the rights that you do |

Flamemignon1: It was at a public clinic when I was still in Nigeria,I wasn't refused service persay but the way the nurses treated me was completely inhumane. I went for an hiv test and I think it slipped out that I slept with a guy, I'm not kidding you,the nurse literally said "na dem dem".......while waiting for my result,I could hear the gossiping here and there with one blatantly saying "dis one no go even smell heaven",fast forward to after my test and I left,I could hear them laughing from afar,it was so humiliating because I wasn't the only one there just the only queer person and as I left,I saw other patients joining in the gossip Gossiping about you is not an isolated event. Nurses gossip about everyone regardless of your sexuality. Few people go for HIV/std testings and one of the reasons is that they don’t want to be topic for the nurses. It has nothing to do with your sexuality. The fact which you are trying to undermine is that you were not denied healthcare. |

TMKsouth: Of course in Nigeria you wouldn't be asked - its an openly homophobic country.
Gay sex is riskier in terms of contracting HIV - so a patient needs to have an environment where they can be transparent about such things without fear or embarrassment. Also, trans people are judged the minute they walk through the door - this wont be the case in a facility like this one. So if in Nigeria they don’t ask, that easily tells you that no one is denied healthcare here on the basis of their sexuality. Let me ask though. Do they ask in South Africa what your sexuality is and in the basis of that decide wether or not to give healthcare services? |

Can you share an experience of yours being refused Healthcare because you are gay? Flamemignon1: Experiences differ, you can say such because you are straight so obviously you wallow in straight privilege, you don't know the experiences we face so you can't speak for us |

You have witnessed it countless of times? Which kind waka you dey waka? Over 90%of the worlds population is straight, guess what, over 90% of the worlds population have never witnessed other straight people having sex let alone gay sex. Yet you have witnessed homophobic people eating dick countless times. Do you know what the odds are? GodWrites: And you think because they are gay they are also defenceless. Ever heard of a case where the hunter becomes the hunted? No try am oh.
Most of these homophobes are closeted gays struggling with internalised homophobia. In fact, the more vocal they are about the hate toward gays, the bigger the suspicion.
I have witnessed this countless times. Behind close doors you will see them eating dick as if their life depends on it. And most often, they molest small boys because they are more vulnerable and easy to control.
Homophobes are the worst and needs to be purged from our society. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Inside Soweto's First Government Gay Clinic - LESSONS by Timoleon(m): 6:06pm On Sep 19, 2023 |
I have a problem with this false narrative that gay people don’t get healthcare. I have never been to a hospital where I was asked if I was straight or gay before it was decided wether or not I get treatment. Have you? TMKsouth: Gays not getting healthcare is a danger to everyone. The same homophobic guys bashing gays here are the ones sending HIV back home to their wives. They're sleeping with gays. Thats why they're outspoken, they want to divert attention away from themselves.
Always treat homophobic guys with suspicion - why are they so preoccupied with gay affairs. They feel threatened by openly gay people enjoying their lives. Homophobes are closet gays.

Even in America and Western Europe, predominantly black neighborhoods are likely to be ghettos seborrhic: I don't quite agree. Go to the Carribean countries, populated and ruled by blacks. You will find the same superstitious beliefs, the same abysmal rule and the same utter, unbelievable underdevelopment and you begin to sometimes ask yourself or wonder:is it truly the same brain God gave the Blackman and the Whiteman? Then contrast this and go to South Africa, ever since apartheid was abolished, the country seems to be heading down a slope, though still far more developed than other black Nations due to the extra ordinary development projects already done during the apartheid era.But superstition is still ride in those black neighbourhoods and the underdevelopment is obvious. The blacks need to ask ourselves the question, why do we seem to belief in things we can't prove and that defy logic, despite God giving us assumed same brain as the Caucasians? Why can't we successfully govern ourselves to lead to development and growth of both society and people? |
